The totsuka sword combined with Kusanagi!
This is another reason Sasuke needs orochimaru he is going to forge these two swords that go hand and hand..
The totsuka sword is a variant of the Sword of Kusanagi ( Totsuka being the liquid & Kusanagi being the solid ) Orochimaru is aware that these two wepaons combined create the Jubi's original weapon are unstoppable if the knowledge of ancient sealing technique is lost ( Lost with Rikudo & the Uzumaki clan being gone, one of the reasons the Uzumaki were destroyed )...
Saskue will once again defeat orochimaru after he uses him to gain the knowledge of his clan and the So6p tablet.. The Kusanagi will be retrieved by Saskue after cutting off Orochimaru's last tail ( 8 tails ) destroying the snake/dragon..
The Totsuka ( Ten Hands Long Sword ) combined with Kusanagi & the Yata Mirror (Yata no Kagami ) are going to be Saskue's weapons towards the end of this series..

The foolish idea Itachi was talking about is the clans idea to make Sasuke the new host of the 10 tails, they even believed Sasuke to be the GEDO Maz ( 10 tails ) reborn..
The connection is Saskue = 10 Tails
The connection is Naruto = SO6P
I think that the Gedo maz ( 10 Tails ) was either a son or brother to the SO6P and his chakra was divided by the SO6P creating 9 tails beast, the moon and Tobi which would explain why Tobi is no one ( At the moment )
In a story where the new surpasses the old, Sasuke is what tobi see's as the future ( He see's himself in Sasuke )
Tobi stated that Naruto is only there to stimulate Sasuke ( little does he know what Naruto will become )
