RM Naruto ( Rikudou Mode naruto +BSM).

At this point I don't think anyone could really question that.

Hashi couldn't best edo+senju celled Mandy, and Naruto Soloed So6p Mandy and cut down the chakra stealing tree in one fell swoop. Its pretty cut and dry at this point.
