Well, yeah genjutsu potency depends on the skill of the user as well as the doujutsu in terms of genjutsu, but both of her parents are extremely proficient at chakra control. In fact getting the yin seal requires great chakra proficiency.

So Sarada seems like a natural as well as the intellectual type
She will be a great genjutsu user, We have to wait and see tho. XP

Her cat died - MS.

MS blindness was stupid concept anyway retconning all uchiha so others stand a chance, Yin seal is good solution for that as Sarada doesnt have any spare eyes unless sasuke dies.

Question is if he planned it, but if not he sure will use it anyway, it's like 1+1

I don't think Sarada has a cat.

Depends. They could lose a teammate

Again, her willingness to form connections and friendships with people is questionable.

Well that is a quesion of personality and seeing how we have not seen her interact with anyone outside of family and have no insight as to what bonds she may form in the future or what development she may have no one is to say what the future holds :coffee:

As for #1 I doubt that it has to deal with their chakra. If anything I would say that the "light" inside the sharingan is just some power that just degrades over use. If so healing won't help since is more like a fire growing dim rather than a physical problem.
That's also a possible explanation. I have always considered that since the Uchiha inherited the "Yin" power from Indra, then their MS techniques relied mainly on Yin dominated chakra (Sasuke's Susano'o was stated to be similar to when he used his genjutsu). When that excess Yin chakra is focused in the MS, it creates an imbalance with the Yang chakra from his eye and causes damage in the form of blindness. You could equate it to Creation Rebirth, a jutsu that effects the body, shortening your life. When the eyes are transplanted for the EMS, the Yang/Physical/Body chakra from the DNA of the eye itself will continue to be reproduced as seen when DNA taken from Hashirama's corpse was able to be put into Yamato, and the latter had access to Mokuton. When combined with Sasuke's own Yin/Yang chakra, the excess Physical energy ends up balancing out, getting rid of the blindness problem, yet also accounting for the merging of powers/patterns of the eyes.

However, this is mainly conjecture on my part. Indra was never shown/stated to have any issues with blindness, and Sasuke receiving 50% of Hagoromo's Yin chakra would pretty much invalidate anything I said, though I think he got some of Hashirama's cells from Kabuto.

1) MS simply over strains the eyes, hashi cells healing is good enough to fight sight degradation so should be tsuna's healing.
I'm not ruling it out as a possbility, it's just that Hashirama's DNA has shown special properties that I doubt the Byakugou could replicate, such as increasing the length of Izanagi, decreasing the cooldown for KA, and increasing the binding strength of ET. And it's debatable whether or not Obito had some of Ashura's chakra which could have played a role.

I dont get why people assume Yin seal and Chakra control are genetic or even talents for that matter.

I believe so. Indra originally had Rikodou chakra so her Byakogou should be equivalent to using Senju DNA/Senjutsu but not on the same level. She looks like a bookworm and her mother is a specialist in medical field so who knows, she might find a way to reverse the blindness from MS :)

I believe it's because Indra originally had Senjutsu/Rikudo chakra, it would explain why he never needed an eye transplant and had large reserves of chakra. and his markings on his eyes, and sasuke/madara's compatibility with senjutsu/curse mark

Yes, I agree. Hagoromo's chakra itself is akin to senjutsu, and may have allowed Indra to bypass the problem of blindness altogether. Hagoromo's chakra did help to restore Obito's left eye, since Kakashi noted that his vision was deteriorating during the fight with Juubi Jin Madara. Senjutsu chakra does increase the rate of healing/recovery, but MS blindness is a continuous process; you won't heal from it even if your natural healing rate is increased.

The thing is though with creation rebirth u can create all new eyes if need be so how wouldn't that reverse damage :| what u basically saying is that the excessive yin used creates physical backlash manifested as strain because of lack of physical energy and eventually sight breaks down.

Thank u for ur consideration U_U and seriously yin release with no Genjutsu feats :rage:

Creation Rebirth uses chakra to greatly stimulate cell division. If there are no eyes/eye cells to begin with, then I doubt the technique would work unless the entirety of the eye was present, but damaged.

Yea, that was my explanation of why the MS losing light and how the EMS remedies that problem. If that is the case, it would most likely work. What did you think of the idea?

Haha, I always thought about this too considering Sakura was hyped to be a genjutsu type, but the manga really only focused on Uchiha based genjutsu after Itachi destroyed Kurenai, a person who is an expert genjutsu user, in genjutsu.

Still, if the stain causes damage to the eye and creation rebirth replaces the damaged tissue then how can u still lose vision? Personally, I think it has more to deal with the eyes's strength. Senju DNA strengthen the eyes and so does EMS because it then has the power of two sets. (U can break it down however u want, but a spade is a spade) Just as u said as the user continues to use their doujutsu even as the power increase as an eye it weakens and eventually sight fails.

The only way I can say the yin seal can't heal this damage is if it is limited to only destroyed cells and therefore can't reverse strain. The byakugou won't strengthen the eye like Senju dna or EMS does

Both are possible.
Creation Rebirth will fix her eyes, but normal medical ninjutsu should also do the trick.

For the second on Byakugou seal boost the users power when released so yes her attacks will be OP.
And she gets Genjutsu from Sakura so.

It should be noted if she does have the byakugou seal, she has perfect chakra control, and that should make her genjutsu almost unbeatable, because no one will be able to break her control, theatrically

Theoretically, the MS would still suffer the vision loss, but it would be quickly healed by Byakugou, assuming the technique is active at the same time.

It could be. I know I sometimes tend to over-complicate things.

I believe Tsunade said it could be used to restore any damaged parts of her organs or body parts. MS strain should count as damage.

And how often do you think she'll make bonds so important that she'll unlock the Mangekyō Sharingan? And even if she did make such bonds, I doubt she'll feel the emotional trauma sufficient to unlock the Mangekyō.

How did Shisui unlock MS?

F*ck if I know. Do you know?

Then you get what I'm saying maybe you can unlock MS by training Kakashi didn't know he had his but trained to awaken it again if she can do it that way then why can't she?

It'd be a miracle for it to even awaken the Sharingan, much less the Mangekyō. It'll never go through any truly difficult situation.

You can't unlock MS by training. You need the intense emotional trauma. Kakashi's situation is a different matter, we don't know under what circumstances he activated his after he killed Rin.

Sarada and Kakashi are not the same person, and both are of different lineage. Sarada is just a child, and we do not know what she'll become in the future. Even if she does become a decently strong ninja, there is no telling if she will even get to the stage where she unlocks MS, or if there are even sufficient conditions to fulfill the requirements for unlocking MS.
