The moment when his sword wasn't able to penetrate the weird white aura surronding Minato, Weiss tracked the movement of Minato with his Pesquisia, he uses Sonido to disappear and reappear to the left of Minato 10 meters on one knee. Speed, Power, when fighting Weiss, that meant absolutely nothing. Weiss stands up and points his right Bladed Shotgun at Minato.

He said as he unleashed 1200 ceros from his bladed Shotgun all at once, which was projected like a 'storm'. Even with Shunko, it couldn't defend this many ceros.
Minato watches as the man points his gun towards him.. He knew the feeling of this spiritual pressure as he fought against many arrancars in the past. It was a cero. But not just one cero.. hundreds, if not thousands. With his shunko activated, he yells, "Requip!" He changes into a thin armor that is extremely light as well. He then dodges all 1200 cero's with ease due to flash step, flash cry, and speed armor being used at the same time. With the last cero being shot, he flashed step 10 meters behind the man, and immediately yelled "Requip!" Once more. This time, he requipped into an armor that was hot and red. Whoever touched it would be burned at fast rate. He used the sword and swirled it towards you, creating a vortex of fire to attack you. "Bakudo #99, Restrict!" Minato yelled after the fire was released, restricting the opponent from moving.
Light:*Laughs*You just sealed your fate!*transforms into Ressurecion*Now I can write your name in my notebook!*writes Kisukes name almost immediately after Kisuke begins feeling a sharp pain in his left leg*

A yellow flash emits from his sword, attacking #5. Kisuke then switches his stance, knowing his opponent would dodge the attack unless he wants to die. He waits until he gets a clear shot, then immobilizes his opponent with a Bakudo.
Bakudō #79. Kuyō Shibari!
After Kisuke's opponent is immobilized from the black holes, Kisuke flash steps and takes the notebook, and puts it in his pocket, then flash steps away.

As Weiss is restricted, knowing that unlike the Espada who have exceptional or unique powers in their base form, Weiss was just a Skilled Arrancar who could become the Commander of the Arrancars.
"Enlargen, El Rey!!!!"
He yelled at the top of his lungs as he instantly grew from a 5 foot Arrancar to 100 meter tall Giant with red marking all throughout his body. He easily burst through the kido and the shockwave created from him releasing his Ressurcíon would be more than enough to send you flying back. Weiss let out a roar that shook the entirety of Las noches and the reiatsu could be felt for miles.
Meanwhile, inside the Palace of Las noches, a Figure sitting on his throne let out a sigh. It was bad enough that all these Shinigamis invaded his domain, but this was getting out of hand.
Genesis, stay here and protect the palace, I'm going to deal with this nuisance...
Minato was pushed back to where Urahara was (We were fighting nearby i hope lol) He was back to back with Urahara. "Hey old bud, remember when you got me kicked from the seretei? U_U." He laughed at the memories. "I remember you being a strong shinigami, you better not lose your fight! Requip!" He threatened Urahara as he requiped into an armor made completely of ice. "Hado number 33, Sokatsui!" He yelled expelling a large amount of spiritual energy from his left hand. He then flashed stepped behind the ressurectioned arrancar. With one touch of his blade, the arrancar was frozen. He sliced the frozen statue in half, causing it to crumble.

He holds his knew requipped weapon, thick senbons that have an unlimited amount of poison and transport back to the users hand at will. He threw these senbons at the arrancar, killing him off in a few minutes.
"You have a few minute to live, i suggest you use it wisely."
