Is this battle with preparations? Becuase Oro dont carry dead bodies with him all the time, you know. Going by your logic, Oro could defeat Itachi.

He's able to summon them, no prep needed other than a sacrifice. Also, u seem to forget that oro was sasori's partner and had data book on all the members, it's more than likely that oro has an antidote to his poison and wouldn't take him lightly at all.

Which is also a preparation. With Edo Tensei included Oro is superior to practically anyone.

They both knew very much about each other. Its true that if Oro is immune to Sasoris poison he wins. If not, its the other way around.

Its not true if we dont include Edo Tensei. Oro and Sasori are two shinobis on pretty much the same level.
