Tenten and Dosu don't really change the outcome of this fight which relies on Sakura VS Kimimaro.

Speaking of Kimimaro VS Sakura, it may very well go in Sakura's favour because of her regeneration. His bone sword isn't killing her whereas a punch from Sakura will definitely kill Kimimaro or leave his body with broken joints and unable to move. Sakura's inferiority in taijutsu doesn't mean she won't land a hit considering Kimimaro has to get close to Sakura to attack her. What will most likely happen is that Kimimaro successfully stabs Sakura and while his sword is stuck in Sakura's abdomen, Sakura can use that moment to land a hit on Kimimaro kind of like how

...Speed? What speed? She has nowhere near the reflexes, agility, or even shown abilities to even think about keeping up with Kimmimaro in anything. She gets drilled with fingertip bones no difficulty.

Katsuyu isn't doing anything offensively, and as such Kimmimaro simply keeps drilling Sakura until she dies.
