And where is it stated all fire can be extinguished by water? nowhere in Naruto.

Sakura basically has the jinchuuriki effect now, if she somehow still has inner sakura (a different sort of personality) and the yin seal, she should be able to disrupt her chakra to break the gen jutsu, but that is probably far fetched.

As for Madara, he has Sasunoo, it was stated that you need that Genjutsu and the Black Fire to get Sasunnoo. So one can only assume that Madara tried it on Hashi

Given Sakura's genjutsu hints even up to early part 2, i feel her genjutsu development has something to do with this moon's eye plan, or she will show the feat of breaking genjutsu of a considerable level and or use one of her own which i doubt at this point because theres noone for her to cast genjutsu on that it will be effective with.
