Raw+chakra enhance strength>chakra enhance strength alone. Experience plays an important role with them being close in many aspects. And how is Tsuna Running out first when She naturally rapes Sakura in the chakra department no diff, and with the Yin seal (a lifes worth or at least 20years worth) of Yin seal released easily puts her above Sakura. Even in the strength department I don't know why ppl say sakura over Tsuna when Tsuna never even went close to unleashing her full wrath or showing a cap to her best.

Tsunade is a uzumaki/senju hybrid with incredible life force, thats how she lived. Their punches explode bodies, like how Tsuande did Madara. Yin seal heals damage, it does not negate it. Neither one of them are probably taking a punch from each other, direct or not. They aren't throwing up guards because thats useless, each will have to outright evade every kick and punch from the other to not suffer defeat. Someone already mentioned Sakura was trained by Tsunade therefore she won't get hit then I mentioned Tsunade trained Sakura so Tsuande will know her moves well and not get hit. That gets us no where and all we are left with is what Kishi has shown us and that is that Tsunade is superior to Sakura in fight speed/reactions/and reflexes and thats all this fight comes down to (since Tsunade is restricted).
