Considering how he had no real trouble surviving Rayleigh's and WB's slashes at him while trying to jump. I can't see Beckman's pistol being any more lethal. He also could almost instantly jump up to attack Luffy as he did. So IMO, it's always been a combination of lazy Kizaru but also him noting someone who'd be a legitimately dangerous opponent being present.

Akainu was hurt by their haki(he expressed pain when they cut him), so they did dent him. Only that with his body manipulation, he managed to escape death like Kizaru against Rayleigh. Rayleigh cut him in half like i've said and he came out only with a small cut on the face and you can't say that Rayleigh didn't have strong enough haki. Even Whitebeard himself failed at times to hurt admirals despite cuting through them completely. Vista and Marco's attacks also went through Akainu completely, so he had no haki shield to protect himself. The only logical conclusion is that logias who master their fruit to a great extent are capable to manipulate their body enough to merge and switch with their elements any instant similar to Pica for example.

Vergo with smoker said that if you expand your body using your ability then it'll only make u a bigger target so by passing or fooling your enemy using DF manipulation isn't a better idea or it won't work againt a good haki user which is why I thought that Akainu defended himself using his own haki in a addition with his DF manipulation. They managed to hurt him as u said but what I am trying tell u is that it would have killed him if the target was a fodder but Akainu took with least damage thanks to haki as well as his DF manipulation.
Vergo and Smoker for example: If Vergo is protecting himself with his haki then he won't took much damage from Smoker and same happend in case of Akainu.

Our points are almost same except for the haki part. You are saying that it was because of DF ability and I am saying that it was because of his DF as well as haki.
