Sasori, Tsunade won't be able to dodge every poison laced attack and she doesn't have the time to create an antidote like Sakura (with the help of others) did.

wow I want some of whatever you're on! xd chiyo was amazed at sakura's medical skills which aren't on even on tsunade's level yet and her ability to make an antidote came from tsunade, so poison isn't a big deal because all she has to do is keep her regenerating jutsu up with her senju powers and crush his heart

Wait, I don't remember it properly, did Sakura create the antidote on the battlefield? The way I remembered it Chiyo had people from her home town test it, examine it and get supplies for Sakura, or am I remembering complete dirt? xD

Tsunade cant made antidote on battlefield. Sakura had to examine the poison, got supplies from Suna, their equipment and laboratory and it still took her some time. Something like that cant be done during battle. Besides, her regeneration wont help her against paralysis.
Actually that antidote was made by Sakura. Chiyo wasnt able to help Kankuro.

Still, even if she could create an antidote, dealing with 298 puppets and the 3rd kazekage's iron sand is a different story all together.

lol tsunade is underated , her ultimate healing technique, Souzou Saisei can repair all damage done in a molecular level. Poison acts as a cell destroyer, Souzou Saisei can regenerate the cells continuously, rendering Tsunade immortal in a span of time. That technique can allow her to tank Sasori's attacks and destroy him with a single blow.
Tsunade had the speed and agility to get in close enough to land a strike on Madara. If she could do this to a Sharingan user then I don't see why she couldn't do the same to Sasori.
Exactly what I was going to say in regards to Sasori's poison.
Where are you even getting 298 puppets from? Sasori's technique is 100 puppets. Plus Hirako, 3rd Kazekage, and himself adds to 103. Not 298.

Not really, poisons usually paralyse by messing up nervous system, not by destroying cells. Her regeneration would be useless here.
Tsunade wouldnt die becuase of of Sasoris poison, but she would still be paralyzed.
Madara allowed her to get to him, he didnt even flinch. It looked like he wanted to see how strong she is.

Sasori low to mid difficulty at best. Tsuande's healing abilities is to regenerate cells/organs from physical attacks. It doesnt produce an antidote for poison 
She is extremely slow and i believe gets a 3 or a 3.5/5 for speed in the databook.
If you add the fact that she is a close range fighter with no defence she would struggle with the scorpion form alone due to its many hidden/rigged weapons

he said if he got chiyo and sakura and made them into puppets hed have exactly 300

A 3.5 in the databook wouldn't classify as extremely slow. Extremely slow would be like a .5- 2.0. A 3.5 is well above average speed which would be a 2.5 (half of 5 which is the max speed).Sasori low to mid difficulty at best. And she's pretty durable. Sure she might not have the Third Raikage's durability but she can take some hits. I still believe she would lose this battle, however.
