Check Hiyashi vs. Head Kumo nin
When He tried to kidnap Hinata Hiyashi took the guy out in one blow. Hit them in the right spot and it kills you instantly. Same thing with Sakura. She can hit them but if you don't hit the right spot it won't kill immediently.
I give my vote to Hinata as I believe her fighting style is superior to Sakura's in that she is more skilled in her fighting then Sakura is with her's I'll elaborate if anybody asks me to.

Sakura and Hinata are around the same speed (people are going to pull out the whole databook thing and say Hinata can't touch Sakura because Sakura has higher stats in speed but they're only difference if one I think)
Anyway Hinata is more flexible and she does have amazing chakra control and I agree that she would win. Both kunoichi are defensive based, however (Medics are defenseive, internal martial arts like the gentle fist are defensive), however Sakura relays on her chakra for her strength. Although Hinata uses chakra in her fighting style as well, her's is more affective then Sakura's and I say that because the added vision of the Byakugan allows them to actually channle her chakra into Sakura's and hault her flow, while Sakura doesn't have tht ability. Also even without channeling the chakra into her opponent Hinata still has near 360 degree vision and attacking any preassure point with the right amount of force (it doesn't have to be bone shattering either) can damage their opponent even without chakra.
