Chakra scalpel isn't working here, because as Kidomaru said once he disabled Neji's "annoying hands" he thought he couldn't do anything, not knowing about full body blow. If Sakura is caught, she won't be able to generate enough momentum to effectively use chakra scalpel.

She's not surviving a drill tipped 120 percent arrow to the head.

Regardless, Naruto stated that the web couldn't be cut during their altercation in part 1. So, this "enhancement" you speak of can't be determined. The web has always been portrayed as being resistant to being cut/slashed/chopped by any weapon/sword

Kidomaru can fashion weapons in any shape. Don't be fooled into thinking all he has is arrows. Just the same as the Hidan matchup, Kidomaru creates an axe shaped weapon (he's made blades before) and cuts her head off.

Sakura Beats all of them Low-Diff except Kimimaro
Kidomaru get's killed easily he has shown nearly no Taijutdu feats his speed is equal to Sakura but his Taijutsu is worse she's a master of evasion so I think she can get a clean shot and if she does his body is obliterated literally.There is no chopping heads of if Sakura can just Grab the Axe at split second with chakra enhanced palm so that the web dosen't stick.And seriously If Sakura just strikes the Ground it can be a GG
