Sakura or Raikage, who is stronger?

Kage or not Kage, it should be clear that chakra enhancing gives its user biger strenght than A. Both Sakura and Tsunade are using the same technique.

i know that you are talking in terms of strength not as a hall fighter of course, but even in terms of only strength raikage is stronger than sakura, only tsunade was stated to be stronger than the raikage in raw physical power and am not even surprised coz thats kind of tsunade's signature (super human strength)

That isnt strenght, thats explosive power from releasing chakra. Id like to see Tsunade or Sakura lift one of those boulders instead of smash them.

i dunno about sakura, but Tsunade has been stated by the Data book to have Raw Physical strength without chakra enhancing, and it rises to monstrous levels when she uses it, secondly tsunade has been shown to life gamabunta's sword which is pure steel and weighs a couple of tons , 1 ton = 2240 pounds, if she used chakra enhanced strength to life the sword it woulda been shattered,

Sakura is physicaly stronger if she enhances the power of her punches with chakra.
However, it is worth pointing out she doesn't stand a chance against A because she lacks the speed to hit him and the tanking skills Tsunade's Byakugou offers to her.
That being said, I'm not saying she is more powerful in a overall state, but she can deal more damage with a single physical strike than A.
