Tsunade wins.
Sakura might hit harder and have larger reserves but Tsunade is slightly faster, Better in battle intellect, Far better in Taijutsu.
The person who wins is who lands a direct hit, Thats why i go for tsunade since she is overall superior to sakura in CQC.

First off I never called myself a Debator its other users who keep mentioning my name and bringing me up in that aspect. I just repeat what is shown in the manga and break shit down for ppl who don't see between the lines. Learn the difference! Second; No one has said why Sakura wins entirely yet you wanna hop on my NUTS? If you're a female I'm not tryna get you pregnant, if you're a Guy I dont swing that way bruh. Keep it moving.
You say the same shit whenever Sakura is involved. It could be Udon and you would try to logically state why she loses. lol

Not even the Yin seal can save Tsunade/Sakura from a direct hit. Their punches are Susanoo and god-horn shattering, a human would instantly die after taking a direct hit.
A human would instantly be dead from being cut in half, yet you see Tsunade lived. Unless their punches are atomizing each other, Yin seal negates the damage. I mean the damage would be broken/destroyed organs lel.
Raw+chakra enhance strength>chakra enhance strength alone. Experience plays an important role with them being close in many aspects. And how is Tsuna Running out first when She naturally rapes Sakura in the chakra department no diff, and with the Yin seal (a lifes worth or at least 20years worth) of Yin seal released easily puts her above Sakura. Even in the strength department I don't know why ppl say sakura over Tsuna when Tsuna never even went close to unleashing her full wrath or showing a cap to her best.
Tsunade is a uzumaki/senju hybrid with incredible life force, thats how she lived. Their punches explode bodies, like how Tsuande did Madara. Yin seal heals damage, it does not negate it. Neither one of them are probably taking a punch from each other, direct or not. They aren't throwing up guards because thats useless, each will have to outright evade every kick and punch from the other to not suffer defeat. Someone already mentioned Sakura was trained by Tsunade therefore she won't get hit then I mentioned Tsunade trained Sakura so Tsuande will know her moves well and not get hit. That gets us no where and all we are left with is what Kishi has shown us and that is that Tsunade is superior to Sakura in fight speed/reactions/and reflexes and thats all this fight comes down to (since Tsunade is restricted).
Figuring out tsunades path way jutsu has nothing to do with medical ninjutsu.
Simply saying sakura is automatically smarter than someone simply because she has better medical ninjutsu isn't a valid argument.
Never said ninjustu, medical abilities as in knowledge on the human body and such, she has surpassed him at that point so she is definitely smarter than him when it comes to medical ability.
No regular person can simply understand what is happening to their body, they need to know about the human body and how nerves work.
