Sakura or Raikage, who is stronger?

Well if you want to be purely technical, A is stronger because Sakura's punches are all about expelling chakra at the point of impact, it's not strength, it's blasting with chakra. A is super strong naturally.

Where have i said "physically stronger". I said in terms of strength, who is stronger, so whether it's physically or if she uses medical ninjutsu it doesn't matter

Sakura might be physically stronger - note the might be - but A has the speed advantage. When Sasuke dodged Bee's attack, he commented that only his brother (and now Sasuke) was able to dodge it. So, given team 7's progress, Sakura is too slow, way too slow like Tsunade. Strength isn't everything in battle, a lot of things matter; intelligence, tactical ability, enemy moves knowledge, breaking them down, speed, battle experience etc etc. Both of them are stupid as far as intelligence and enemy move deciphering goes. Stupid as rocks.
BUT, A has a huge advantage in terms of speed, experience, and jutsus. A takes this easily.

i wonder when did both (Sakura & A) encountered as mentioned..............

People need to keep Speed in the argument as well. Raikage is extremely fast. He takes this because of this alone.

No way is sakura stronger than the Raikage. That's the point of becoming a Raikage. He/She is stronger that anybody.

im glad you at least backed up your argument lol Sakura is powerful and will certainly surpass Tsunade. Tsunade though has the mokuton raw strength...something that Sakura wont have unless we find out shes a descendant of the first (doubtful) Sakura is very smart and very quick but i do not think she would be able to hit the Raikage. He is just as fast and just as powerful and though Sakura or Tsunade could kill someone in one hit, neither would be fast enough to hit A before he got them with the Lariat. Wasnt the lariat proven to be just a step slower than Minato flash god tech? The only advantage Sakura would have would be her evasiveness and medic ability.

he means when She used "strength of a hundred technique", her jutsu doesn't improve her speed or strength it just regenerates without the usage of hand seals
