The title doesn't make sense because Adult Naruto is RSM Naruto. And Adult Naruto > The Last Naruto > VOTE Naruto, all of which possess RSM.

He still has RSM.

Even if Naruto still had half Kurama, he'd still be stronger than his former self, though not as much as when having full Kurama. That's because chakra maturing results is greater power.

I don't think being rusty connects to your tenkatsu points being weakened.

And funny enough Naruto wasn't the Hokage yet, so I think he was at peak level around that time if we go by the logic of him still training while his children were born during the Last.

Actually that would mean BPS=3 headed kurama avatar, but with full kurama now that means 3 headed kurama avatar>BPS. Either way there equals so if u guys say he doesnt have rsm the bsm=PS adult sasuke, meaning sasuke got weaker or a rusty adult rsm naruto= improved adult sasuke. Win win situation for naruto fans

There's evidence that adult naruto retained his rikudou senjutsu (the eyes without the eyeshadow) and there's evidence that he didn't (no TSB, no nine tomoe marks on his back).

My take on it is that it's sort of like ssjg and ssjgss goku where naruto first obtained rikudou senjutsu by mixing the nine tailed beasts chakras into one, but now he can still use it but in a different mode (100% Kyuubi mode).

he can't create BPS without the other nine tailed beasts as shown in the manga. That doesn't mean that he's not on par with naruto. Madara was on par with Hashirama, yet he can't fight shinsuusenjuu without 100% Kyuubi.
