Would Dosu's sound repel all tenten's weapons? Doubtful but he doesn't need to regardless. The match starts and he no mercy explodes her ear drums. Assuming since inner ear damage is excruciatingly painful and can't normally be recovered from in humans that she wouldn't be able to be healed and even if she was he just keeps doin it over and over. Tenten can't take that kind of physical(and mental) pain once let alone repeatedly

Why did you team up Kimimaro with someone like Dosu? He's blitzed and killed in the first few seconds of the fight. Kimimaro is out of Tenten's league and i'm not sure who's stronger between Sakura and Kimimaro yet so I'll have to get back to you on this.

Except Kabuto had Sage Mode. Which exponentially boosts your reflexes, and all jutsu. Just because Sakura may have better chakra control than Kabuto doesn't automatically mean that Sakura has either the reflexes or strength with it to use it in combat.

Exactly this. Tsunade also has better chakra control but she can't use the scalpels in battle like Kabuto.
At any rate, she needs no shakra scalpels to beat Kimimaro when her strength and regeneration are much more useful in a situation like this.
