What has been shown are tsunade's feats not Sakura's maybe in Future episodes she will reach and surpass tsunade but as of now she is still in training. Raikage is stronger. Sakura punching the ground is not something new, raikage did something similar and more powerful.

Im not sure why people are saying sakura uses chakra. The op didnt state anything about chakra usage. He simple asked the question, who is stronger, since he didnt include chakra usage i guess he means with or without. With chakra sakura is obviously stronger, without chakra A is stronger

I don't think so, Tsunade was said to have monstrous strength even without using chakra enhanced strength while the same hasn't been said about Sakura, therefore I don't think she is on the same level of physical strength. Tsunade's chakra enhanced strength adds on to her already monstrous strength whereas Sakura's gives her great strength to add onto her average strength.

Tsunade was only stronger when she released SOH. Sakura does not have SOH at this time. Raikage is stronger than Sakura.

The Raikage is stronger.

Combined with his speed and armour, his punches are much more devastating. Sakura's strength is great too, but from what we've seen it's not greater than A's.

Furthermore, while Tsunade's base strength is immense, it becomes monstrous when mixed with the chakra control. Sakura's strength is quite average when it's not chakra enhanced.

In the future, perhaps, she could get stronger than him. I mean, it's been hinted at several times that she'll become stronger than Tsunade some day - although it's not very likely since Kishimoto keeps ****ing forgetting she even exists - and she's definitely stronger than him.

For now, the Raikage takes the cake on this one, but in the future... who knows?
