Luffy's rubber like characteristics make him a good match for brute strength like Sengoku. Sabo's endurance is a totally different type in itself, even if it is greater. Anyways, battle intellect, experience, strength, haki and devil fruit are probably all won by Sengoku by feats and hype. A few haki imbued punches end (if not one, since he was strong enough to restrain a ragemode garp with a single hand).
