It doesn't matter if it's not directly controlled by it, all the body's functions eventually trace back to the brain.

The user won't be able to even mold chakra once the brain is destroyed. The brain controls all the systems that keep the body running. Best case scenario for Sakura (and even if the chakra kept on running after her brain was obliterated, as you suggest), her Byakugo runs out in five seconds flat trying to restimulate the nerves and organs that ran out of power when their power source was crushed.

Fun character with an awesome moveset and good weakness. Severely ignored and used to be ruled out entirely.

I still haven't gotten a legit counter to Kidomaru's webs outside of chakra scalpel, which obviously wouldn't work. Neji was unable to use his Jyuuken to cut the web because his arms were binded. What makes Sakura's case so different? She won't be able to use chakra scalpel because her arms will be binded, and unlike Neji she doesn't have full body blow to get rid of the webs.

Neji was Kidomaru's worst possible match up and he still pushed him to his absolute limit. Sakura is one of his best possible match ups, and you think she's going to beat him? Please.

I can see her having trouble against kidomaru but no intel on her monster strength and if he decides to take a hit from her via gold armor he get's destroyed but that if she can connect a hit.

as for kimimaro it's basically the same thing if he takes a hit he's basically done for but with his monster taijutsu and reaction I don't see her landing a hit but then again he has no intel on her strength so if he decides to take a hit from her it could be deadly.

Yeah you got a point but kidomaru has no intel on her regeneration.

What if sakura get's restrained via web's and kidomaru shoots a arrow at her and in his mind he thinks he killed her.

Sakura is playing dead due to regeneration and he comes down from his hiding place to check the body out or gloat and sakura surprises him with a full power punch, I honestly see that fight going down like that, it will be GG for kidomaru.
