Now this is where I'd disagree, but more so on a personal level.

Based on her deployment and later seen moments in the war, she went as follows.

Started off in combat with Kakashi's division. Likely. as a combat medic (mixing fighting and healing as needed).

Later on before or during the night, Sakura transitions to a full blown medical position and is stationed in the medical Unit near the Second Division.

Finally, she moves with the survivors to help Naruto.

Throughout the two days, there hardly is a time to just store chakra. She is either in constant combat using chakra... or spending time healing the injured...using chakra.

Finally, the allied forces meet up with Naruto where they are focusing all of their efforts to the final fight.

The only conceivable time she could be building chakra is when she is on the full blown medical detachment. And even then only do when no one is allowed to move.

However, she arrives at the final battle just normal.

Her seal forms in the seconds after she finished dumping chakra into Naruto.

In conclusion, Sakura either just so happened to have paused her seal completion at 99.9% complete, using the time she ran towards enemies to unpause, or spent the entire war constantly dumping her chakra into people or attacks, and just happened to sideline the last whatever percent that coincidentally filled up at the point we all know.

There's no practical time for her to have been building up chakra unless she's both giving people chakra and putting it into her seal st the same time.

Which I personally feel is rather stupid. Why bother having her take two days slowly building such a huge battle boost when you could tap a shoulder and tell someone, "cover me for like 3 hours, and I'll suddenly 20fold my chakra levels and combat power."

But... as you noted, unfortunately Kishimoto and reasonable development just didn't happen for her. Thus, we're stuck where she completes her seal at a time period in which is ludicrously convenient, and begs the question as to why it didn't happen or be hinted at (other than having Tsunade as a master) sooner.

It only constitutes to how precise her chakra control is. To heal the wounded while constantly keeping chakra flowing in one point in her head. Its an amazing feat, that Shizune couldnt even accomplish so it really only shows how good Sakura is at chakra control.

She was doing exactly what Tsunade does, she uses percent of her chakra to make herself look young constantly while Sakura was using a certain percent of her chakra to put into the seal constantly.

Yeah it does IF we can actually deduce that's what she was doing.

And if it was, again I will find it poor development and illogical. Sakura's power was immensely larger afterwards. Not only that, her chakra was immensely larger, and by Byakugou logic comes back ludicrously faster (Sakura and Tsunade seemingly using up their seals yet somehow gaining them all back relatively quickly).

Why put her constantly in draining situations when you can put her in a corner for a fraction of the time, and come out with a far more powerful and skilled individual?

It's like a machine gun nest, but while your enemy charges the entire platoon fires rifles while one guy occasionally starts setting up the machine gun to use. And manages to set it up just in the nick of time....where he could just focus on setting it up, and the enemy doesn't get close.

It's illogical. I understand this is mostly because 1. Kishimoto's God awful development, and 2. His attempt to make a dramatic entry if a power.

But at what point does it become entirely illogical.

As for the other part.

Tsunade uses part of the seal's chakra to appear young. Hence why Sakura's destructive power was greater. Because at that point Tsunade was too old,, and thus converted some power to youth lowering the overall amount of chakra she had go wield. Not maintaining the seal and appearing young.

Only Sakura haters and hinata fanboys will deny this.

I'm a sakura hater (only a little bit) and hinata fanboy (huge fanboy). I agree with OP from jump, i never thought it was any type of asspull. even thou we all know kishi loves to pull things out of his ass, figuratively speaking

Where was it ever stated that she was storing chakra for 3 years? No where. That's the definition of an asspull.
THIS.
Also, the FACT that she activate it CONVENIENTLY the moment Sasuke-KUN appeared on-field.
Not a second EARLIER.
Maybe "asspull" is not the most correct word here - but the FACT is, it was played in an AWFUL manner, totally adding to DENIGRATING Sakura's CHARACTER (not POWER LEVEL-wise, but PERSONALITY-wise).

It may not have been an ass pull, but it definitely makes Sakura seems really selfish and/or inconsiderate .

But I do think it's an ass pull .

Kishi executed it poorly but it was not an asspull. Jiraiya taught Naruto his and Minato's jutsu, Kakasho and Orochimaru taught Sasuke their jutsus, Tsunade taught Sakura her and Mito's jutsu. It was what sensei are supposed to do. It was not unexpected, it was executed poorly. There has always been some problems with Kishi's timelines in certain situations.

I'm not saying no one expected her to do it.
The problem is that it was never foreshadowed to BE used by her, PLUS she activated it at a CLEARLY biased moment.
These two points combined make it a really horrible moment, though it depends on the definition of asspull used.
Maybe it's NOT it, but it's still very much SHITTY.
Sasuke's sudden use of "hickey-Sage" mode was close - but at least it wasn't "convenient for pairing material" like Sakura's.
THAT was really annoying, especially so soon after Neji.
(I'm not saying that Sakura should've healed him - maybe she couldn't. I'm saying it WORSE: she should've been the one to SHIELD Naruto to begin with. She DID survive Madara's direct stab - so these wood sticks would NOT kill her either. Poor Neji, INDEED.)

It wasn't an ass pull, the proof is in black n' white. The technique was always within Sakura's grasp and capabilities and she should have in fact devolped the seal much earlier because her chakra control was always flawless. So stay in your delusions!

The seal can only manifest when the required amount of chakra has been met, stop making it so difficult gosh. Lol

You promptly ignore everything I said ADDITIONALLY to whether it was predictable.
It sure WAS - but it was executed the wrong WAY and at a wrong TIME.
