People are forgetting that Tsukuyomi is a 1 second Genjutsu. Itachi or Sasuke only need 1 second to start and end the Genjutsu, also Tsukuyomi inflicts not only psychological pain but physical pain as well. Now even though Sakura is a Genjutsu type, I doubt she can break through the technique before the 1 second is over.

There are only two ways to counter Tsukuyomi and those are
1) Have MS or very good 3 tomoe eyes like Sasuke
2) Don't get caught in it in the first place (Use a clone like Kakashi did)
