Sanji has not shown any feats as impressive as Sais kick that he used to break Chinjao's drill U_U...but speed wise and other capabilities sanji will out perform sai as long as he can avoid getting hit by Sais attack.

People are saying that Sanji doesn't have feats, but are giving Don Sai feats he never had, like splitting continents and shit. First off, Don Sai just awakened the power that would allow him to destroy the continent. However, that does not mean that he can go busting continents right away with it. It's a new power, he's gonna have to train it to master it and be able to use it to that level. If we're gonna give him the power to bust continents now, then it'd be fair to give Usopp Observation Haki on the level of Enel. Or to say Luffy could do what he can do with Haoshoku now at Marineford. Secondly, Chinjao is weaker than when he was in his continent-busting prime. He's apparently not been fighting well since clashing with Luffy at the tournament, and even that was below his prime. Sai bending his head now doesn't mean he can do what Chinjao could in his prime.

Chinjo is ill and weakened, his head is not what it used to be on his prime days even though it was restored in the same form, chinjao said so here

He cant fight the way he used to fight, his haki may be strong but not really on par with luffy, I think chinjao gave to luffy max mid-diff, but that wasnt the same chinjao here against sai, he was ill and out of shape.
What i got from that statement is that Chinjao was already ill even before the tournament and that it's the fight against Luffy that worsened his state and it only has to do with his physical capabilities to execute actions. I don't think haki weakens with illness

Also, i said his haki is on par with Luffy's. I didn't say he is as strong as him(at least not the ill, and old version of himself). Because he got mid diffed by Luffy doesn't say anything about his haki. They had an initial haki clash during that fight and it ended equal, showing that their haki was actually on par.

Haki is willpower, with old age and illness it will be harder for the user to control it freely like he used to, that's the same case of WB where his illness affected his haki, he had a hard time avoiding hits from squardo which according to marco Wb was during his prime was able to avoid those hits even if he was exhausted.

Haki, physical power, speed everything gets weaker with age and illness, this was proven many times on many fighters such as WB, Garp, Z and even fujitora though that his observation got weaker with age.

It was just a clash, nothing tells luffy used everything he had, while Chinjao had a reason to use all he has because he was trying to revenge.

It is not that he has fanboys. Sai has more destructive power but lacks speed as well as striking speed to beat Sanji. He need eiter speed or faster striking speed otherwise he's not winning this.
Yeah if you look at it objectively I think it will be a draw. Cause if Don Sai has a speed disadvantage then it is made up by his longer range (due to the weapon he carries) and also the fact that he uses his hands for combat as well unlike sanji who does not.

The thing is he lacks both speed as well as striking speed to counter Sanji so his long range attacks aren't going to help him. Only department in which Sai has advantage over Sanji is DC and it is good for nothing if he can't hit Sanji.
