We will see.
You can't unlock MS by training. You need the intense emotional trauma. Kakashi's situation is a different matter, we don't know under what circumstances he activated his after he killed Rin.
Sarada and Kakashi are not the same person, and both are of different lineage. Sarada is just a child, and we do not know what she'll become in the future. Even if she does become a decently strong ninja, there is no telling if she will even get to the stage where she unlocks MS, or if there are even sufficient conditions to fulfill the requirements for unlocking MS.
So what if Kakashi is a different case? Do we know how Madara awakened MS other than Itachi's "story" or Shisui for that matter? No so how that is now it's not farfetched especially considering other MS users history it could be another way besides trauma.
You should stick with the Shisui defense...
Itachi unlocked his Mangekyō by watching his best friend kill himself (if memory serves)
Sasuke, through realizing the truth of Itachi
Madara and Izuna, they lived in war and their family dropped like flies. Awakening the Mangekyō is easier for those who live in strife
Obito, through watching Rin be killed by Kakashi
Kakashi, through murdering Rin
Shisui, we don't know. It's obvious the Mangekyō is awakened through great trauma.
If that was the case with Madara then he would have MS at an early age then but he didn't even his sharingan didn't awaken till he broke his bond with Hashirama shisui and Madara are a mystery. Kakashi didn't know he awakened MS when he killed rin he got his again by training or unknown means my point still stands.
Him not knowing he has it dosen't change him having it.
Sasuke didn't know he had 1t sharingan until he fought haku, in which one of his eyes progressed to 2t.
