Cant Sabo infuse Haki with fire?

No, he cannot. He has only shown to infuse his pipe with his fire, but that shouldn't be mistaken for Haki. Apart from that, he has shown his claws and his dragon breath which demolished the colosseum.

And no, Sengoku can't imbue shockwaves with Haki. Don't know where that idea ever came from. Sengoku spanks this youngin.
