Okay that's a point. Not sure who you were responding to there so I will give you that. As far as the Kyuubi cloak, i can't say with certainty that is was entirely deactivated at that point so you may also have a point there.

Can you explain what it means when someone's Chakra disappears? I think it means that person is equivalent to NV's clinically dead. Also Kabuto was famous for being able to reactivate dead cells since Part 1 .... and he could actually use a technique similar to Tsunade's creation rebirth (though much diluted and less effective but lacking the draback of a shortened lifespan) ie, Yin Healing Wound Destruction.

Kabuto is the better medic ninja. He can use his medical nin to heal, regen, keeop people alive longer for Orochimaru's experiments, and as an offensive weapon. This is all Part 1 Kabuto. Part 2 Kabuto pre-sage mode would of course be stronger. Sage Kabuto is on a whole other level.

This ^ If he was dead you would need a technique like Chyo's or Rinne Tensei to bring them back, not just medical ninjutsu and Hshi Cells.
