Kabuto served as Orochimaru's personal medic for years and has immense knowledge of the human body,in terms of feats and experience he beats Sakura in the medical jutsu department.

You are kind of right but not entirely. You can still summons katsuyu without the seal but it's healing ablitlies become extremely limited, which is what the scan above is showing with Tsunade.
For more reference to what I am talking about:
Offensively, Katsuyu can spit acid using its Tongue Tooth Sticky Acid technique, which is strong enough to melt through rock with ease. With its Slug Great Division, Katsuyu can divide itself into smaller clones to evade attacks or to serve small scale functions, and is capable of quickly reforming itself if need be. Katsuyu's clones can attach themselves to injured people, allowing its summoner to channel their chakra through it to heal the injured person. Katsuyu's clones can also telepathically share information with each other which allows the slug to serve other supplementary purposes when divided such as gathering and dispensing information.[2] Katsuyu could also put Tsunade's bisected form back together, although due to Tsunade being weakened, the process took a considerable amount of time as Katsuyu needed Suigetsu to bring the two halves of her body together before Katsuyu could rejoin her.[3]
Katsuyu begins to deconstruct.
Furthermore, due to its genetic and physical make up, Katsuyu is extremely resistant to damage, as seen during Invasion of Pain Arc. So you are half right in this.
I am not the one who said Katsuyu can't heal. I know she can. It's just greatly improved by the one who summons her.
And As for the "who heals better" spectrum of this thread This is my final chime on the matter:
I think both kabuto and Sakura represent the 2 spectrums of medical ninja.
One being a healer who uses their gifts ethically and the other who delved into the darker and more forbidden aspects of the healing Arts.
Kabuto's seems more powered because he uses them in more offensive manners than Sakura, Whereas Sakura mainly uses her healing for support.
In terms of healing alone I would put them on par with each other. Kabuto is older so he has more experience in the field for sure. When Sakura reaches his age then we can compare who is better at Medical jutsu. But honestly, at 17 we don't really know what level of medical ninjutsu Kabuto had.
Overall in everything put together, sure Kabuto is the strongest.

You cannot summon Katsuyu without having awakened the seal in the first place. Once you have, you don't need it present on you forehead to summon her, but you cannot use Remote Healing as well in such state.

The reason why Orochimaru went to Tsunade for his hands is because she is the best medical ninja, Kabuto isn't. Tsunade=Sakura. So Sakura is better medical ninja than Kabuto, she can operate people, heal thousands of people at once, she can keep a DEAD person alive, she can make an anti-dote with an ease, she has same chakra scalpel as Kabuto, this is the basic thing he was seen using. He was unable to heal a simple injury from Kyuubi that Sakura recieved, he only healed a little bit, even after it Sakura was still in pain and at the moment Sakura is seen to heal much more than that.

Well it states that Katsuyu is directly tied to the seal without actually saying it is needed initiate summoning. ( I always assumed you signed a contract just like any other summon)
But yeah I don't see why this wouldn't be a prerequisite so your point is valid

Tsunade couldnt heal orochis hands they were dead no matter what until he got his soul arms back. The fact that you had to ignore all of pt2 kabutos feats and dsm medical feats prooves kabuto is the better medic.

Given the fact Kabuto acted as Orochimaru's personal medic in keeping experiments alive for longer and has techniques that can regenerate wounds,I would'nt be so quick as to say Sakura is a better medical ninja than him.Keep in mind that Sakura had the greatest medical expert around to teach her while Kabuto is mostly self taught.

So aside from the fact Orochimaru having no medical experience beyond knowing what makes the human body tick and no medical jutsu to speak of, how is the claim of Kabuto being self taught false exactly?
