Well, I can't say what the Juubi Rinnegan brings, but he has the basic 6 paths and techniques that Nagato used. As for the other powers it possesses, I cannot speculate anything because I have no idea what it has other than the basic 6 paths.

Rikudou Naruto beats everyone besides Juubito and Rikudou Madara(I still think he is stronger than Rinnegan/Juubi eyed Sasuke)

Actually Naruto and Sasuke right now are not at full power yet(Naruto is missing the other half of Kurama and Sasuke still hasn't awakened the second Rinnegan and right now each is more powerful than Juubito and Rikudou Madara before absorbing the Shinjuu), by the end of this battle each will be complete and both will be above all else since Naruto will have full Kurama and Sasuke will awaken his second juubi Rinnegan thus being the top two in the NV

Too many words for such an obvious point. Naruto defeats hashi low diff at this point. Naruto's lava frs is big enough to slice right through shinshuusenju. Not like the fight will last that long when naruto is too fast for hashi and will eventually blitz him.

The only difference is the god tree, so when it come to abilities a "pseudo juubi jin" is the same as a real one. He looks more complete than the real ones surprisingly.
