Yes, it's true that if Sakura touched her Hinata would be dead, but the opposite is just as true. ONE touch from Hinata and Sakura loses the use of an entire arm or leg, or dies. She can't hide because of the Byakugan, even using smoke bombs and the like, she has no defensive move unlike Hinata's protective 8 trigrams wich she could use to defend against sakura's blows while seriously hurting her and besides.. the 32 and 64 palm attacks are rumored to only being countered by another Hyuuga using the exact same attack at the same time and connecting each blow fingertip to fingertip so, yeah, no way Sakura's dodging that one, she's dead.
