Don Sai*

And at this point, i'd bet on DS before Sanji, given Sanji hasn't had any good feats since the Punk Hazard arc. But it would probably tie for most of it.

Don Sai can break the Ice continent into two with one blow, but sanji has Fanboys so Sanji wins.

It is not that he has fanboys. Sai has more destructive power but lacks speed as well as striking speed to beat Sanji. He need eiter speed or faster striking speed otherwise he's not winning this.

Depends. In a kicking fight even against slower kickers than him, whether intentionally or not, Sanji has a great tendancy of blocking/counter-blocking kicking attacks(like against Kalifa) and i think it may cost him the match. I also don't think Sai is as slow as you think but whatever

With one ultimate move he wont be able to take down sanji, he is average at best, the enemy he faced was lao G, without his ultimate technique he was struggling against baby 5, now imagine sai trying to give a fight against someone like vergo, he would get every bone on his body breaken, the same way if he faced doffy, he would get sliced watch first the enemies each fighter faced, sanji faced high tiers like doffy/Vergo and someone fought executive fighters like lao G/baby 5.

Sanji takes it mid-high diff, Sai wouldnt be able to get that hit on sanji, he is way to slow compared to sanjis speed and observation.

Agreed. If Sanji decides to block his kick without dodging it then he might end up with a serious damage and I am not saying that he's slow in general. He's slow when compared to people like Sanji and his striking speed isn't good enough to counter a speed dog like Sanji.

HIs speed and striking speed are on par with Ideo and we know how easily Dillinger defeated him. I can't see someone with that level of speed and striking speed countering Sanji level speed.

Ah fair point. Didn't think of this but i assumed he was drastically different from his coloseum version with the new resolve he achieved especially how he outmaneuvered a stronger version of Lao G than the one who was having upper-hand on Chinjao(who could keep up with Luffy, albeit in a better state though)

I can see your point but getting a boost in his speed and reactions out of nowhere doesn't make much sense if you ask me. Also, I think Oda pretty much explained why Chinjao was easily owned by Leo G. Chinjo was sick and he said that he can't fight like he used to be and Leo G was saving his strength for decades. These two points pretty much sums it up.

I think Leo G was a bit overrated but I can see why people are thinking that he was the strongest of mid executives. I strongly believe that Gladius is the strongest after top executives.

Yes i know Chinjao was sick, but it's still impressive that Lao G could handle even a sick Chinjao imo especially when you know himself wasn't going all out(reserving his ultimate mode for later usage)

But yeah i also believe Gladius is the strongest one and i think the manga is tending to prove this

- He was presented as a leader when the executives(including Lao G) were making their entrance to face coloseum fighters
- He left the executives(incl Lao G) on the second level to handle the third level on his own
- Viola said he was the leader of the underlings
- He was talking to Dellinger with a ton of superiority, asking him if him and the others didn't finish with the second level yet
- Against Hakuba, he told Dellinger to stay down for a moment blatantly telling him he can't handle what is happening
