*With a comfortable gait Tatsuya leaves the 8th division barracks, while a breeze catches the exposed end of his scarf.*
Tatsuya: "Hmm.. It's taking a bit of time but I think I am adjusting to this 'being a captain thing'."
*Feeling the slight shift in atmospheric pressure before the oncoming storm*
*He looks upwards, then hears a large explosion coming from the 5th division barracks in the distance.*
*He turns around to see a deep lingering cloud above the destroyed barrack, he then feels an unusual individual release his reiatsu*
Tatsuya - Thinking to himself: What in the Seireitei is going on there, and where are my squad members?
Tatsuya: "Alright time to see what's going, but first I need to do my job."
*He runs back into the barracks and sends a group of hell butterflies, to relay a message to all squad captains and vice captains* "There seems to be a situation at the 5th squads barracks and alert all members in your squad to be on the look out for a currently unidentified intruder that seems to be the source of the destruction of the barracks, there may also be casualties react with caution. | 8th Division Captain - Tatsuya Kurokawa.
Tatsuya: "Ok, time to see what's going on."
*Jumps on his barracks roof and starts running along the roof tops to where the smoke from the 5th squad barracks is.*

Kisuke, in Soul Society, walks around the 12th division barracks, then goes to take a walk.
It feels awkwardly peaceful for us to be in a war.
Wandering in from behind, his presence unknown all until his visual arrival was made to Kisuke Urahara from his peripheral vision,
the newly assigned Head Captain of the 13 Court Guard Squads was Shunsui Kyoraku, who's right eye was covered by an eye patch made by a wound caused some time ago. He continued walking side by side with Urahara, his gaze lingering in the air above and his casual yet lazy smile as per usual painted across his lips while his heori and pink flowered kimono draped over his heori and rested on his shoulders.

{If you are going based off of who is alive and dead in the anime/manga, Toshiro is actually still alive right now.}
After the yellow haired individual finished his statement, Achim disappeared, using hirenkyaku to move from point A, to B, to C, which was much like a triangle surrounding him, adding in a few extra steps to create life-like after images of himself. He had his gun pointed at the yellowed haired man, and pulled the trigger 3 different times from 3 different locations, firing a "Heilig Pfeil" with each shot, which should create a powerful enough explosion to resonate through the entire seireitei. Ein...Zwei...Drei

{I am well aware that it is 100 years later, I just figured since so far Shunsui and Urahara are still alive, I was just pointing out that you haven't specified who is actually still alive, so it seems likely that a lot of people will probably be trying to make cannons.}
