I think you should read the manga. Of course it doesent, Byakugans abilities are: seeing chakra and chakra network, almost 360 field of vision, seeing through solid objects and telescopic sight. Thats it. It cant predict enemy movements like Sharingan.

Nope, that was viewers point of view, visual effect for Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms technique. Manga clearly stated what Byakugans abilities are, and appearing for things to go slower in not one of them.

hinata has more techniques. sakura just super punches. plus hinata hits chakra points that can render body unmovable and stop chakra flow(sakura fights with compressed chakra channeled 2 fists). byakugan assures this. sakura is toast in taijutsu(thts all sakura fights with) and hinata wins.

Masashi Kishimoto made the databook himself, so I think we can trust his rankings. Next, I know Hinata has speed, but she isn't as fast as Sakura. And the main reason Hinata lasted so long in her fight against Neji was because Naruto was cheering her on and giving her hope, which thus gave her confidence. This is just my opinion though.

yeah but the databook is not up to date.
i think that hinata's attacks such as gentle lion fist are faster then sakura's punches.
she was standing on her own feet. naruto wasn't there holding her or something. so i think she has alot of stamina because she took a attack from NEJI and still got back to her feet.

so i think hinata can handle sakura but still it only is my opinion.

Well, if we are talking about feats, Sakura rapes Hinata. Sakura healed Kankuro, greatly contibuted in defeating Sasori. Becuase of her, Chioyo surived the battle and could revive Gaara afterward. Her contribution in manga >>>> Hinatas contibution in manga, so your argument is pulled out of nowhere. Or maybe you watched fillers? Sorry, that not counts. Only manga and databooks are canonical.
