Lucifer dragged himself from the floor of the sanctuary, Basel was dead but the day wasn't won yet, in the distance he saw a foul light. Whatever Basel goal had been, it seemed Lucifer had failed to stop it before defeating him, the atavism ritual was burning clear now and the child of tiamat felt his connection with the sea of life returning, but the presence of the flames didn't leave instead he felt a balance a duality he hadn't before.

Holy Lance in hand, Lucifer would leave the sanctuary his body knitting itself together as he moved, heading towards the mysterious void light.

"This presence, it feels like the same one from the underworld, the same one I felt from the sentinels tree all that time ago."

Sanctuary was a strange sight, not something that Irelia had imagined as a simple place of worship or habitat with wooden buildings looking more like a monks or religious site than anything else.

Along the horizon was a purple light and something in the distance that gave Irelia an uneasy feeling, something about the light making her want to turn around and never look back. Thinking on the events that had brought her here with Marzan's weapon forged for her, a weapon with power to defeat gods, Irelia wondered how true that was, like saying "Im the best Doctor around" when there could be someone better beyond the border or on the other side of the world. Needless to say, she had seen a strange turn of evens with the news of the plague when she was a teenager she thankfully lived through, the undead hordes before that when her parents ran with her in their arms. She couldn't remember it as a child but in turn Irelia felt a duty to act, to at least do what she could to help the world.

Moving about the landscape, she found some abandoned and forgotten buildings, some old stalls and tools laying around, most of which were either used a few times and abandoned or simply made for others to help themselves. Irelia wondered if she could put them to use, as the weapons Marzan had made her could be improved. Irelia had skill for kenjutsu and medjutsu, prefering to help people rather than cause harm. When she took the blades from Marzan she could feel something in them like they accepted her chakra through them a lot easier than regular chakra paper or tools. It was as if the weapons were reacting specifically to her. Flowing her chakra again through it, it flashed green for a moment before dispersing. It was a familiar colour, the green she often saw when performing medical ninjutsu. Could these tools help her with her medical ninjutsu? Marzan mentioned that they would shape to her soul, something that was uniquely and inately her. She couldn't really understand it at the time, but looking at these blades now, they were shaped similar to the shards that had broken apart from her crest, her family shield.

Taking a breath, Irelia wonder what would happen if she tried to impart more of.... herself... into the blades. Inscribing an old ancient Ionian traditional phrase across all 6 blades.
"Balance"
'Unity"
"Peace"
"Tranquility"
"Harmony"
"Hope"
As she inscribed the words on the blades, one word for each blade, something incredible happened, a flash of fire, not hot to the touch but familiar like a spirit she once knew. Taken aback, she watched the blades carfully before picking them up and taking a deep breath before a whisper could be heard as the flames died down.

"We will always be with you, all of Iona is inside you..." the words trailed off...

Irelia couldn't believe what had happened, the weapons were definitely a part of her, as her mothers last words were said to her while she took them off the scrap table. With a fierce look of determination, Irelia exited the building and headed towards the coast to make her way to the purple light.

With each blade being roughly eight inches in length from end to end, they are an incredibly . This weapon was forged for Irelia; because it is a product of certain Atavistic techniques it is bound to her soul, its anti-Divinity properties are able to pierce the defenses afforded to Divine enemies in the Ninja World. This does not confer a God-Slaying Tool the ability to defeat properties of Anutu or its sub-components; it is specifically targeted against Divine enemies in the Ninja World and the Divinity that they possess. With proper focusing and enhancements perhaps this weapon can become even stronger.

Medic: this God-Slaying specialization is designed to provide medical support to their team. They are not particularly well suited to combat, much like a Support specialist. But they are able to cure debuffs, diseases, and provide significant benefits to their teammate in the way of bulk healing, healing over time, and area healing.
Grace of Ishtar (Passive): Medics gain an increased 30% healing to all their abilities. Their healing techniques have a 20% chance to critically heal, causing them to heal for 100% increased healing.
Composite Healing (Passive): A Medic's healing techniques gain Composite Healing. This causes all healing to simultaneously heal Spiritual and Physical damage.
Embrace of Nannar (Passive): At the cost of a move and a slot in the timeframe the user is able to heal all allies within mid-range of their position for 30 Health Points and cure them of all negative debuffs, as long as they can be cured. Usable once every four turns.

Arriving from #270, Last Shadow with @Keotsu & @Lili-Chwan.

From the cedar forest swarming with countless vines infused with the Void, to the great ravine cleaving Kamiyasumi in half, and through the storms that rage to the far west of the beachhead, Musashi kept the pair headed in the right direction, avoiding any major hazards or distractions along the way. There was another region not far from where they'd departed that was similar to the Last Shadow where something was off, and Emiya made a mental note of it primarily to steer clear given what had occurred within that clearing where reality was thin as paper. Otherwise the journey was wet, yet uneventful. Idle chatter and banter, but little else before they'd arrived.

After several hours of travel they'd arrived, the Sanctuary hidden within the storm appearing somewhat like what Emiya was expecting. A civilization detached from the rest of the world, traditional and downright humble, yet not savage. It was as though the World itself had taken a snapshot at the time of the era of Gods, and hid it from the rest of Humanity, from itself for safekeeping. Homes constructed in the least ornate and most practical fashions, it was reminiscent of Otohime's Monastery where the silent Samurai and Monks pondered wisdom, insight and self-reflection. It was certainly just as, if not even more humble in fact, as even the attire of the people here was free of vanity, whereas at least Otohime had it's Samurai dressed in armor.

Aesthetics aside there was an air of unease within the village, not at the trios arrival but some ongoing activity as people who hadn't noticed them were just as concerned as those who had. Something was wrong, but there wasn't a widespread panic. Perhaps the tail end of one, but not the full thing.

Maybe we came at a bad time? Were they this on edge when you were here earlier Musashi?"

Musashi's time venturing through Kamiyasumi was well served, the trio having made it back to the Sanctuary no worse for wear. Musashi was sure it was probably a veritable feast of sights for her two traveling companions, for these lands held many wonders, and each managed to be more surprising for the last; Sanctuary seeming to be the crown jewel.

But, Emiya seemingly had picked up on it as well; there was a tremendous weight on the air, and a bit of unease that seemed to hang thick like a curtain.

"No, not at all," mused Musashi. "There might have been a bit of wonder at the outsider who wandered in, but nothing like this. You think maybe that earthquake caused some unease? If these structures are as old as the people here, it might have made the area unsafe."

Musashi was once again flabbergasted at the average age of the souls here, almost each impossibly old.

Coming from here & giving back control of Horus
Since their arrival in these lands, they searched for any signs of human life, but all they came across were some unusual plant life that appeared to have evolved to survive in the harsh conditions. But finally, civilization. It was hidden away, protected by the barrier that halted the storms which ravaged the lands. It wasn't flashy, the houses were made from wood, their clothes were plain. The bare essentials it seemed like.

But it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. It was obvious something had happened here. And recently by the looks of it. The villagers were anxious and confused, some panicking more than others. For once it wasn't Dabi's appearance that was the cause of it. "Let's have a look around for someone that ain't as shaken up, we aren't gonna get much help from these lot." He'd say to Horus as they made their way through the village.

Horus arrived, following Dabi across these lands he'd never seen before. Something in the air felt wrong, though he couldn't put his finger on it. He looked around to see if anything would give away any hints of the recent events, even that great quake that shook the world. He reached out, using his yin yang sensory, trying to feel for anyone that might give any information of recent events. Within moments he could feel it, a few others nearby, large chakra pools. Would they be friend or foe? He decided there was only one way to find out. He now spoke to Dabi.

"Do you feel it, those individuals who arrived before us? They are the only chakra signatures I can feel, maybe, like us they are also seeking answers. Let us find out, though stay on guard."

With that he led the way over to the chakra levels he felt within the lands. (Meeting Imperfect, Panthalassa, keotsu)

Panthalassa was exhilarated with the journey the trouple had, across the Outer Lands. It has been a long while since the Aburame had left his little hut, and meeting Musashi had been a terrific experience. The Ronin navigated this foreign lands with easiness and swiftness, a sage far beyond her age. Emiya had shared one story or another, but they had mostly been very friendly even if not oversharing. Panthalassa, on the other hand, had chatted away merrily the whole while, using his flies with deathly precision when needed as they crossed the perils of the land, but never backing away from a good chuckle.

It was thus, that Panthalassa had arrived at the Sanctuary. It was humble yet beautiful, and only when Emiya mentioned the dread did Panthalassa shut for a while, attempting to feel the way of the land. His little drones scattered around the area, picking up on chakra signatures, but it appeared most of the monks had something else powering them, for many seemed strong and viril, but none carried extraordinary chakra signatures.

Someone is approaching, these two have chakra signatures that far surpass the rest of the people here, especially the one with the robe.

That is, until a pheromone signal beamed from beside the trouple, and two men approached. They carried themselves with what could be described a "chav elegance", and, for the most part, they seemed cordial and friendly.

Greetings, Reverend Monk, we are sorry to intrude. My name is Admiral Panthalassa Aburame, I came with not harmful intentions!

Horus felt lost for a moment at the comments by the shinobi they came by, an Admiral who is also and Aburame. It was rare in recent years to come by such a clan, though the last several decades seemed to blend together in one small chapter, so he couldn't really be sure. He was about to look around for the monk of which Panthalassa spoke before looking at his attire and smiling, letting out a gentle laugh. He could see the confusion. He would of looked to Dabi, though he knew he'd be greeted by a mocking expression if he did.

"Greetings, Admiral Panthalassa of the Aburame clan. I'm afraid there has been some kind of misunderstanding, though mostly my fault. I am not of this sanctuary I'm afraid, nor am I one of the the monks that resides here or anywhere I'm afraid. Though I must admit I appreciate the sentiment and myself and my friend here do not come with any negative or harmful intentions either."

Horus placed his right hand across his waist giving a half bow inclining his head to the three newcomers.

"My name is Horus and my companion here is Dabi. We come here to seek information after our interaction with the ancient smith. I'm sorry for the confusion, my attire is something I've worn for many a year without much thought. Though I must ask something..."

He gave a small pause as he looked up with a more serious look on his face.

"Do any of you know of the event that caused the entire world shake relentlessly for such a time? It was like nothing I'd experienced in my long lifetime?"

Couple notes for Pantha just to keep the record straight on Drackos' behalf, Monks of the Human Order don't have Chakra. They are from the Era of the Gods, when people didn't have Chakra. They were hidden in Kamiyasumi until now for whatever reason, and so wouldn't have received the Sage of Six Path's gift. It's not that they don't have "extraordinary Chakra signatures" or "trace amounts", they have zero Chakra. Honestly, that would make it even easier to separate Horus and Dabi from everyone else here, as they're the only one's who'd have Chakra, meaning they'd stand out even more. Also your bugs can't possibly perceive that they have "something else empowering them". Even if you only implied that it "appeared" so, they don't have anything empowering them. They received Marduk's blessing, which in itself is based in Divinity which cannot be divined by means outside of Divinity, but all it does it mean they don't die from old age. It's not an empowerment of any kind. Atavistic Flame =/= their longevity.

Musashi confirmed what Emiya already knew, something had occurred since her time here to put everyone on edge. It couldn't have simply been that earthquake, could it? Emiya expressed his doubts to Musashi as the Major Insect-Buzz Killer hailed down a robed individual.

"They live in the literal eye of a storm. Might be a different kind of natural disaster, but if they're this content living so close to a seemingly endless storm, why would an earthquake phase them any? Maybe they're a rare occurrence, or tend to be worse here, like the storm? There was that massive ravine cutting the land in half. Could have been a big one a long time ago?"

Pantha provided introductions, and the "Monk" did the same, standard stuff when meeting fellow travelers so Emiya did the same. Mention of the ancient smith had Emiya's ears perk up a little though. Looking over the pair, it was clear they'd just claimed a pair of new Tools from the smith, fresh off the Forge judging by the heat still emanating from them... And already in the Land where Gods are said to sleep. Those sleeping Gods didn't stand a chance. Emiya was about to write the exchange off as pleasantries when the fact Horus mentioned the whole world shook finally sunk in. They were just at the Forge. On the other side of the world. It was one thing for it to be localized, but for it to reach all the way over there? That was something else entirely.

"You mean that quake reached all the way to Innovus?"

Emiya didn't wait for an answer, the question was rhetorical as there was no reason he could think of one would lie about such a simple thing. An earthquake occurred, there was no conceivable reason to lie about it's existence, as there was no gain to be made off such a lie. That meant whatever caused it was a cause of concern. Emiya put a hand up and excused himself, following the faces of concerned figures, looking for the cause of their distress. It wasn't hard, or take very long. He just followed the focus of the ever-increasing numbers of people until he found it.

A solitary body lay in a pool of blood, their beaten form covered in the same golden scales Emiya had briefly ran into. Judging from the surroundings a massive battle took place here not that long ago. Someone had fought the man Emiya presumed to be the last Voidlord here within the Sanctuary, and left his body here. A more dense crowd was gathered around a stone temple, and when Emiya inquired further as to what happened, he learned the key notes from a young woman named Fyarina. An outsider calling themselves Lucifer arrived, and met with their leader, Iavid. They spoke about something before Basel arrived. Lucifer fought Basel along with Iavid, whose official title was the Grandmaster of the Human Principal or Atavistic Flame. Something occurred, and Lucifer then started using the flames himself, using them to "cast aside his greed" or something to that effect, and bypassing Basel's power, which specifically made him stronger based on how much greed someone had. Emiya couldn't help but feel rather insulted that Basel grew so much stronger and larger when in his presence, but if it was something that operated like the rules of engagement against individuals in Irkalla, there was no lie in it. Emiya pressed for more details, but seeing as their leader was in a comatose state after the fight, Fya was more concerned with their well being than being a walking exposition device. Not wishing to be inconsiderate or insensitive, Emiya said thanks and returned to the group.

"I found out a little of what happened here. You remember Lucifer from Irkalla, Admiral? He was here, and what's more took on a Voidlord himself, and won. Apparently it was quite the battle, and over the course of it the leader of these people, Iavid, a Monk with the title of Grandmaster, used a flame-based ability called Atavistic Flame. As the fight went on Lucifer also started using it and Iavid fell from exhaustion. Using this flame Lucifer was able to bypass Basel's Divinity and beat him, so I guess that answers the question of what Marzan uses for forging his tools. Since the one we'd typically ask for more info's in a coma, we're kind of on our own for the moment... But..."

Emiya spent several moments playing with his fists. He was now sure he'd used Atavistic Flame in his encounter on the Western half of Kamiyasumi, but since it wasn't based on his Chakra, but clearly something else entirely, there was the lack of knowledge paired with the hesitation from playing with the unknown, or in this case literally trying to play with fire. He visualized a flame appearing within his palm, willing it to appear, but nothing happened. There was clearly a step he was missing. Again and again and again did flex his hands and flick a palm, almost like he was trying to strike a flame from a lighter, but still nothing happened. Eventually out of frustration he simply dropped his arms to the side, clearly making a fool of himself in front of friends and strangers alike.
"I just want to help Her. Them. Everyone. Anyone." The words were not spoken out loud. It was more an internal sigh of defeat at not knowing that "missing ingredient", the catalyzing factor in the usage of the Human Principal. Little did he know it was that intent, that desire to help people, no matter the cost, that was the catalyst. Just like back in Last Shadow it started as simple embers, fleeting, ephemeral cinders of a faint orange light slowly peeling from his form, but Emiya's form suddenly erupted into an inferno, swallowing the group in an ocean of flames, that even Emiya himself was surprised at.

(Kaen Kakkusei Iden: Hi no Mawari) – Atavistic Flame: Around the Fire
Type: Defensive, Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: Around the Fire is a supportive technique designed to give assistance to human allies. The user burns their own spirit to draw upon their Atavistic Flame, inflicting 30 spiritual damage upon themselves. In the following two turns the user will regenerate 15 spiritual Health Points. When activated this technique ignites an aura of pale-yellow flame around the user, radiating warmth outwards up to mid-range from the user’s position. All humans designated as the user’s allies will heal for 30 spiritual Health Points per turn, have all damage inflicted upon them reduced by 20 points, and have their base movement speed increased by 4 points.

Note: Can be activated three times per battle.
Note: The user does not benefit from this technique and must focus to sustain it for its duration.
Note: This technique can be sustained for three turns before deactivating. Each turn it is sustained after its activation inflicts an additional 10 spiritual points of damage upon the user.

The flames were not harmful in the slightest, in fact they were quite pleasant, a slow, gradual warmth that slowly built up within the body, removing fatigue and damage with each second that passed. Emiya's intentions were not harmful, thus his technique reflected those intentions. Nearby villagers of Sanctuary, who before were concerned at the recent fight that took place within their home, were caught off guard same as Emiya. They had just witnessed the first fight in their home in most likely a very long time, and having a flame spontaneously combust so soon after such an event would surely turn heads, even if they would (hopefully) recognize it as an innocent mistake on Emiya's part, and a non-offensive act itself. The flames not only seeped into the groups bodies, but their weapons too, causing them to radiate even more intense than Emiya's flames themselves.

"I have no clue how I did that, or how long it'll last, but I guess this is what we're doing now!!
If what Marzan said is true, that these weapons are bound to our souls, reflect on what that means to you, and hope for the best!!"

Emiya pulled out his own God Slaying Tool, Tsumukari, and visualized what kind of person he was, what he wanted to achieve. The blade is a weapon that cuts, that much cannot be denied. It is a tool made for that singular purpose, and therein many a warrior find a singular bliss, the conflagration of their clash scorching even the stars. Such pleasures they seek for their own sake, and no other reason. Emiya... Wasn't that kind of person. Not really. The blade was not a tool to kill, not to him. It was a tool to save lives, not take them. A tool that cut no flesh, nor bones, nor life. With this blade in his hands he aimed to cut the bonds of fate and destiny, that is to say to free one from karma itself. This very act was the foundation that forged the blade after all. The blade was driven into his heart when he lay dead, completely and entirely void of all life. His soul was gone. Tsumukari reversed this act, it severed the causality of his own death. In so doing, it became a blade that saved life, not take it. It was more than capable of the act, but that act was not, and hopefully would never fully be it's only intent behind Emiya's actions. That is the ideal he clung to, what his soul would now reflect in Tsumukari. A blade that helped others.

(Tsumukari) – Heaven Reaching Blade
Type: Artifact
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 100
Description: Tsumukari, or the Heaven Reaching Blade, is the first katana reforged in the Armory of Marzan after the raid on Irkalla, the Underworld. The sword was reforged using the remnants of the God-Slaying Tool Blessings from the End of the World. Tsumukari is the first of a new generation of God-Slaying Tools, weapons noted to be the great “equalizers” in a cosmic conflict between the gods and man. Forging the blade was a cooperative effort between Marzan, the original engineer of the God-Slaying Tools, and his apprentice Emiya in the aftermath of the demise of the Domain of Death. Because its former iteration was rife with Void energy, Tsumukari has been endowed with unique abilities that go beyond what a standard God-Slaying Tool is capable of. On a basic level Tsumukari and the techniques it produces, be it through the sword or the sword as a proxy, contain proper Divinity to damage and slay a god. Passively, Tsumukari increases the user’s Kenjutsu techniques that utilize the sword by 30 additional damage. All the user’s Kenjutsu techniques, with the exception of those of Tsumukari’s active abilities that explicitly exclude them, gain a single range unit. Visually this appears as crescents and strikes of energy lashing out from the edge of Tsumukari, extending the range when necessary. Tsumukari is unbreakable; though its unbreakable nature cannot be used defensively alone. Use of any of the active abilities of Tsumukari puts the other two on cooldown for two turns.

Yōtō (lit. 妖刀, "Wicked Katana"): The first and most basic attack afforded to the wielder by Tsumukari. The user adorns the edge of the blade with Chakra, infusing it with trace Divinity, and performing simple slashes or piercing attacks with the sword. The user can either maintain the energy along the edge of the blade, empowering its basic attacks to inflict considerable damage for up to three attacks or five turns, whichever comes first. Alternatively, the user can consume the adorned edge and focus it into an arc of Chakra as a projectile with long-range reach. In either case, the blade strikes for 100 physical damage. This damage is treated as strong to all natures and abilities, with the only exception of Anutu and its components. Can be used four times per battle.

Will of the God-Slayer: A state activated through Tsumukari. The Will of the God-Slayer is the legacy of Marzan himself; through raw determination and human ingenuity the blacksmith forged the first God-Slaying Tool. It is an evocation of tenacity and hope, the desire for a better tomorrow by equalizing the war of today. When activated the user’s Kenjutsu prowess is further augmented, increased by an additional 20 damage while gaining an increase of three times their base speed. Additionally, any critical strikes they land with Tsumukari are increased by 30%. Lasts for four turns, can be used twice per battle.

Tsumukari Muramasa: A unique technique that emerges from Tsumukari’s unique composition between Void and Divinity. In short, this ability affords Tsumukari the power to cut causality. The technique is initiated through the user’s Chakra, costing 120, though its true cost lies in the Health Points it drains. Because the user possesses no Divinity the combination of Void and Divinity siphon the user’s health, costing the user 70 Health Points to perform. This health cannot be regenerated while in a battle unless the user possesses full Anutu or Atavistic Flame, in which case it can only be regenerated four turns after Tsumukari’s use. In the case of Atavistic Flame it heals at a rate of 50%, meaning if the user heals for 70 Health Points with Atavistic Flame it will count as 35 toward their total. In essence, when this technique is activated it becomes able to ‘cut’ causality and concepts that the user is capable of perceiving. It cannot cut the concept of ‘life,’ meaning to instantly kill another target. When Tsumukari is used like this it does not physically cut the target, rather it performs a metaphysical cut. There is no visible slash, gash, or piercing wound left on their victim, though contact with the blade is still required. Tsumukari Muramasa can cut Chakra, bonds, summoning contracts, and even Edo Tensei links. This ability can be used thrice per battle.

Embrace of Nannar (Active): At the cost of a move and a slot in the timeframe the user is able to heal all allies within mid-range of their position for 30 Health Points and cure them of all negative debuffs, as long as they can be cured. Usable once every four turns.

High on the revelation that his Human Principal was to help others, and while everyone else was no doubt enamored by his magnificent display of Atavistic Flame, Emiya took the shattered remnants of Musashi's blades, Yawarakai-Te Masamune & Juuchi Yosamu Muramasa, resolved to repair the damage done to Musashi while waiting for Emiya to catch up. Repayment for time lost as it were. The noted parallels between the pair just kept mounting with each new discovery about Musashi. Not only did she have a goal that would have been most likely been most easily achieved through Emiya's own blade, she also fought with a pair of blades, one black as night, the other shining like the heavens. If she had a penchant for Archery, Emiya's position as a "Hero of Justice" was definitely in peril... Ironic parallels aside, Emiya looked upon the shattered works once more, the clear dedication and sheer work that went into crafting them was clear to see, making it all the more understandable why Musashi mourned their loss. He lay each piece out in sequence, reconstructing the broken blades before him.

"Guess I'll just do what I can. Here goes nothing."

Emiya's eyes scanned over each individual piece. He could smelt them down and try to remake the blades as they were, but metal would be lost in the process. That's what smelting entailed, removing imperfections in the metals until most if not all that was left was good enough to constitute a blade. This would cause a reduction in the blade's length, and also carried the additional issue that Musashi now had a third blade with which to fight with; her God Slaying Tool. Unless she learned how to fight with a blade held in her mouth, she would have to either switch between blades mid-combat, or neglect one of her weapons, which is a sad affair for any swordsman. That and the prior issue about preserving the originals and their length meant a different approach had to at least be considered. He wasn't as good a smith as Marzan, that much was sure. During his moonlighting as a blacksmith in the Radiant Fields of Kuwana his works littered the compound of that small hut, failures every last one of them. His only true "success" was the distillation of concepts he encountered within Irkalla confined into the blade Meslamtaea, and even then it's forging nearly literally blew up in his face. Then again he was working with raw forces in that process, whereas here he had proper materials, and materials of good stock too. Looking over them again, simply welding pieces together would neither pay respect to the works they were, nor result in anything worthy of the swordswoman he was doing this for. The answer was clear. Both Masamune and Muramasa would pave the way for a new work.

(Yawarakai-Te Masamune) Tender Hands Masamune
Rank: S
Type: Weapon
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: A beautiful katana forged by the master swordsmith, Masamune. The blade has a suguha style hamon with brilliant, light colored steel, polished to a mirror finish; the handle wrappings are white, surrounding a wooden handle of mahogany, with the tsuba of the sword depicting a complex pinwheel like pattern. Forged with the purest of materials in serenity by swordsmith who had achieved Zen, Yawkarakai-Te is flushed with natural energy, augmenting natural energy, and Dokkōdō techniques for those who can use them.

(Seichō) Growth - Yawarakai-Te enhances the power of Natural Energy that flows across the blade, such that Dokkodo techniques used by its wielder increase in such a manner that they gain Elemental Superiority to anything they were previously neutral to, and any Elemental Weakness they had instead becomes Elemental Neutrality.

(Shizukesa) Tranquility - Yawarakai-Te is heavily attuned to natural energies, and passively draws natural energy into itself. While not to the level of those who practice Senjutsu, this offers a powerful effect to the blade: Kenjutsu and related field techniques can become imbued with these energies when performed by the wielder of Yawarakai-Te, allowing them to be treated as Dokkodo techniques for the purposes of effects that affect or modify Dokkodo techniques, by adding 10 chakra to the cost of the technique to do so. However, this chakra does not enhance the technique in question beyond simply allowing it to be utilized as a Dokkodo technique.

Note: Yawarakai-Te's abilities that affect Dokkodo techniques only function if its wielder is capable of using said field and wielding the blade.

(Juuchi Yosamu Muramasa) Ten-thousand Cold Nights Muramasa
Rank: S
Type: Weapon
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: An exquisite katana forged by the master swordsmith, Muramasa. The blade has a midare style hamon with dark, black colored steel, polished to an inky finish; the handle wrappings are black, surrounding a wooden handle of white oak, with the tsuba of the sword depicting a complex pinwheel like pattern. Forged with the purest of materials in feverish dedication by swordsmith who strove to forge a sword capable of cutting god, Juuchi Yosamu is highly attuned to the soul, and augments Ronin Spiritual Kenjutsu techniques for those who can use them.

(Shigeki) Stimulation - Juuchi Yosamu's highly spirit sensitive blade, crafted in such a manner that it sought to cut god, augments the cutting power of Spiritual Kenjutsu techniques such that Spiritual Kenjutsu techniques used by its wielder increase in such a manner that they gain Elemental Superiority to anything they were previously neutral to, and any Elemental Weakness they had instead becomes Elemental Neutrality.

(Teitai) Stagnation - Juuchi Yosamu's spirit seeped blade has a heavy presence, which offers a powerful effect to the blade: Kenjutsu and related field techniques can become imbued with these energies when performed by the wielder of Juuchi Yosamu, allowing them to be treated as Spiritual Kenjutsu techniques for the purposes of effects that affect or modify Spiritual Kenjutsu techniques, by adding 10 chakra to the cost of the technique to do so. However, this chakra does not enhance the technique in question beyond simply allowing it to be utilized as a Spiritual Kenjutsu technique.
Note: Juuchi Yosamu's abilities that affect Spiritual Kenjutsu techniques only function if its wielder is capable of using said field and wielding the blade.

Emiya started by unsheathing several blades from the scabbards on his hip, each one the condensed, stored form of Osmium. These weren't going to be used in the reforging of Muramasamune, or at least not in the way one might assume anyway. They were not raw materials, but rather the vessel wherein the materials would be smelted. Emiya gathered Chakra within each of the blades and had them all unfold, unravel and return to their natural state as flecks of metal. From these individual shards Emiya began to construct a kiln, one large enough to easily fit all the shards of both blades, then he condensed the raw form down and down and down, each time making it denser and more resistant to flame. Osmium had one of the highest melting points of metals, but it was better to be safe than sorry, and so the kiln was reduced to a more compact state, one that would help forge these beautiful blades into something transcendental.

(Fūin/Ōsmuton: Futei Keijō) – Sealing/Osmium Release: Unfinal Shapes
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A (Short)
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: Unfinal Shapes is a basic, supplementary application of Osmium combined with Fūin, designed to enhance its utility to mimic the usage of Sand Ninjutsu by Gaara. By having the element itself pre-made, and kept stored in a gourd or container of some kind, it is carried on hand by the user. In order to perform Osmium techniques using this premade reserve of the element, the user only needs to flush the container with the necessary amount of chakra, and they can control the element as they see fit. This is considered an alternative method of using Osmium techniques, and thus they are not considered as passive unless stated in the original technique, and usages of Osmium techniques through Unfinal Shapes count towards usage limits. Should they choose, the user can use that same source of Osmium for another Osmium technique, and it will behave according to its new rank/power and any other properties described in the technique, simply requiring that the user expend the stated amount of chakra. Osmium techniques made from the reserves carried on the user that are neutralised in a clash with other techniques, or by other methods, will be resealed into the gourd, unable to be used for the remainder of the turn of neutralisation, as well as the subsequent turn. Use of Unfinal Shapes requires that it be posted in the user’s bio, or at the start of battle.
(Ōsmuton: Nokurisu no Hāku) – Osmium Release: Grasp of Nokris
Type: Offensive / Defensive
Rank: D – S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: 10 – 40 (-10 per turn)
Damage: 20 – 80
Description: This technique encompasses the creation and manipulation of Osmium in the form of constructs, made by condensing the individual grains of the element. The element can be created from the terrain itself, manifested within the air, or drawn from existing structures of Osmium on the field. The element cannot be made within short-range of an opponent, unless the user is within short-range, then it may be created anywhere outside of a meter from the opponent. As opposed to the Blood of Oryx, the constructs deal damage by way of smashing through a target, using great weight combined with the sharpness of Osmium grains. Maintaining any usage of the element beyond the turn of initial creation requires 10 chakra points per turn, with A-Rank applications lasting up to 4 turns(3 for S-rank). The element can be manipulated through mental control or physical gestures. The S-Rank usage may be performed up to 4 times per battle, rendering the user incapable of activating Osmium techniques in the next turn. B-rank version requires one handseal, increasing by one handseal per rank.

He placed each shard within, then began his own unique forging process. Admittedly it was far more experimental than his masters, but therein was it's beauty. No one else was stupid enough to forge like this, and that in itself made him unique. He began by tapping into his Muramasa Alter Ego's potential, borrowing his affinity for flame, and lit a blue flame within the kiln. It cast a cold, ghostly pale blue light upon the surrounding earth as ice crystals seemingly formed upon it, and the beginnings of snowflakes could be seen in the air around the kiln. These flames, must like Marzan's, were not normal, in fact, they were the furthest thing from normal for a flame. They seemed to burn with a cold heat, but the truth was far more interesting, as the flames were essentially absorbing the nearby ambient heat from the surroundings, including the remnants of the Atavistic Flame of Emiya's previous technique. This meant that, despite appearing cold, the center of the flames burned the hottest. This would ensure to burn any and all impurities from the shards of the blades, casting aside all that was unnecessary, and leaving only the most perfect raw materials. Not that he expected much to be burned by the flames, but it was a fun thought all the same, that he was allowed to work with such materials to begin with.

(Nanatsu Shukenja Kaen) Seven Sovereign Flames
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: Created by a group of Fire Style Masters who used their emotions to influence their Chakra, the Seven Sovereign Flames are not considered traditional Jutsu in the sense that the user simply gathers Chakra, adds various changes to Shape and Nature, then performs it against their opponent in Battle. Rather, they are the purest form of "Supplementary Enhancement" for all techniques that the user knows that fall under the Basic 5 Element of Fire. The user takes their skill in the manipulation of the Fire Element and combines it with their powerful, sometimes overwhelming, emotions, with the result being seven new types of Fire, each with their own special properties, all derived directly from the emotions infused into them. The Seven Masters all created their Sovereign Flames after succumbing to the reprecussions of their own emotions. One was consumed with hatred and rage, and hurt the one he loved, while another gave up something precious to them, and was consumed with overwhelming grief and sadness. After their own traumatizing experiences, and eventual personal revalations, they all came to understand and accept the flaws in their own emotional states, and used their understanding of these emotions to further their skills in Fire Release, revealing their true colors as it were. The concept of emotions influencing Chakra has been referenced in the series on a few occasions. One of the best examples of this is Karin Uzumaki, a powerful Sensor-Type Ninja with a unique and extremely detailed form of Sensory perception. Using her Sensory abilities Karin once described both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra at around the same time in the series claiming Naruto's was "bright and warm", while Sasuke's was "dark and cold", which coincided with both of their emotions during the Five Kage Summit Arc. Karin's description of the nature of both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra supports the concept that one's Chakra is tightly interwoven with the current state of the users emotions, with this Jutsu using different emotions to directly affect and alter the user's Fire Release Chakra in unique and interesting ways.

The Seven Sovereign Flames are directly applied to one's biography, under the Specialties section as an extension of the Fire Element, thus requiring any user of this Jutsu to specialize in the Fire Element. Within this extension of their Fire Element specialty, the user must specify one of the Seven Sovereign Flames, which becomes their "personal" Sovereign Flame, which they naturally embody, allowing the user to imbue their entire Fire Release arsenal into that Sovereign Flame, each with their own unique properties (All of which are explained below). Only one user of this Jutsu can specialize in any given Sovereign Flame at a time, meaning two users cannot embody the same Flame at the same time. The Sovereign Flame that the user specializes in will always be available to the them at the start of a battle (in addition to base/ regular Fire Style), at no additional chakra cost. Additionally, while the Sovereign Flames have their own unique properties, they are all still considered, for all intents and purposes, Fire Style Ninjutsu, and always follow the Elemental interactions and guidelines for regular Fire Style, regardless of any unique or alternative properties they possess. Finally, the effects of the Sovereign Flames scale with the Rank, size, overall power, etc of the Jutsu they are infused into, just like any regular form of Elemental Ninjutsu, with higher ranking Jutsu logically dealing more severe effects upon contact with a target, object or surface.

The Sovereign Flames themselves are as follows;

Imogen's Sorrow - Imogen's perpetual sadness came from an ultimatum that shattered her life, with the resulting sadness causing her to forge her own Sovereign Flame by accident. The user must also know and understand their own sadness to access this silent, ghostly blue fire, which is deeply affected by the sorrows of ones life. Imogen's Sorrow infuses one's Fire Style with the property to exude an external endothermic reaction in place of the regular exothermic reaction, drawing in heat from the Jutsu's surroundings and forcing the outer reaches of the Jutsu to be "perceived" as cold. But despite this perception, at the core of any Jutsu imbued with Imogen's Sorrow still burns a powerful flame like regular Fire Ninjutsu, causing the usual burns on contact with a target or surface. The difference is the first moments where the Jutsu approaches an opponent, making them believe it's something entirely different from Fire Ninjutsu, thus giving the user a slight advantage.

Note: This Jutsu must be stated in the user's biography, and posted at the beginning of every battle.
Note: Chosen flame must be stated in the user's bio.
Note: Can only be taught by Iᴍᴘᴇяғᴇᴄᴛ.
(Shukenja Kaen ❅ Keishō Kanashimi) Sovereign Flame ❅ Inherited Sorrow
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: Self
Chakra: N/A
Damage: +1 Rank or +20 (User's Jutsu)
Description: A passive benefit of the Sovereign Flame "Imogen's Sorrow", Inherited Sorrow utilizes the unique property of the emotionally infused flames to empower themselves. This is achieved via the basic property of the Sovereign Flame itself, which has an endothermic exterior which naturally draws in thermal energy from external sources, causing the interior to burn at a hotter temperature as a result. This allows the user's flames to passively draw in heat from it's surroundings at all times, granting the user's flames either +1 Rank or +20 damage. Additionally, when the user's Endothermic Flames directly clash with another Jutsu that produces thermal energy, for example, an opposing Fire Release Jutsu, due to the inherent thermodynamics of both Jutsu, the user's being Endothermic, aka absorbing heat, and the opposing being Exothermic, aka radiating heat, the same reaction occurs. As the user's Endothermic Flames draw in heat, and the opposing Jutsu exudes it, the user's Jutsu take advantage of this give-take reaction. The user's Jutsu receives an additional +1 Rank or +20 damage, with the result depending on the Ranks of the users Jutsu, former for A-Rank and below, and the latter for S-Rank and above, for either technique.

Note: Can only be taught by Imperfect, and used by the current wielder of "Imogen's Sorrow".

As it was however, on it's own the flame couldn't even melt butter. It needed raw energy fed into it, which took more time and would cost far more Chakra than simply lighting a fire, but as a result the end product would be that much better, at least in theory. To start with Emiya's form began to give off a subtle glow before flames started emitting from his body. This wasn't any specific technique, but rather a conversion of the otherwise waste Chakra that was leaving his form with each breath taken. The flames that would normally lash out and lick at the world were pulled with absolution toward the kiln, consumed by the ghastly flames within, their raw heat absorbed, and stored within it's cold embrace. It wasn't enough though. The dregs of his Chakra would take hours, if not days to reach a temperature even close to what he needed, so he drove his hand into the kiln and released pulse after pulse of thermoacoustic waves. These "second sound waves" were injected into the shards of the twin blades at a specific frequency so as to resonate with them causing two effects to occur simultaneously. First was to melt the shards with raw heat, and second was to have the vibrations cause the blades' shards to mix evenly while also forcing any impurities out of the metals. It was almost imperceptible, but the faintest shadows could be glimpsed upon the raw metal's form, that of impurities fractions of the size of sand grains being forced from the resonant mass of pure metal.

(Ninpō: Ritomasu Fōmu) Ninja Art: Litmus Form
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: Self - Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple technique, with varying applications, Litmus Form takes principles from both of it's related techniques, namely the simplicity of Litmus Finger, and the full body applications of Litmus Fist, and combines them both, to create a full-body application, which is achieved through a very simple method. This technique utilizes the Chakra that naturally leaks from the body [SUP][ ][/SUP], and is what allows Chakra Sensor-types to detect other lifeforms, such as enemy Shinobi, to create an unranked, full body cosmetic. It has been shown that this naturally exuded can be directly manipulated, such as with the "Chakra Suppression Technique", allowing the user to prevent this Chakra from escaping the body, making them virtually invisible to Chakra Sensors. This technique follows a similar principle, allowing the user to passively manipulate this ambient Chakra, moulding it much like they would for a Jutsu, applying both changes to the Shape and Element, giving it a basic "form" as it leaves the body. This however, unlike the aforementioned technique, doesn't make the user invisible to Chakra Sensors, as the Chakra is still "leaving" the users body, simply in another "state". This allows the user to re-purpose this Chakra, for example, allowing them to wreathe themselves in flames, or cloak themselves in an aura of electrical energy, vortex of wind, etc, and other purely cosmetic applications, without any actual Chakra cost, or effort on part of the user, leaving them open to perform other actions without interference. These cosmetics carry no damage, or tangible properties, not from a lack of control or influence from the user, but simply due to them being composed of the "dregs" of one's Chakra Flow, Chakra that would otherwise go unused, making any impact on both the user, other beings, and the world around them, almost entirely negligible.

Note: Can only be taught by Iᴍᴘᴇяғᴇᴄᴛ, and only to those who have learned "(Ninpō: Ritomasu Fingā) Ninja Art: Litmus Finger" and "(Nintaijutsu: Ritomasu Fisuto) Ninja Body Technique: Litmus Fist".

(Ritsuton: Fuitchi ♬ Konton no Kyōmei) Rhythm Release: Discordance ♬ Resonance of Chaos
Type: Offensive/ Supplementary
Rank: B-Rank/ A-Rank/ S-Rank
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 20/ 30/ 40 (-5/ -10/ -15 Chakra per turn to maintain)
Damage: 40/ 60/ 80 (-10/ -15/ -20 Damage per turn, if maintained (Direct Contact)
Description: Another basic application of Rhythm Release, Resonance of Chaos has the user perform three hand seals, Snake → Horse → Tiger, before gathering moderate to large amounts of Rhythm Release Chakra and channelling it into a chosen medium through direct contact, the maximum size of which depends on the amount of Chakra gathered, or to be more specific, the Rank the user performs this technique as. For the B-Rank usage, this Jutsu can affect an area of up to 10m. For the A-Rank usage, this Jutsu can affect an area of up to 20m. For the S-Rank usage, this Jutsu can affect up to and beyond a 30m radius, easily capable of altering, affecting and destroying an entire landscape (Can affect a large portion of a Landmark within the Ninja World). Once the user has selected the rank, chosen their targeted medium, and begun to channel their Chakra into it, they then go about altering and manipulating the frequency and amplitude of their Rhythm Release Chakra, tuning it to the "resonant frequency" of their selected medium. This causes the chosen medium to quickly break down, shattering from the inside out thanks to the vibrations resonating and rebounding within it, as well as burn, melt, boil, scorch, etc, thanks to those same vibrations generating massive amounts of thermal energy. The exact results depend on what the user targets with this technique, and naturally this Jutsu can only be used on solid physical objects, surfaces, constructs, etc. For example, the user could make the ground beneath their feet a hazard for others to walk on by maintaining a constant flow of Rhythm Release Chakra into it, or they could cause a structure to collapse in on itself, trapping, even potentially killing anyone within it at the time, including themselves if they are not careful. If the user maintains this Jutsu, they cannot perform other techniques, even Rhythm Release Jutsu, because they must sustain the constant flow from themselves into the chosen medium, leaving no chance to perform other techniques, without breaking off their usage of this technique. However, even if the user doesn't "maintain" this Jutsu, it's effects and the way it affects the land persist for up to 2 turns, unless properly countered, such as with a large body of water. Finally, since this technique can affect a wide range of objects, surfaces, constructs, etc, the user must, using proper logic, fully explain how this Jutsu affects the chosen medium, the potential ways it affects the environment, opponent, themselves, etc, wherever applicable.

Note: A-Rank usage is limited to a max of 3 times per battle/event. The S-Rank usage is limited to a max of 1 time per battle/event. Additionally, if the user performs the A-Rank usage, they cannot perform this Jutsu for 2 turns. If they perform the S-Rank usage, they cannot perform Rhythm Release in their next turn.
Note: Can be maintained for a max of 3 turns.

Whereas normally the thermal energy from Rhythm would disperse once fed into the shards, the endothermic flames kept that energy in perpetuity, trapped within, keeping the shards fed a constant stream of energy. Emiya had essentially given the laws of thermodynamics and entropy specifically, the middle finger with this method. Entropy would play it's part in due time, but for now, Emiya simply fed more and more Chakra into the kiln, until the process reached a breaking point. The raw metal was beginning to bubble and boil, roiling in agony at the endless stream of energy being fed into it. Any more and the metal itself would evaporate into smoke and vapor, and Emiya would have many apologies to give. Where one might look for a mold, or a quenching trough, Emiya already had everything he needed. With a seal the ghostly blue flame within the kiln was extinguished, and the Osmium, which wasn't anywhere near melting, sprung to life, enclosing itself and molding to the shape of a elongated and cylindrical container. Within the core Emiya shaped an internal chamber to that of a mold, shaping it to fit one of Musashi's scabbards. It was tricky, designing it from the inside out, but it was a fun challenge nonetheless. Now it was time to finalize the weapon, and pray it was in one piece. With the Osmium mold suspended in the air, Emiya held up a hand and injected one final flame into the mix; Entropy. The immediate dispersion of the potential energy with the osmium mold, including thermal energy, followed.

"Just in case, might want to duck. I'm not really sure what's about to happe-!!"

( Entropoton: Akuyaku no Shizuka ) Entropy ∞ Silent Undoer
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: C-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15-40 (-10 per turn)
Damage: 30-80
Description: This technique serves as a basic release for the element, and allows the user to concentrate various amounts of Entropic Radiation either within his body, the terrain around him, or even the air. When conjured without a source the element cannot be formed within 5 meters (short ranged) of an opponent, unless the user himself is within that range. The radiation can be used in various forms; it can be condensed into solid objects such as weapons, shields, pillars, etc and it can stay as simple radiation to cover vast distances and wreak havoc from afar. When made into objects, the element will be able to, upon contact with techniques and/or chakra filled entities, disperse the kinetic and potential energies found within said technique which can cause it to lose form. The other side to this technique is when the element is released in full blown radiation form. As per abilities of the CE, the radiation is able to pass through solid objects to get to hidden targets. Once contact is made the radiation will forcefully scatter the energies within its target which can lead to severe internal damage within people and summons, and loss of form to techniques. To use this technique above B-ranked, the user will have to perform a hand seal. A-ranked usages require two hand seals and a turn cool down between applications, S-Ranked requires three hand seals, two turn cool down, and a maximum usage limit of three times. After using the S-ranked variant the user will be unable to perform Entropy techniques above A-Ranked in the next turn. Applications of Silent Undoer can remain on the field more than a single turn up to a max of three turns but at a price of ten chakra per turn.

In an instant the osmium shell exploded, briefly catching Emiya by surprise, but he expanded the Entropy's area of effect, as well as the effects themselves, including kinetic energy within the flames' parameters. Fragments of shattered osmium, rent by the instantly ejected thermal energy, lay suspended in the air as there, at the center of it all was a singular blade. It's form surrounded by the expanding fragments of osmium, still close enough for one to see how they all fit together, Emiya looked at the blade, then Musashi, then back and forth several times.

"Uhh... After you?"

Emiya gestured for Musashi to be the first one to lay her tender hands on the blade's still, cold form. The black and white blades gave form to something in between. Just as the night sky is painted a fair blue by the light of the sun, so too did Masamune and Muramasa meet somewhere in the middle when merged, a fine line between physicality and spirituality perfectly carved out, somehow, by Emiya. All that remained was for Musashi to claim it's naked form for herself, and give it a new name, because Muramasamune was a terrible name, and Emiya was glad he didn't say it aloud, as it would no doubt have ruined the moment.

(Tsukihime) Moon Princess
Rank: S
Type: Weapon
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: A magnificent katana, crafted by the blacksmith Emiya Shiro, forged of broken fragments of the Ten Thousand Cold Nights Muramasa and Tender Hands Masamune. The blade has a gunome style hamon, with pale, light-blue colored steel, polished to a glassy finish; the handle wrappings are a dark purple, surrounding a wooden handle of dark oak, with the tsubasa of the sword depicting a complex pinwheel like pattern. Forged from the fragments of masterwork pieces crafted of the purest materials by master swordsmiths, Emiya Shiro worked the broken blades into marvelous, harmonious whole; the melding of these two blades into one resulted in a blade attuned with "all of creation", in harmony with the pure and impure world; both nature, and the soul. Wielding Tsukihime augments Ronin Spiritual Kenjutsu and Dokkodo for those who can use them.

(Kenshin) Dedication - Tsukihime's hallowed blade, crafted in such a way to reach all of creation, augments the cutting power of Ronin Spiritual Kenjutsu and Dokkodo techniques such that techniques of those categories used by its wielder increase in such a manner that they gain Elemental Superiority to anything they were previously neutral to, and any Elemental Weakness they had instead becomes Elemental Neutrality.

(Shizukesa) Serenity - Tsukihime's balanced blade sits wholly in the scheme of the universe, unwavering on the edge of the pure and impure. This confers a powerful effect to the blade: Kenjutsu and related field techniques can become imbued with these energies when performed by the wielder of Tsukihime, allowing them to be treated as Spiritual Kenjutsu or Dokkodo techniques for the purposes of effects that affect or modify those fields, by adding 10 chakra to the cost of the technique to do so. However, this chakra does not enhance the technique in question beyond simply allowing it to be utilized as a Spiritual Kenjutsu or Dokkodo technique.

Note: Tsukihime's abilities that affect Spiritual Kenjutsu and Dokkodo techniques only function if its wielder is capable of using said field and wielding the blade.

Embrace of Nannar (Active): At the cost of a move and a slot in the timeframe the user is able to heal all allies within mid-range of their position for 30 Health Points and cure them of all negative debuffs, as long as they can be cured. Usable once every four turns.

Horus watched as the events unfolded before his eyes. One of the three who had arrived left them to walk over to someone, no, something, a body that a lay in the floor. Just what had happened here? He listened intently to what the young man had to say, of the fight, a man called Lucifer and a voidlord. Little of this made any sense to Horus, he’d been gone from the known world for so long, though could all these events be tied into the quake itself. He looked down towards the injured man and was about to go help but he saw it, almost as though he could feel the man’s pain, his struggle.

Lost in his own thoughts he almost didn’t see it, the sudden glow that lit the area. What was this power? His rinnegan couldn’t see anything, his sensory couldn’t feel anyway. Though this power itself, he could see with his bare eyes, what was it? Before he could inquire his newly forge weapon resonated with the flames and it called to him. He drew it from his back, as he heard the words, this would be bound to his soul? Could he do that? He was a man he’s but was only half human. A mother not of this world, a father who was, what did this make him?

This was a time to truly test who he was and where he stood. If he could call on his soul to power this weapon, he would truly feel a part of humanity. Though what would it say? How would it reflect in this weapon? He knew he had not much time so he thought of his life and what it truly meant to him, what had he aimed to do throughout…..

To help those in need!

With that he felt it, the burning sensation though not that of pain, the fires within him that reflected as he truly felt. He felt the connection with his weapon as his willingness to help embodied it. He held onto the blade as he felt to connection form before the flames died down. His connection with his blade felt strong yet it felt as though he in himself had changed. He needed to test this new power he felt, to test his theory.

He would perform three hand seals releasing a wave of his own fire, pulsing out all around the area washing over everyone around him with the regenerative composition. This would do no damage to anyone as he saw everyone here as allies though the flames would seal any wounds, restoring their bodies, healing them all and even enhancing all those around him while his flames felt even more powerful, enhanced by the new weapon forged for him.

With these flames washing over all those around him without harm, he waited to see how those around him reacted.

(Kamikorosu: Bisento) – God Slayer: Brow Blade
Type: God-Slaying Artifact
Rank: C-Rank
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: A pole weapon wielded by the Samurai class now forged as a God-Slaying Tool. It is quite a large weapon, roughly six feet in length from the tip of its heavy curved blade to the bottom of the pole-staff. This particular Bisento was forged for Horus; because it is a product of certain Atavistic techniques it is bound to his soul, its anti-Divinity properties are able to pierce the defenses afforded to Divine enemies in the Ninja World. This does not confer a God-Slaying Tool the ability to defeat properties of Anutu or its sub-components; it is specifically targeted against Divine enemies in the Ninja World and the Divinity that they possess. With proper focusing and enhancements perhaps this weapon can become even stronger.

Embrace of Nannar (Active): At the cost of a move and a slot in the timeframe the user is able to heal all allies within mid-range of their position for 30 Health Points and cure them of all negative debuffs, as long as they can be cured. Usable once every four turns.

( Uchiwaketon: Saisho no Uta - Zeusu no Yuigon ) | Breakdown Release: First Verse - Testament to Zeus
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: B - S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 40 - 60
Damage: 80 - 120+30
Description: This is the basic creation technique of Breakdown Release. The user will combine their Yang with Fire Release to create a Breakdown Release technique. This can be released from the users body, formed out of their chakra in the air or from the ground. If formed out of the air or ground it must be 5m away from an opponent, unless the user himself is within that range. From there the user will create anything he can imagine; ranging from simple waves, pulses, streams, to shapes as intricate as weapons, houses, creatures, etc,. Due to being composed of Yang chakra, it will cost 40 chakra for a B rank then increasing by 10 chakra per rank. When releasing this jutsu the user will chose to apply the Degenerative or Regenerative effects outlined as followed:

Regenerative:
  • B Rank: Heal up to 30, x1.5 speed, -10 damage, +10 tai
  • A-Rank: Heal up to 50, x2 speed, -15 damage, +15 tai
  • S-Rank: Heal up to 80+30, x2.5 speed, -30 damage, +20 tai
Note: For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the jutsu, for A rank the user will need to perform two hand seals, S rank will require three hand seals. A rank can be used once per turn up to 4 times per battle, S rank can be used two times per battle with three turns between uses and no Breakdown jutsu A rank and above in the following turn with all effects lasting 3 turns.

Breakdown: The regenerative aspect of Breakdown Release allows the user to use breakdown to enhance, fortify and heal a shinobi, flowing fire through them, the flames acting as a medium for these effects. Fire can already be used in a basic healing way to cauterise wounds, destroy bacteria, and restore the users body temperature, the yang aspect enhances this allowing the fire to empower the user or an ally, much like the change into hell technique. The fire will flow through their body increasing durability, purging and cleansing chakra paths, restoring balance to their chakra system or in some cases improving their body.

Panthalassa was not one to sit iddly by as action was happening in the world. He listened intently to Emiya's questioning, and his eyes brighten up at the mention of Lucifer's journey. The Aburame remembered Lucifer well, the Child of Tiamat's powers had fused extremely well with his flies, to the point that Panthalassa felt useful despite absolutely no being in Irkalla carrying chakra.

So, as his friend and fellow Champion of Humanity exuded the strange fire that not even his flies were capable of sensing, Panthalassa was startled. Thinking he would be burnt, but it turned out differently than expected. The strange fire warmed him right up, as if his spirit was being nourished over and over.

The Admiral watched as Emyia focused on his own weapon, and somehow he felt the urge to do so as well. Panthalassa knew the weapon was an extension of his own psyche, or his own being. He thought of his role, how he behaved in battle, how he fights, and how he fought in Irkalla. Slowly, but surely, as the Atavistic Flames seeped into the Flyswatter, Panthalassa's mind shaped his thoughts into what could only be surmised with one word: Support.

Panthalassa was, above everything else, a person of allies. Be it his friends, his clan, or even straight-up his everpresent allies, the Flies and the Scarabs. His Soul resonated with his God-Slaying Tool, and, shaped by his mind, the weapon evolved.

( Kamikorosu: Haetataki ) – God Slayer: Flyswatter
Type: God-Slaying Artifact
Rank: C-Rank
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: An odd instrument of precision, the Flyswatter is a long pole-arm like weapon with an interlaced flat board at it's head, forged now as a God-Slaying Tool. It is particularly large for an item of it's size, roughly three feet in length from one tip to the other. This weapon was forged for Panthalassa; because it is a product of certain Atavistic techniques it is bound to his soul, its anti-Divinity properties are able to pierce the defenses afforded to Divine enemies in the Ninja World. This does not confer a God-Slaying Tool the ability to defeat properties of Anutu or its sub-components; it is specifically targeted against Divine enemies in the Ninja World and the Divinity that they possess. With proper focusing and enhancements perhaps this weapon can become even stronger.

Embrace of the Fates (Passive): Passively Support specialists grant all their allies an additional 20 damage to those within mid-range of their location.
Beyond the Veil (Passive): All Support specialists boosts bypass damage stacking limits.
Divine Stratagem (Active): At the cost of a move and a slot in the timeframe the user is able to activate this God-Slaying technique; this allows all allies to gain a 3x speed and tracking increase as well as cause their next Ninjutsu to gain Anti-Divinity. Lasts for three turns, usable every four.

A rank can be used once per turn up to 4 times per battle, S rank can be used two times per battle with three turns between uses and no Breakdown jutsu A rank and above in the following turn with all effects lasting 3 turns.

It didn't take long for the pair to find people who could be of help to them. At least he hoped they could. The Uchiha would remain silent as Horus conversed with the group, choosing not to speak for now. Not that he needed to anyway, with the big mouth talking enough for the both of them. Instead he listened to the conversation, letting it flow as he followed along.

Suddenly, the boy with red/white hair excused himself, leaving the group behind after Horus mentioned the quake. It clearly triggered something, as he began moving around, looking for the source of the villagers unusual behaviour. Fortunately, it didn't take him long to find the reason, as he explained upon returning to the group. "Voidlords? Divinity? So these are the beings the old man mentioned. Interesting. His tools are meant to give us a fighting chance against them?!" Dabi thought to himself as the boy spoke, zoning out completely as his mind began wandering.

He was swiftly snapped back to reality though, as a torrent of flames burst forth from Emiya, completely enveloping him and the group. But something was different. He couldn't see any chakra within them, and they didn't burn anyone either. Dabi himself had access to many flames, but he hadn't experienced anything like it before. It felt pure. Untainted. His body felt lighter as the warm flame wrapped around his body, removing all the fatigue he'd been feeling recently due to his constant travels.

That wasn't all though, as the flame coated his newly forged weapon as well. Dabi would draw the blade, gripping it tightly as the chain wrapped around his arm. He couldn't help but think back to Marzan's words once more as Emiya mentioned him.

"I give it form, but it's ultimately up to you all to shape them. What shape it takes is entirely down to the most unique part of what makes you you; the Human Soul."

"So this is what you meant old man, these weapons are truly tied to our souls it seems." The Uchiha thought to himself. He took a moment to gather his thoughts, what did he want the blade to reflect. What was he? He may have changed during his travels but ultimately, he was a chaotic individual. All he knew was battle, how to destroy, how to turn things to ash. As the thoughts flooded his mind, he felt his connection to his weapon getting stronger. A swing of the blade proved that much. He wasn't satisfied though, he'd gather Breakdown chakra in his blade before slashing Horus with one swift motion as if it was normal. "This is fine right?! Monks are peaceful people after all, you won't retaliate, right?" A smile would be plastered on his face, clearly mocking Horus as he spoke.

These waves will have the unique properties of Breakdown in the sense that they give off no heat and will follow their target if they try to dodge. Along with the damage applied on contact, Breakdown will burn away at a targets chakra system. This will affect enemies negatively, causing degenerative effects :

S rank can be used two times per battle with two turns between uses with all effects lasting for 3 turns. Following the use of S rank the user can't use Breakdown in the same turn. A rank usage warrants a 1 turn cool down of Third Verse - Hades Judgement, S rank usage warrants a two turn cool down.

A series of events unfolded in rapid succession, as a new group of individuals - but not those native to the Sanctuary - appeared to arrive. One of them in particular, who introduced themselves as Horus, also had an incredibly old soul, though not to the same extent as the inhabitants of the islands. As introductions were made, Musashi would introduce herself as well; it was amazing how she had come across so few people during her exploration of the island, and now was accompanied by a veritable party’s worth of individuals.

Emiya seemed particularly perturbed by the revelation from the newcomers, perhaps putting together something that Musashi could not know. Distressed, suddenly, the smith-apprentice wandered off, leaving the Ronin with the others briefly. Though his absence was brief it gave her the opportunity to give a rough evaluation of the newcomers, as well as to give a slight survey of the area.

Just as she was beginning to piece the semblance of an idea of what had transpired, Emiya returned, and recounted his findings. Musashi sat there with a blank expression and smile on her face as Emiya spoke with Panthalassa; Irkalla, Voidlords, Divinity, Atavistic Flame. Musashi recognized some of the terms from when Marzan forged Myōjingiri, and spoke of beings who held a station higher than that of mere mortals, and yet abused their strength.

And how he forged weapons that aimed to bridge that gap. And it seemed he used these "Atavistic Flames" to forge the God Slaying Tools.

There was a lull in conversation, as the individuals digested the information that Emiya presented, but there was also a somberness about it that Musashi could not place. Perhaps this news - given the familiarity between Emiya and the Admiral - was an update of a battle that began its waging long ago.

Musashi sensed it before it actually happened.

A great amassing within Emiya, the same feeling of transfixation she felt in Marzan's forge, and the almost familiar feeling encountered here in Sanctuary.

Emiya, then, burst into flames, a brilliant conflagration. The flames washed over the ground, the sudden flare obviously alarming to those present, but without a single burn or scorch mark to be felt. No, the warmth of the flames was gentle and suffusing, seeping into every aspect of humanity. There was a wholeness to these flames, which provided tender warmth to nurture, not to consume. And once again enveloped with the fires of its creation, a type of cyclical resonance was invoked in the God Slaying Tools present of those in the group.

Emiya gave a call to action, calling forth words from his master, and drew the flawless blade he wielded, crafted specifically for him. The others did so in turn, with Musashi being the last, as she drew Myōjingiri from its scabbard and looked at her blade; it might have been easier - or harder, who could say - for Musashi to perform this ritual than the others, given the highly spiritual nature of the Ronin.

Myōjingiri was a flawless blade, created by a Smith whom likely had no equal. And it was bound to her soul; Marzan crafted such a blade for her, seeing something in Musashi. "The God and Demon Slaying Sword." Musashi was a stranger to this place. What originally began as a pilgrimage to improve her swordsmanship to reach beyond the lofty heights reached by her father quickly became much more when she went through that rift at the top of that mountaintop. She came to a world much like her own, but so very different at the same time, in the midst of toils all its own. The woman learned much of the way from swordsmanship from its inhabitants, learning Dokkodo, and further strengthening her Ronin Kenjutsu.

Then there were the Oni, a recent trouble that seemed to be arising, and the issue of these Voidlords and indignant divinities.

Musashi was no hero; simply a wanderer with a kind heart, who could not stand to see evil done. She was no paragon; she loved alcohol, food, and had plenty of other vices, she was not serene in all moments, and was prone to act emotionally and speak her mind.

Musashi valued her freedom, and saw her swordsmanship as an expression of that. If her father's wielded the "blade at the pinnacle of heaven" - the "One blade above all others", then Musashi would hone her swordsmanship even further than that. She would reach higher than heaven, and cut even the void itself. She would surpass "one" and wield a blade of "zero".

Myōjingiri could be that blade, but it could also not be; it was not a physical blade Musashi sought, but a level of skill. But Musashi's soul burned brightly, a shining star to illuminate the darkness, as her father would have wanted. A sun to cast away shadow. Myōjingiri could be that blade. Even an imperfect being could use the imperfect to drive out the imperfect. One could wield anger as a blade to drive out evil.

Musashi was a swordswoman who strove for the apex above all others, and then sought even further on. Resolute, determined, enduring, and more.

Musashi was a fighter; a Warrior. She would live her life the way she wished. And Myōjingiri would allow her to cut a path for herself, and those that she would fight for, those that she also believed in or wanted to protect. She would strike down evil.

Through an impossible miracle that should never have occurred, as Emiya harnessed a power that was lost to ages to temper a sword forged for a swordswoman from another realm, who's heartbeat differed from the rest of the realm by a half-step, an already flawless blade was further improved.

Warrior: are a team's key close-range damage dealers. Their weapons are outfitted for raw offense. They are not particularly well suited to support roles.

Hell-forged Combatant (Passive): A Warrior gains an increase of 30 damage to all of their Taijutsu and Bukijutsu used through their God-Slaying Tool. Additionally, their Atavistic Flame is increased by the same amount.
Devastator (Passive): A Warrior's Taijutsu and Bukijutsu strikes have a 10% chance to strike a Divine target critically.
Master of War (Active): At the cost of a move and a slot in the timeframe the user is able to punch through any Divine technique regardless of its nature and neutralize it, taking no damage whatsoever. Usable once per battle.

The flames faded from Myōjingiri, leaving the blade further changed, as it cooled from a brilliant scarlet red back to its original color. And in doing so, Emiya had worked a second miracle. As a wanderer from another plane, who could say if Musashi's soul was forged of the same divine providence that the beings here were. Perhaps it was, perhaps it was not. But all the same, when the flames that engulfed Emiya spread over the group...

...a fire ignited within Musashi's own breast, unseen to all.

Despite his already impressive display, it seemed Emiya seemed motivated to work a third miracle this day; at this rate, Musashi would owe the smith-apprentace a debt she might not be able to repay. Taking the broken fragments of her masterwork blades, Emiya created an impromptu smithy using concepts that Musashi had never seen before, and using methods she wouldn't be able to grasp. She was once again reminder of the wonders that could be accomplished with Ninjutsu, and watched as Emiya demonstrated his seemingly immense affinity for flame.

He gave a quick warning, as at the end of his unique forging process, the vessel he used to forge a blade exploded, though the explosion was, in a sense, undone.

A pale blue blade hung in the air, like the first bit of night sky kissed by the light of dawn. A single, perfect crescent that cut through the darkness and illuminated it all. With Emiya's blessing, Musashi stepped forward and grasped the naked blade by its tang, surprisingly cool to the touch, all things considered.

As she was no novice when it came to caring for blades, she affixed the blade with the rest of the features it would need to be considered a proper blade. Looking at its completed form, its pale-blue blade made a good companion to the now cooled, but once red, blade of Myōjingiri.

She pondered what to call the blade for a moment. As a melding of Tender Hands Masamune and Ten Thousand Cold Nights Muramasa, she thought briefly of the name Muramasamune, but dismissed it, as it seemed rather absurd.

No, this pale blue sliver, a piece of light peaking through dark. A crescent of light peaking through the dark, like...the crescent moon in the night sky.

"Tsukihime," she spoke aloud, naming the blade. Moon Princess. Perhaps not as definite and absolute as "the God and Demon Slaying Sword", but a marvelous name for a marvelous blade.

Musashi smiled, and turned to Emiya. "Thank you. It seems those rumors that lead me to Tobusekai were true, if a bit incorrect. I see now that it was not one smith who made peerless blades who were to be found in that smithy, but two. And I am proud to own and wield such magnificent works, one from each. You have my word that they'll be wielded in such a way as to bring honor your names and the status of their workings."

The fames surrounding Horus's blade died down as he could feel the connection. Well at least he would if it wasn't for Dabi slicing him across his back out of the blue, burning him and cutting him deep. He turned around glaring at Dabi.

"Seriously? That's how you test a weapon that is meant for God slaying? By cutting me? I thought we were past this!!!!"

He felt the debilitating effects of the Breakdown, though something was different. He'd sensed the chakra used for the attack, even if he didn't expect it, though these flames hurt way more than they should have. How were they that powerful? He then looked towards the blade in Dabi's hand, so it had worked?

"At least we know your weapon works... but jeez.... like seriously?"

He held his hand against his chest and released a pulse of breakdown through his own body as he focussed on using his new weapon, releasing a pulse around to mid range. This cleansed him of the debuff of breakdown from Dabi, and his own flame's healing abilities empowered at the same time restoring him to new. He stretched out and cracking his back as he felt as good as new, if not better.

"Next time, think it through you clown!"

( Uchiwaketon: Saisho no Uta - Zeusu no Yuigon ) | Breakdown Release: First Verse - Testament to Zeus
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: B - S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 40 - 60
Damage: 80 - 120

Degenerative:
  • B Rank: Prevent the use of F rank jutsu, reducing the target's current speed by 20%
  • A Rank: Prevent the use of S rank jutsu & above, reducing the target's current speed by 30%
  • S Rank: Prevent the use of A rank jutsu and above, reducing the target's current speed by 40%
Regenerative:
  • B Rank: Heal up to 30, x1.5 speed, -10 damage, +10 tai
  • A-Rank: Heal up to 50, x2 speed, -15 damage, +15 tai
  • S-Rank: Heal up to 80 (+30%) =104, x2.5 speed, -30 damage, +20 tai
Note: For B rank and below, the user will use hand gestures to form the jutsu, for A rank the user will need to perform two hand seals, S rank will require three hand seals. A rank can be used once per turn up to 4 times per battle, S rank can be used two times per battle with three turns between uses and no Breakdown jutsu A rank and above in the following turn with all effects lasting 3 turns.

Embrace of Nannar (Active): At the cost of a move and a slot in the timeframe the user is able to heal all allies within mid-range of their position for 30 Health Points and cure them of all negative debuffs, as long as they can be cured. Usable once every four turns.

Musashi sheathed her two blades, made by Master-and-Apprentice smiths, quite proud to be wielding two blades of such remarkable quality. Musashi's desire to "wield a blade able to cut even the void" could be misinterpreted to mean an actual, individual blade capable of doing so, but that was not the case; it was a precipice of skill she strove to achieve. A blade was only as good as the hand that wielded it.

That said, a remarkable blade made the journey much easier, and wasn't something Musashi was going to shy away from.

Even being the most accomplished Explorer of Kamiyasumi, the strange lands still held many secrets and surprises, such as when two of the new comers casually exchanged blows; Musashi was on guard at first, but it seemed to simply be a dynamic between the pair. Evermore did the fact that Shinobi were capable of oddities as vast and great as their wonders become apparent to the Ronin.

"While I wouldn't say solved, that appears to have been one mystery explored, what with the potential strengthening of the God Slaying Tools," said Musashi, watching as the radiance that engulfed Emiya subsided. Those strange flames had captured Musashi's attention, and she would have to do her best to learn more about that, but doubted Emiya knew himself, given his previous comment.

Musashi had originally journeyed to these lands for a chance to fill her wallet - as she had not yet learned the art of subsisting off of good will alone - and to explore uncharted territories. She would consider those objectives met, which left only honing her skills with the blade during her travels, potentially finding a way home, and of course finding out more of the Oni.

The problem was she had no great lead on any of them, not was she of the mind to burden those present with the issue, though, no doubt the Ronin appeared pensive and in deep thought.

Despite the near everpresent wanderlust she possessed, though, she was not blind. Something tremendous had happened, and Emiya seemed to know more; the Admiral too, given how Emiya addressed him...

Horus having healed himself and feeling the connection with his new weapon now turned to those who had arrived at the same time as himself and Dabi. He noticed one had been the one to ignite the flames, though there were two more. One had received unique blades that had been re-forged. The the other hadn't spoken much at all. Based on one of them empowering his weapons, he figured they were friendly to some extent, though he still knew nothing about them. In all his years in this world he knew nothing of them. Maybe he was losing his touch, losing what connection he had with the world.

He cast his mind back to his centuries on this planet, struggling with his humanity and finding his way in the world. Though now he stood, knowing nothing of these gods or anything about the origins of humanity. It was time to learn what he could from these newcomers, if they had anything to offer.

"Well, I must admit, I owe my thanks to you... Panthalassa was it?... For bringing this young man here, or escorting him here."

He spoke slowly, he tried to gather his thoughts while retaining his manors to not offend those before him.

"I introduced myself though not fully. I've roamed the world longer than most of you may believe, though I still know nothing of the origins of the world. How these weapons came to be, the great forge master, or even this great sanctuary. Would you and your allies be as kind to enlighten myself and Dabi here on the matters of which we seem to know very little?"

Panthalassa beholded the new and improved overgrown flyswatter and rejoiced. Such a useless tool, yet so powerful. Only when Horus called for his name did Panthalassa move his transfixed eyes and focused on those around him.

Oh! No problem whatsoever, any friend of humanity is a friend of mine! What matters do you know very little? I myself don't know much about the origin of this world, nor most of what you asked for! You've met Marzan, same as me, the only thing I know more than it is that he was trapped in the Irkalla, and I joined Emyia, Lucifer and a few others in taking him back. By then, all we knew was that the entrance to the Underworld was open, and several drones and gouls had been spat out, terrorizing the Badlands.
