Genjutsu knowledge came to her naturally.... she did not train for it. She is originally a "Genjutsu" type trained as Medical ninja... Which actually increases her prowess to break out of a Genjutsu

Deidara see throw normal Genjutsu.....it can be done if you have high level Chakra control.

Tsukuyomi on the other hand is impossible to escape from without Uchiha DNA.
