But what he is able to do with this is put the bug's aside dissappear, and let the clone come in, Since the clone is made out of bugs Shino can easily infest his trump card in it which is Kidaichū Mushikui

Sakura being a close combat hand to hand fighter will not know that it's a clone and punch the Bug clone with Kidaichū Mushikui in it, they will enter Sakura's body via making contact with her skin and devour her from inside.

The only chance shino has at beating Sakura is having a location where he can hide. He's pretty far beneath her.
In the k11 the only person that comes to mind that would make a fun fight is chouji. Just cuz i wanna see a mini little girl slap around a giant.

All of Shino's clones gets soloed by a punch to the ground. He isn't touching Sakura, therefore he won't be able to use his giant bugs on her. Not to mention he has no feats in using it with his clones when he can barely control them while they are in his real body.

But she never used the damn thing in battle out side of healing, until she does IC Sakura wouldn't resort to a boss summon unless her opponent is larger than her same way Naruto did in part 1 against the 1 tails.

This logic is flawed. Other characters have alrady used boss summons against human sized targets.
if you would be in Sakura's place, what would you do? Would you hold back one of your trump cards and lose the battle?

Sakura has three years of chakra reserves. Good luck for the bugs to eat that. A punch to the ground kills them anyways.

Neji, Shino, kiba, lee, and choji can beat her, with varying likelihoods of course.
I didn't know sakura's super duper hype punch to the ground could kill bugs inside her body
