RSM = Rinnegan/sharingan is it fair?

Rinnegan = Six Paths Sage Mode

I'm sure, or at least hope, that people can agree with the first comparison. To address the second:

What actually does the Six Paths Sage Mode give you? Flight, increased physical attributes and sensory, access to all basic elements, utilization of nature energy, and truth-seeking spheres. Do not confuse anything else as those are merely additions from tailed beasts.

The Rinnegan on the other hand offers a variety of abilities, including the access to all basic elements. The absorption of chakra, the power to manipulate gravity, control over life and death, the chance to summon the Demonic Statue as well as a variety of vision-linked beasts, extraction and injection of souls, and finally the ability to create multiple tools and bio-mechanical arms from the body. Oh wait, can't forget the unique power gift to those who achieve the Rinnegan on their own.

All of that shit gonna be useless when fighting against a RSM user with a tactical mind set like kash, Itachi, Madara, Sasuke(still need experience). Nagato would've gotten his ass rapped by sage mode kakashi with a bigger chakra pool(fanfic, i know).

Can't place a RSM user under a genjutsu when he got more than one chakra source. RSM can practically make a Spirit bomb. Rinnegan user can only absorbs what he can handle.

Rinnegan users are like ninja in final fantasy XI. They can be the best and untouchable, but oncee they get that one hit from a mob, their life are in danger due to having average life points. Meanwhile RSM user are like monk. They got a lot of life points to deal with thousands of jutsu been thrown at them by a ninja. Then gather enough energy to one hit a mob.

Exactly. Rinnegan users can absorb only what they can handle. Which means by feats madara and even obito can rape naruto of all his chakra and be able to deal with it. Sasuke hasn't shown to be able to control that amount of chakra in the manga. But I wouldn't put it past him.

Personally I prefer RSM, but that doesn't mean a rinnegan user can't defeat a RSM user

With Kakashi, he will senjutsu chidori Nagato's heart in that very last second of the fight or the very start. But then again Kakashi do need that sharingan for chidroi. He will have to use rasengan instead.

Even with the timing, Nagato has multiple hands/weapons that can deal with Kakashi if he can't use Almighty Push. I can't even see Kakashi being able to defeat the triple-headed dog.

To me it depends on the user. A rinnegan user doesn't have to be equal to a RSM user and vice versa.

The techniques might be equal, but the individuals using them might not be.
