Yes he meant the coup.. And I agree it would be cool if Sasuke became the jinchuuriki of the ten tails before battling Naruto and thought of this myself a long time ago. But for this to happen, Tobi must first fail and then entrust Sasuke with fulfilling his plan. Sasuke becoming jinchuuriki is possible, but it has nothing to do with the uchiha clan
