I don't get what part of this you're not understanding; she can't mold chakra without her brain. The Byakugo does not have a mind of its own, and it functions on its user's control. If the brain is not working, she is no longer capable of conscious thought.She's no longer capable of anything, she is completely and utterly dead on impact. And Byakugo can not ​revive the dead.

LOOOL well if shes speaking about science then its a scientific fact that brain cells can not regenerate, once they die, they cannot be brought back regardless. Byakugo speeds up cell division [Mitotic regeneration] and you cant divide something or speed something up that can not regenerate by normal means. Not sure about regrowing it, but she can surely survive the brain damage. According to Tsunade herself and to the databook, the Byakugou/Creation rebirth can regenerate any damaged organs and limbs.

And Yata can block anything. Its not a Kinjutsu so it still follows the laws of physics meaning brain cells which can never be regenerated CANT BE REGENERATED. If a large chunk of her skullis missing then i can bet 100% shes not getting up because her brain is what processes byakugo in he first place so even if it could regenerate the brain, there would be no source to process that inforamtion for it to regenerate so either way it wouldnt work

Okay fair enough but its forbidden because of how deadly it is, the recoil of regenerating cells faster and supplying chakra takes its toll on the user not to mention the medic disregards all medical principles, thus putting their life in danger. That is why its a "kinjutsu" it's physically impossible for her to regenerate her brain.

In that case you're a applying a no limits fallacy. If you want to say Byakugo can regenerate anything because there's no proof against it, Sakura isn't breaking out of Kimmimaro's web binds because nothing except full body blow has broken out of it.
