As Arthur continued his search for somebody, it seemed to be a slight shadow that hovered over Arthur. Looking up, he saw what was a huge meteor. This of course bothered Arthur and alerted him. This let Arthur know that there were some very strong people there. Needing a quick escape.. or rather about to destroy the meteor. He quickly activated his Mangekyou sharingan. But before he would activate his susanoo, he saw a huge strike of lightning shut down on the boulder, and without a moments noticed, a branch of lightnings shot off destroying the other pieces.. "Yeah... Something is up with this landmark.. and its not just the rain. Either that Lightning was a stroke of beautiful luck or somebody is attacking and somebody is protecting this place" Arthur thought to himself. Continuing his search, he realized this place was huge. Making his way into what he felt like the center of the place, slightly off from where the thunder struck, He created 8 shadow clones. Doing this he instructed them to save as many people that want to be save. Ask would they rather stay here, or seek refuge in the black order. Doing this, Arthur could possibly increase the population of his people or just buy them a hotel or seek them saftey. With the understanding of this, the clones dispersed with the knowledge to meet back in the middle.

( Doujutsu: Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 50 ( -20 per turn to keep active )
Damage: N/A ( -5 per turn )
Description: The Mangekyo Sharingan, literally meaning "Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the highest known form of Sharingan, said to be feared as the strongest form of Sharingan. Awakening MS requires the user to have possession of 3 Tomoe Sharingan and to witness or simply go through some extremely dramatic emotional event. Upon this event, the user awakens MS. The most noticeable MS users gained it by witnessing the death of someone important to them, sometimes by their own hand. Once activated the appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the tomoe seals, and gains a shape unique to each user. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the third stage sharingan. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increases. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual illusions A-rank and below. The link to Genjutsu is further increased and, if the user has gained full mastery over Genjutsu, he gains the ability to cast genjutsu without the need for Handseals as long as he has a line of sight to the target. Also, the Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques, unique to each user. Extended use of the Mangekyo Sharingan after some time, deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. The chakra cost is so high that it drains the users stamina and chakra at increasingly high speeds. Once the side effects of it's use take place, the user is left blind and unable to activate his sharingan. While keeping it active is already quite hard, the user will drain the time he can keep it active at each MS technique he uses. While some can decrease one turn, others can decrease even more.
Note: The user needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Can only be activated twice, requiring a 2 turn coldown to activate again
Note: Lasts a maximum of 8 turns for the first activation and 4 turns for the second
Note: After the first activation wears down, his eyes revert to their normal appearance and the user can't activate his sharingan for 1 turn
Note: The first activation drains the users stamina and leaves him tired, while the second activation leaves the user blinded and almost unable to move if he doesn't deactivate it before the time ends
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: While active, as long as a clear line of sight and the range is respected, the user can cast normal non-Doujutsu Genjutsu without the need for handseals. However, Doujutsu illusions still require eye contact (if feasible) or their own requirements; this ability only affects regular Genjutsu.

(Kinjutsu: Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) Forbidden Technique: Multiple Shadow Clones Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short
Chakra: 70 (Total chakra is divided equally between the number of clones and the user)
Damage: N/A
Description:
This technique is essentially a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a maximum of 4 clones, it creates up to 8 shadow clones of the user. This is considered a kinjutsu, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Each clone is equal to the ones created by the original, simpler technique and can use all the techniques the user can.
Note: Usable only once per battle, disabling the further use of clones of any kind for the rest of the match.
Knowing this Arthur decided to head towards the lightning strike while also searching for other people to save. With his sharingan active it was alot easier to spot people. Coming across an elderly woman with a weak chakra signature, Her area seemed to be a flood zone. Arthur coming up to the lady, it dont seem like she was as concern as one would think she should be. She was right next to a building that had a basement. "Hey... You okay?" Arthur asked the lady. "Ehh.. Could be better.. You know.. With the storm." The lady said in a playful voice. "I came from a neihboring landmark, The Black Order. I heard that the strange rain here started about five days ago, and it truly dont seem to be letting up. Would you like to set refuge at my home, even if its just temporary?" Arthur said having to yell slightly. "Hmmm.. Young man, this place has more history. Ever Since Kurama leveled this place, more people left to seek a new home... and even more people came here to seek the treasures of knowledge and Artifacts... Me? This is my home" The lady continued "But... I have two orphan children up in the basement that I take care of. If you will take them with you. Though there are plenty people up there who wished for a new home.. A Safe home." she continued. Arthur loved genuine people like her. Before he went up there, he wanted to help with the flood. "Let me do one thing for you, before I go up there" Arthur Said. Doing this he steps back. As far as he could see nobody was in the streets. He channels his chakra into the streets up to long range. The fisure was wide enough for water to start rushing into the ground, reducing the flood at a great pace. But not wide enough for a human to fall in without extending their hands to the side to help them.. Meaning humans cant fall in it.

"Hmmm.. A Rather strong shinobi.. and with those eyes, you are one of the Handsome Uchiha.. As much as I think This landmark is a recipe for disaster, I think its one where the most miracles happened" The lady said. Arthur Smiled as he went into the building. Getting to the basement, he saw several hundreds of people. Explaining the situation majority of them agreed.. Some for temporary shelter, some for permanent shelter, and about 10% decided to stay and wait it out.. not everybody was homeless but everybody did seek shelter. Doing this, Arthur utilizing his Mangekyou sharingan, He creates a portal that leads to the Last Arc. Doing this, was also a portal to the Black Order. Doing this he gave a letter to the first person through. Advised them to give this letter to the leader at the landmark. Giving them details on whats happening. Arthur made sure to keep the door open, as this is where those who sought refuge would go.

As Arthur went back outside, he noticed that the ground around them was no longer flooded. Still raining but as far as he could see, the crack in the ground was acting like a real sewer.. He didnt want to cause any harm to the structure of the village. Seeing the old woman continuing to simply stand outside. He stood by her, just waiting... waiting for nothing. "I assume you are going to the library too? " the lady said to Arthur. "The Library? Im heading towards the lightning strike" Arthur responded. "Yes.. That is where the library is at. Many people go there, hoping to find lost artifacts, or books that we was once blooming with.. So far they have all been destroyed in the latest attack" The women said. "You are the second one I seen today heading in the direction. Though the other person didnt stop to rescue us like you did" The lady said. Arthur thinking to himself.. " Second person... Was that person who created a the lightning strike.. Was somebody trying to destroy something and somebody was protecting it..." Arthur Thought Though even beyond that, this lady kept speaking on artifacts and books.. This intrigued him... What kind of knowledge could he have? Would he find what seemed to be the pride of this landmark.. Would he come in contact with an Artifact... OR the Devil himself. . He ventured off towards the library it seems .

Dojutsu: Rosuto Enko) Eye Technique: Lost Ark
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short/Long
Chakra: 70 (-30 Each Usage)
Damage: N/a
Description: Lost Ark is a set of abilities in Marion Cross' eyes. A Space/Time Ninjutsu to grant the user access to a dimension known as the Lost Ark is the key ability of both eyes, albeit in different ways. While his right eye has the ability to open a door, or hole, to his dimension, the left eye allows the user the ability to walk through multiple doors to change location in the same dimension or partial access through the portal. His right eye allows him to create a 1m to 3m door in his line of sight up to long range away from him to enter the Lost Ark dimension, which takes the place of a giant town without buildings, just various doors. The user can also use this to create a door that opens in another location on the field, existing similar to a wormhole to travel through. In battle, this allows him to travel up to long range by opening a door elsewhere in that landmark. Outside of battle, this can be used to travel anywhere in the Ninja World, taking triple the time it takes to regularly travel. Should the door remain open or someone is in comtact with the user, they will be able to enter the dimension along with the user. His Left Eye works similar to this function, while maintaining the portals for longer. Opening multiple smaller portals at a time, the user is able to use these portals for redirecting small techniques or using them to deliver Taijutsu or CQC attacks at a ranged distance. Go by having the multiple portals be opened at one time while being connected, the user is able to use this connection to send short range attacks through the portals such as a Chidori Senbon through one portal to attack a foe from behind. This can also be used on small attacks within reason to redirect them. The user is able to open up to 3 portals long range away from him and 5 meters away from opponents. If they are both in short range, then he is able to open these portals within a meter of them. Attacks passing through the portals move at their regular speed and must be smaller than 3 meters in size to pass through the portals.
Note: Each eye technique can be used a max of 3 times and can not be used in consecutive turns. After 3 usages of one eye, the user will lose vision in that eye. Technique can be used a collective 4 times in total.
Note: Each usage decreases the MS duration by one turn.
Note: If an opponent with no means to return to the normal world is sent to the alternate dimension, he cannot return unless the user brings him back.

Doton: Daichi Dasshu (Earth Release: Ground Dasher)
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: A fissure opens up under the enemy. Causing them to fall in the user then does a handseal that will sends wave after wave of spikes that puncture enemies.
(Usable 3 Times)

*leaves the void and comes back ~__~*
A sudden massive meteor would fall from the sky, massive in power and potentially damning to what remains of the ruins. Hei and Alucard had formed an alliance, so why was it that Alucard was acting in opposition to what Hei had just done. He attempted to form a barricade around the city, preventing the storm from reaching it. When that failed It became clear to Hei that the Strom was something else entirely. It solidified his believe that it was unnatural and being controlled by something, or someone with forces outside the realm of chakra. Yet, before Hei can further investigate Alucard acted so recklessly. Threatening the destruction of the city. Hei will move in, reaching his hand out in the direction of the meteor but, before he could act a massive lightning bolt will shred though it. Hei turns to Alucard and reaches out. Grabbing him by the neck he lifts him up into the air. His expression clearly engulfed in anger.

"Are you dull in the head!? Do you not understand how actions can have consequences!?"

Hei will hear Alucard speak "Forgive me. " although something was off about it. It would not appear as though Alucard was speaking with Hei, but instead from the tone and expression on Alucard it would seem as though he was speaking in general, or perhaps to someone else. Hei will sigh in anger as he takes a deep breath and releases Alucard.

"I know you've heard of the child, something of the so called divine. It's power was unlike anything I've ever seen before.... No, more like something I've seen only once before... Tiamat. I don't understand the power, it doesn't use chakra yet it's manipulation goes beyond it. That child for example. It didn't just cure the illness. I witnessed it's power on a molecular level. It erased it, willed it out of existence. We need to be careful so don't act so recklessly again.."

After witnessing the storm withstand his wind, then the lightning afterwards. It became clearer to Hei that some unknown force was at play. His eyes will shift from the Tenseigan and recede back into his golden Byakugan. Granting him a 360 degree field of vision, and telescopic vision. Hei begins scouting the massive city. Looking in the ground, through walls, chakra networks and faces of the individuals that littered the land. A tireless effort but someone, or something was causing this storm and flooding. He could be wrong but if his hypothesis is correct he could cross off people with chakra. Everyone who stands out like stars in the night sky. He had to instead search in the darkness, the void. Like when he attempted to look within the child, and Tiamat there was nothing. Looking though the darkness in the storm proved to be difficult, perhaps he was going about his search the wrong way?
As the meteor had fallen and crashed, Alucard dust release technique would already be in play as he felt Hei gripping his neck only to be repelled backwards by the force of the trinket he was carrying since a while back. His summonings stood still and didn't act.

Fujiwara’s Last Memory
Type: Artifact
Rank: S
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: An emerald pendant owned by the late 34th Daijō-daijin, Naomitsu Fujiwara. The pendant is appropriately called the Last Memory because Fujiwara’s death marked the beginning of a terrible plague of influenza, which would usher in the Time of Troubles that ended the Freehold’s Golden Age. After Fujiwara’s death the pendant was preserved by a guild of Hangurian priestesses. As the virulent influenza gripped the nation the Hangurian priestesses infused it with chakra, believing that they could obtain the blessing and protection of Fujiwara’s spirit from the afterlife. Through complex trial and error, and through the use of arcane sealing techniques, the priestesses managed to infuse the pendant with a recoil-like ability. When worn, the pendant infuses the user’s body with latent chakra that reacts when touched by foreign living beings, essentially creating a feedback mechanism. This mechanism can be triggered by any form of foreign contact, everyone bar the user, anywhere on the user’s body and clothes. This causes the pendant to release a small shock of chakra, passively, through the target who touches the user causing them to take 5 damage. Another side effect of this shock is that the victim will have their last memory essentially erased, or “blocked,” from their mind. This is limited to brief memories, like a thought, reaction, or strategy in the few moments within touching the user. When used against summonings, this causes the summoning to lose all memories of aggression against the user causing them to become docile in combat.

As Hei got his memory erased by the trinket it was only the instinct of grabbing Alucard by the throat that was erased and not his anger at him. He would shout at Alucard who wasn't listening but instead looked towards the ruins with his dust release crystals still swirling around them before they disappeared into the void, allowing the rain to continue to fall back on them. Alucard thought about explaining his actions to Hei but he chose not to, it would not make any sense at this point regardless. Instead he would close his eyes as the golem would pick him up and place him on its shoulder. It would seem like the forces causing the meteor to be disintigrated in the first place was something that Hei had knowledge of as he spoke to Alucard who was now sitting on the golem. He didn't know what the move was but he was going to let Hei take the lead from now on. Even though he sat in silence it was obvious from his expression that he was embarrassed, yet the fact remained that the force that destroyed the meteor would have been extremely powerful. Even though it was just a rock it would've taken tremendous force to destroy something like that.

Storyboard Mission Element(s)

There had not been much progress in the area since Alucard had attempted to rid the debris from his fallen meteorite. He had still not heard from whoever had infiltrated his mind. Maybe it meant for him to go and look for them, or maybe it meant something else. Since his original action had failed massively he could only think of one thing to do now while awaiting any sort of communication. It was obvious that the inhabitants of the ancient capital needed help and while he had seen other shinobi attempting the task, there was not enough to save an entire city. He was sitting on the shoulder of his massive golem and wondered for a while what his next actions should be as the piercing rain would endlessly fall now creating floods. He had seen Hei attempting to use wind style to form a barrier around the ruins but it wasn't strong enough. He could probably open up a portal to let people walk through into safety but that would still leave the city itself in ruins. He also had to think about the person speaking to him. Not do anything again that would be seen as a hostile action against them, but that could be anything really. Instead, Alucard decided to do some small scale testing on varieties of elements and chakra to see how they would counteract the unnatural rain and work on a solution towards it as well as help out the citizens who's stranded and in dire need for help. He would jump off the golem and have it form into a living barrier against it while he would gather his pokémon next to him.

..Blaziken i need you to try your Scorch style to see how it reacts.
..Blaze..

Blaziken would gather up its chakra and create a small scaled sphere of immense heat that radiated underneath the stomach of the Hamura golem. It was clearly an honest attempt as Scorch style worked completely different to regular Katon release when in interactions with water. Scorch release was intertwined katon release with that of the fuuton release to create the advanced element. Naturally, fire is ignited oxygen and with more wind added to it, it would expand rapidly as it used it as fuel. Scorch therefore reached extreme temperatures on its surface and resembles, instead of fire, the surface of the sun. Water would never be able to soak it before it would evaporate as a consequence. The first scorch technique used to interact with the rain would be the smallest possible.

(Shakuton: Shaku Jutsu) Scorch Release: Scorch Technique
Rank: C-Rank
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user will use their scorch chakra to create orbs, walls, blast, waves, etc. of scorch to either attack or defend oneself.

The rain would not let itself be defeated by the sphere of Scorch and would simply drown it down as if pure darkness extinguished a star. Would it not be for the fact that the Scorch style was consisting of Chakra, it might've been a different story but the fact of the matter was that it did and this supernatural rain did not. Atleast not to the point he could sense it with his Tenseigan dojutsu. With a grunt fear of a divine intervention, Alucard would resort to conduct a test himself too.

..Well that was, uneventful..
..Blaazee..
We're just getting started though.
Alucard would instead make use of his own created element - Kuriputon. He would harness the elements present in the atmosphere and secure it into his own, much like taking metals from the ground, he would take gasses from the air using the lightning element as a catalyst. The strengths of this noble gas, Krypton, is that it is one of the most thermonuclear stable elements there are and at liquid temperatures it would freeze water almost instantaneously. What would it do against this rain though, who knew. He would start off small in terms of chakra and use the same amount as his pokémons scorch release. Alucard would form a fist-sized sphere of liquid krypton to see how it would react against the rain.

(Kuriputon: Feruinta | Liquid Krypton Release: Felwinter)
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: D-S(C)
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 10-40(-10 per turn when sustained)(15)
Damage: 20-80(30)
Description: Felwinter is a multi-ranked technique that serves as the basic, jack-of-all-trades technique of the Krypton release. It can be created from existing sources(air) or from the user directly. Depending on how much chakra he/she spends it amps the technique further and thus produces more liquid Krypton. The force of the torrent of the ultra cold liquid will also become greater the more chakra is spent into the technique. But even so, small amounts of liquid Krypton may be enough for some occasions too. Through this technique, the user will be able to create small or large torrents of the liquid Krypton, create a huge "sea" of the ultra cold liquid or manipulate pre-existing liquid Krypton to form into huge hands or small flying liquid bullets. Even though the possibilities are essentially endless, since the release is indeed liquid it cannot maintain any lasting functional structures unless chakra is used to sustain the releases state. Sort of like water which can be formed into a dragon but needs chakra to sustain its form in such case. D, C and B ranks can be used indefinitely while B-ranks will require one handseal; Hare. A rank variation can be used up to 4 times, but will start to require two handseals; Hare - Ox. S-rank variation requires three handseals; Hare - Ox - Rabbit - and can be used up to 3 times per battle.

Note: B-ranks require a single handseal, A ranks two handseals and S rank three handseals.
Note: A rank version can be used 4 times per battle, S rank 3.
Note: No Krypton Above A-rank after using S-rank version in the same turn and next.

The sphere would float above Alucards hands and up in the air(about a meter) free from the protection of the golem. At a certain point it looked quite promising but then the orb of the floating krypton would simply boil over due to the temperature differences and vanish into thin smoke. Alucard was astounded, it was like the storm didn't follow any natural rules at all but instead erased the elements. It was clearly a supernatural storm indeed, but would it matter if more chakra was spent? Probably not, the only thing Alucard could use at that point was his gravity repelling technique which basically would generate an unstoppable force. There was no way he could do that without destroying the whole place though, and judging by the people who was beside him and the voice that still echoed inside his head he would not do such thing... Not now anyway. There was yet one more thing he could try before throwing in the towel for now atleast. Taijutsu. Alucard and his pokémon would power up at the same time to let off some steam..

Right.. we don't want to upset more gods today.. I feel like i've already tested my luck to a breaking point. You ready? On my signal..
Blazee!

GO!
Alucard and his Pokémon would power up using the Eight Inner Gates along with the yang technique Power of the Sun - in order to be able to create enough kinetic force to generate a shockwave

( Hachimon ) The Eight Inner Gates
Type: Supplementary
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By undergoing intense training, one can learn how to open these gates allowing the user to surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own body. The user opens the gates in sequence, up to the desired gate to achieve its effects. Opening the gates is a fast process and can be done in mere moments up to the 7th gate. When one initially opens up to a given EIG, that opening lasts up to 4 turns. After completing training, users are capable of opening up to the 5th Gate passively. Opening additional gates after initial activation adds 2 turns per activation. However, there is an exception; opening the last and 8th gate can only lasts for 3 turns.
  • ( Kaimon ) - The Gate of Opening: The user activates The Gate of Opening or First Gate, which is located in the brain. This gate removes the restraints of the brain on the muscles so he can begin to access 100% of their strength. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus. This gate adds +5 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 1.5x faster. This gate also adds +10 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -5 damage per turn.
  • ( Kyūmon ) - The Gate of Healing: The user activates the Gate of Healing or 2nd Gate (also named Rest Gate) which is located in the brain. Forcibly increases one's physical strength and temporarily re-energizes the body. This gate adds +10 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2x faster. This gate also adds +10 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -10 damage.
  • ( Seimon ) - The Gate of Life: The user activates the Gate of Life or 3rd Gate which is located in the Spinal cord. The increased blood flow turns the skin red. Allows the user to use Hidden Lotus. This gate adds +15 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 2.5x faster. This gate also adds +10 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -15 damage.
  • ( Shōmon ) - The Gate of Pain: The user activates the Gate of Pain or 4th Gate (also named Wound Gate) which is located in the Spinal cord, lower than the Seimon. Increases the user's strength and speed. May cause muscle tissue to begin to tear on use. This gate adds +20 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3x faster. This gate also adds +15 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -15 damage.
  • ( Tomon ) - The Gate of Limit: The user activates the Gate of Limit or 5th gate, which is located in the abdomen. Increases the user's speed and power. This gate adds +30 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 3.5x faster. This gate also adds +15 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -15 damage.
  • ( Keimon ) - Gate of View: The user activates the Gate of View or 6th Gate, located in the stomach. Increases the user's speed and power. Opening of this gate releases such enormous amounts of chakra that it can cause nearby water bodies to form a vortex around the user. Allows the user to perform the Morning Peacock. This gate adds +40 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 4x faster. This gate also adds +15 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -25 damage.
  • ( Kyōmon ) - The Gate of Wonder: The user activates the Gate of Wonder or 7th Gate which is located below the stomach. Those who open this gate will pour glowing green sweat from every inch of their body, which immediately evaporates from their own heat energy, creating an aura which people would mistake as a green chakra coating. However, the side effects of opening the gate are that the user's muscle fibers are ripped to shreds after exiting this gate, causing intense pain if anything or anyone touches him. Allows the user to perform the Daytime Tiger. This gate adds +60 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 7x faster. This gate also adds +20 chakra and damage to Ninjutsu. User suffers -40 damage.
  • ( Shimon ) - The Gate of Death: The user activates the Gate of Death or 8th Gate, located at the heart, requiring the user to puncture their chest just above the heart in order to open it, enabling the user to achieve what is described as The Eight Gates Released Formation" ( Hachimon Tonkō no Jin ). Opening this gate will cause the user's blood to emanate a flaming aura of red steam, the so-called Steam of Blood ( Chi no Jōki ) from all pores of their body, hair, and eyebrows. Releasing this gate uses up all of the body's energy while making the heart pump at maximum power. Exceeding the power of every other gate, the user is temporarily granted power far exceeding their normal power, far beyond that of the five Kage. Once activated, those who are capable can perform the Evening Elephant and the Night Guy. The side effect of opening this gate is that it comes at the expense of the user's life, causing the user to crumble to ash after their chakra runs out, having virtually cooked themselves from the inside-out. This is unlike opening the other gates, which simply injure or damage the body. This gate adds +120 damage to Taijutsu and the user becomes 8x faster and allows the user to warp space with his Taijutsu and its speed.
Note: The EIG users can only open the gates twice per fight, meaning that if he allows the EIG opening to time out, he can only open the EIGs once more during the match.
Note: Starting with the fifth gate, EIG users begin to feel the side effects of each gate as they time out.
Note: The user cannot use other self powering techniques (such as custom variations of Lightning Armor, Sage Mode, etc) while he has EIG opened
Note: After use of the 8th Gate, the user will pass away.

(Yoton: Ken'i) - Yang Release: Power of The Sun
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 100 (50 per turn)
Damage points: N/A (+40 to Taijutsu)
Description: The user will reinforce his own body with Yang natured chakra, empowering his physical abilities to the outermost limits. This allows him to become physically very strong (beyond the normal levels of chakra enhanced strength), increases his resistance to physical damage (decreasing 60 damage from any physical contact), his speed (boosted to 3.5x his normal speed), and grants him a passive healing of all minor wounds at 30 damage per turn. However, by infusing himself with the Yang Nature, he becomes unable to use Yin Release techniques or Yin/Yang Release techniques; he cannot use Genjutsu or non elemental Ninjutsu of any kind (including special fields like Fuuinjutsu).
Note: Can only be used twice per battle and lasts 4 turns per use.

With their physical powers enhanced to levels beyond that of the normal limits, it was time for both of them to simply punch in any direction to create a shockwave to see how the rain would react on non-chakra infused power.

(Kodzuku) Punch - (x2)
Type: Offensive
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 20 +40
Description: One of the simplest moves in Taijutsu, the user will simply use one of his hands to deliver a simple punch by clenching his fist and swinging his arm. The user is free to do variations of a basic frontal punch and the technique though simple, can be deadly for strong users.

The results would be.. interesting as it turned out. Both Alucard and Mega Blaziken would've punched right through the air and due to their speed and physical enhancements the shockwave of their punches would travel about 8 meters before decaying off. However it was only for 2 meters that the shockwave was powerful enough to disintegrate the raindrops themselves. Atleast he would've had some sort of progress in the nature of the storm itself as it would seem it could not ignore the rules of the universe, or chose not to.

Well **** it, let's go save some civilians..
Blaze!
With their empowered auras still into play, Alucard and his Pokémon would move swiftly through the rain around the decaying ruins of the ancient capital in order to rescue trapped citizens and alike. It wasn't the easiest task because it was for the first time in his life, Alucard felt like there were forces that could end his life with the snap of their fingers if he would just do a single mistake. But in his thoughts, helping people in this crisis must mean more than his life anyway, judging on how he had recently spent it.. It didn't take long until he would spot some looters and other reavers that were taking advantage of the cities poor condition and would lynch civilians. As a matter of fact, an entire bandit clan seemed to have setup shop on the north west part of the outskirts of the old capital. These were not your common cut-throats either as the weather at this point would've made a bigger risk than for what it was worth for the most lower-tier of murderers. This meant that he would be up for somewhat of a fight and having left the golem on the same place, well right next to Hei, it was him and his Pokémon that was on the battlegrounds tearing through lowlife to other lowlife. Nothing a few dozen of punches wouldn't solve however and with their powerups a simple punch to their head would blow their brains out like a shotgun blast. The rain would mix with steaming blood from the corpses of the invaders against the civilians but their bodies would be washed away rapidely through the floods that started to form. With his Tenseigan he would scan the areas for more troublemakers and work his path forwards while at the same time as he cut the enemies advances off, zone by zone he would rescue the people of the city by carry them outside the flash floods and help stuck people by the masses of water getting loose. He would put all of the rescued people into Blazikens responsibility as he was faster than Alucard, while he himself would take the battle directly against the attackers. His voice would not be heard by them, he knew this already, but his actions would speak for him.

Raping, pillaging and plundering on those who are already down. You're not worthy of life.

After a few hours of fighting it would seem like the situation would've gotten somewhat under control thanks to him and the plethora of shinobi that had decided to help upon their arrival. The fighting would stop momentarily after witnessing the remaining bandits flee from their camp having been chased out from it by Alucard alone. His pokémon would've gathered a mass of 100 people outside the city gates who prepared to evacuate from the hurricane. Alucard sighed to himself and wondered what in gods name was going on. He wanted to let out his true powers but was afraid it would be treated as a threat against whomever had ordered him to stand down previously. Maybe it was them who this entire situation was to blame for. It wasn't like the force that destroyed his meteor wasn't supernatural either. He and Blaziken, having rescued most people within the lines of sight from grave danger would mobilize around the golem back to were Hei was and stood there for a while before saying anything. The calls for help had been answered and dealt with and small and rather pesky bandit raid had been stopped but what would be next for this city. Alucard closed his eyes and leaned on the golem while directing his words towards Hei.

You know, it's like this entire scene had been purposely made by someone to create a diversion to steal something. You spoke of forces beyond our scope of comprehension. I don't suppose you can see anything, even with that ugh.. Byuakugan of yours huh?

He waited for a response while deactivating his Yang empowerement as well as having his Pokémon release the 6th gate in a snap of its fingers. The rain would continue like a dark symphony over them and Alucard looked up towards the skies looking for a sign of chakra up in the clouds. Would he find anything there perhaps? He would cross his arms and rest underneath the golems protection along with his Pokémon. Would they find out what was happening here or would their journey force them out of the land in order to find the answers?

Tirelessly continuing his search though the ruins, Hei's eyes will continue to shift back and forth as his Irises seem to shift in and out of focus as he scans the land. The storm and rains raging making the task seem impossible. The cold chill running down Hei's spine and the extreme winds causing his clothing to violently flap in random directions as he struggles to keep his standing. Then suddenly Hei will notices a hooded figure, their cloak covering their figure. Unlike the others this unknown individual seemed more confident in his movement though the storm. More over he appeared dark, a being without chakra. Hei's eyes will fixate on the person, gazing though their cloak.

"... not human? But what are you"

Hei thinks to himself as he ponders the origin of this fish like being. With a sudden burst of speed Hei begins running fourth, zig zagging though the ruins and debris of the freehold. Closing the distance between himself and the being. Taking a less direct route but rather one that will cross into the path of the fishman. As he gets closer, it crosses Hei's mind that perhaps the storm is a means of their survival and mimic's an environment more suited for them? Only time, and questions can tell. Hei make his way in front of the being, standing directly in it's paths as he gestures to stop in a friendly manor.

"Sorry to interrupt you, My name is Hei. I have some questions for you.

Hei takes moment to catch his breath before continuing..

"I can see you're not entirely human. Tell me, are you the one causing this storm? If so, can you tell me why?"

As Arthur continues, the rain pouring down, but not letting it slow him down. Making sure that whomever was in the area, was directed towards the area where they can be teleported into the landmark of the black order. Arthur made sure that the old lady informed everybody, and oddly enough, they were more than happy to relocate. It was also strange that alot more bandits and criminals were out more than usual. Doing the typical, using the butt of the sword to deliver a non fatal blow to their heads. Simply knocking them out for several hours if not a couple of days. Arthur didnt care much what happened to them so he simply kept them there. Very few did Arthur have to use the blade portion of his blade.

As about an hour went through, making his way to the library, beating up criminals, saving kids, and even helping drain the flood, he was hit with random knowledge. It was his clones that dispersed. At random times, he would simply see a group of people going into the house going through the portal. It seemed they did a really good job at rounding up the people. Some people of course denied, and like the non clone Arthur, The clones had to fight off atleast one bandit per clone. Though they didnt encounter somebody as simple. Either way, Arthur was close enough to be met with the area where the lightning struck, or other terms, the Library. As Arthur looked around he noticed the broken earth debris. Truly something. Due to the crack in the earth Arthur created a little ways back, the area around wasnt as flooded. But still enough to where somebody would need help. He looked at the Library that the lady was speaking about. IT didnt look like a Library that one would normally go to. But it indeed does look like the result of war.

Walking close to the area, Arthur was careful not to trigger something, or alarm somebody. Granted he wasnt there to look for somebody. His Sharingan still active in the off case somebody wanted to sneak up on him. He Gazed the area around him, above him, and below him. The sharingan allowed for him to even detect weapons or items beneath the Library. There were alot of books that one could easily find as well, based off the History of the Area. One book in particular caught Arthur eye as he put it in his pocket. Looking outside as the rain pour down, he thought.. Was he also going to search for what once was.. But the lady said that some of the stuff were simple rumors. Either Way Arthur Continued his Search, as the last clone dispersed.. Everybody in the landmark that wanted to be saved, were not at the landmark, Black Order. Closing his eyes in a sigh of relief. He walks outside, letting the rain hit his face. This Storm was very unusual, so maybe Arthur could do something about the rain. Looking around for a hint, he noticed somebody off into the distance on the other side of the library. A Petite figure with a cloak. Arthur couldnt sense any chakra from her which was strange. Arthur simply kept his distance while keeping an eye on the person. Maybe he was closer to answers than he thought... or wanted.

"I've got a good feeling about this."

The months leading up to her arrival here had become a blur, it had been long since Faye came to these here lands hoping to find herself, instead only finding a bunch of no good bandits constantly fighting to survive. She had been wandering around these parts for what seemed to be an eternity, nothing ever catching her interest, not until today at least. Earlier that day she had noticed an orange haired man and for whatever reason, her instincts told her to follow him. It's like she knew him from somewhere, but where? Had it not been for her ability to sense life energy this would prove to be a rather bothersome task seeing as the weather was a complete mess, nothing she hadn't already become accustomed to though.

"You know, I've been here long. I can help you find what you're looking for."

Upon completing his mission, Alucard would follow after Hei as he seemed to know somewhat what was happening in the Ruins. He and his pokémon would accompany Hei in his search for the source of the weather while the golem remained just outside the ruins, not having moved for a while. Since he had the byuakugan, it was easier for him to locate abnormal activity than that of the Tenseigans non 359 degree viewing angle. He would suddenly move in a zig-zag through the old temples as if he had found something. Alucards dojutsu would glow in the black rain and follow Heis movement closely until his stopped and just stood around as if talking to.. something? Or maybe he was just waiting for Alucard and Mega Blaziken to join up.

C'mon Blazie, Hei might need us.
Blaazeee!!

The two of them would run smoothly through the water on the cobblestones and end up at Hei's location but upon arriving there, Alucard was momentarily confused as it would seem a robed person would stand there, without chakra. He had arrived too late for their conversation but decided not to speak as it would seem Hei had already been there for a while now. This entity could not be human. Unless...

Nice chakra supression..

Alucard then looked over to Hei with an expression asking what was going on.

"We had anticipated humans to come seek us out, though we hoped it would be peaceful. Our only purpose here is to find unadulterated records of history, and there is no better place than the Empire of Hanguri to do so. We are historians, archivists, and naturalists; our bodies resonate with nature, and our anatomy would not otherwise let us survive in a dry place easily." Inaria did not remove her cloak, keeping her identity and the anatomy she referred to as a secret for the time being; but she did speak honestly. The Sentinels and their people were not adept at walking among humans, mostly because humans typically lived in particularly dry places and the Sentinels were born underwater.

Alucard would look through the ruins with his Tenseigan, seemed like Hei and the stranger were still on the same spot as when he had left for his breif mission in the landmark bordering this one. He and his summonings would investigate what was going on over there. Seemed like they had just wrapped up a conversation by them time they reached their location though. The cloaked figure was still without any chakra signs whatsoever. He would sigh slightly upon realizing he was late to their conversation. He had already made a comment on the cloaked figure on their chakra suppression but he wasn't even sure at this point they even used chakra. Maybe something else. Instead of going on with the unnecessary re-cap, Alucard would instead ask straight up.

Are you the reason for the storm? I have reasons to believe you're.. not even fully human but something that is resembling that of a person i met about a week ago. Oceanborn, a spawn of Tiamat? It surely would explain the weather, i know you people cannot live on the surface of the lands without dehydrating.. If i am too forward, i apologize but i must say your abilities are staggering.

Alucard spoke politely and his Pokémon along the moon golem would stand approximately 5 meters behind him and look around.

Inaria would appear to speak true, giving Hei no reason to believe otherwise. The storm overhead that can be seen as a threat is something required for these beings survival with no harm intended. They not only anticipated humans seeking them out, but also hoped for a peaceful contact, something Alucard put at risk.

"I do apologize on behalf of the actions of some. I assure you not all humans are to hasty and reckless."

Hei looks around the ruins, perhaps buried deep within some form of history remained but after the attack of the Kyuubi most seemed lost to time. What ever their goal it would seem as though they had knowledge of the past, perhaps information that can aid against Tiamat and those who follow her. Unsure if they have any relation to her however will keep Hei from outright asking, instead taking a passive approach to the subject.

"You say 'We are historians, archivists, and naturalists' Are their more of you around the freehold? Does your group have a name? Are you trying to find something specific?"

Inaria quietly observed as Hei spoke, interpreting every action and choice of words he made. It was her first interaction with someone not of her species, which made it all the more fascinating for the Sentinel. "We were not prohibited from explaining who we are; among the three of us here, we are known as the Sentinels in your language. Perhaps we are best compared to shamans in your culture. Those who are deeply in tune with nature. Though we probably wouldn't fit your classical definition of a shaman, for example one you would find in Tobusekai." She paused again, considering his last question. Ningal had never instructed them to hide anything from the humans who would inevitably approach them; in fact, it seemed that their leader had encouraged it. "No. This excursion is to simply understand the history of the Freehold in its final years."

Hei carefully listened as the creature spoke. Being sure to take in all information intended or otherwise. "We were not prohibited" Indicates they have some form of hierarchy. "three of us here" Likely travel in groups, with currently three in the freehold ruins. "Sentinels" showing they're warriors of some kind, although the term will suggest they're not aggressive, but rather guards. Given their goal to collect and understand the history of the final days of these ruins perhaps they protect the knowledge of the world? "deeply in tune with nature" This may be the most telling or misleading information. Though they don't have chakra they are clearly able to manipulate nature to a degree on par with it. Perhaps how nature energy can be used to infuse in ones chakra to produce Senjutsu, it may be possible for them to use nature energy in it's purist form. Techniques of that caliber are not unheard of but extremely powerful.

"It's written in our history that the Nine Tailed Demon Fox destroyed the freehold long ago. I assumed it was a random attack but perhaps there was more to it?"

Hei asked probing for any knowledge they may have on the subject. A means to test how far back their knowledge goes.

Inaria nodded her head, decently pleased that Hei seemed to come to a similar conclusion that the Sentinels had. "We came to a similar conclusion. Though admittedly we know very little about the Tailed Beasts, our current understanding indicates that they do not spontaneously attack often, if at all." Inaria did not know about the One Tail's assault on the village in the far north. But even that attack was not spontaneous. It was born from the rage of Shukaku after discovering the Fallen Meteorite had become active again. "There are likely a great many things about the Freehold's downfall that were not...natural. Tell me, stranger, do you ever ponder on the subject of alternative history?"

The more Hei spoke with the sentinel he began feeling a slight sense of fate. Not that he was chosen per say, but that his current path was the right one. One of Hei's closest allies and co founder of the rising cloud just so happens to have the Kyuubi sealed within him. However Menma has been away for quite some time and Hei lacks the means to locate him. Could his absents also be connected at the larger events at play? For now only time can tell.

"I've had encounters with a couple tailed beast over the years, although each time their powers were being used by the Jinchuuriki host that controlled them. I've never witnessed one act on it's own accord. I'm not even sure they have personalities of their own. Perhaps locating and speaking with one can yield more information."

Hei looks around the ruins, the devastation that was left behind from the Kyuubi's attack. Even after all that time the world in ways still feels the affects of it.

"What could be gained from such destruction?"

It was something Hei couldn't fully understand. Without knowing a motive if their was one. "do you ever ponder on the subject of alternative history?" The question brought a smile to Hei's face, if only for a moment. Depending on what the sentinel meaning of alternative history was it could be something Hei has practical knowledge of.

"If by alternative history you mean that major historical events occur differently then what has been recorded, then I have pondered it. However if you mean that they're alternative time-lines in which major historical events are different then I actually have practical experience in that field. It's something I've studied and developed on a personal level proving the theory."

"One day, when the toxic Sea of Life clears above the Hokubu, we hope that you can visit our civilization; just as we have visited yours." Inaria smiled from within her shroud, and then lowered the hood above her head to reveal a face that looked identical to that of a Fishman, reminiscent of the warrior Kisame. Except in Inaria's case she was much more slender, and more beautiful, than her lookalike. "Until that time our work here is done." From within her mind she called out to her two comrades, commanding them to take to the sea and depart. "Look to the East. Tobusekai is a land of many mysteries." Her last message before disappearing into the storm was intentionally left cryptic, leaving behind no traces of her presence as she took to the waters to reach the Hokubu.

And with that the conversation would abruptly end. Hei still had so many questions but it would appear as though they found what they were looking for. Their civilization being located under the sea of life also brings meaning. Either they are not effected by the toxicity of it or have a means to combat it. There stands reason on why Tiamat's attack was so focused over the Hokubu Ocean to begin with. With more questions then answers the cryptic message was clear. To further answer the mysteries Hei will need to head to Tobusekai. A portal will open next to Hei that he enters though.
