I choose Sakura. For some reason I think she would win. She has been train by Tsunade and is skilled in Medical Ninjutsu. Her Taijutsu skills are no joke as her skills are from Tsunade and Tsunade punches and kicks is not to be taken lightly.

Neji vs Kidomaru. Neji was the best at close range, when Kido went to long Neji got some serious injuries. When you fight Hyuuga, don't come close.

Unless you are just more dangerous in close range battle than said Hyuuga. I think this could go either way. Its true that Hinata is more skilled when it comes to Taijutsu, but Sakura need to land one one hit to win the battle, and this kinda make up for it. I think the winner would be the one who was just more lucky. Hinatas style of fighting is more refined, but shes not faster than Sakura.
