No not at all. Itachi was an exiled criminal and is NOT going to be spoke of as part of the village and Sasuke? ONE PERSON is NOT a clan.

And since Kakashi was speaking in PRESENT TENSE, it's your argument thats invalid. he said "the hyuuga clan IS...." you don't include extinct clans in IS. A dead animal that WAS the worlds oldest of their breed is not included when you say which one IS the oldest of it's breed.

You are assuming the elders gave an order to not speak of itachi,while it is a fact that sasuke and itachi were alive.Why would kakashi speak in past tense about the hyuuga clan,when they are still around?If he wanted to say that they took the role from the uchiha clan, he would have added the word "now"(or something to that extent).Konohamaru is part of the sarutobi clan,even though he is the only one living right now.

btw, you come off as screaming when you use caps,and it is really annoying. it's like you are afraid people won't get your points,and at one point you even bolded your big letters(lol).It's your thread,but the majority here would agree that it would be much more pleasant if you stuck to regular letters,or bolded ones, if you really wanted to express yourself.

I haven't accused anyone of making an assumption. All i have said is that you can't say i'm wrong if your point is questionable too. i'm not saying that kakashi's statement is untrue that would be stupid. i'm saying that the way it is worded easily makes its meaning able to be interpreted either way so when he posted that i was wrong because of those statements in the manga, i simply tried to show him that those are shaky examples. If kakashi had made that statement BEFORE the uchiha clan was killed off there would be no room for question. If kakashi had said "the uchiha clan has their origins with the hyuuga" there would be no room for question. But thats not what was said.

Also i never made the assumption of an order to not speak of it. I only said it was possible. And when he tried to mock me for "making up another theory" on a site thats all about discussing theories, i defended that theory with precedent from the village. "IF, "COULD", and "MAYBE" are words used when speculating NOT assuming.

The ONLY thing i think he was wrong about (since theories aren't right or wrong until the story progresses that far) is that Uchiha and Senju are the two main bloodlines of the SO6P. If they weren't then how come they are the only two bloodlines Kishi showed to trace back to SO6P? Sure there could be more families but there are only two bloodlines (not counting Uzumaki since they are related to one of them) that carry the will and destiny of the SO6P according to Kishi's story. And since the manga is going to be ending soon, there isn't much time to be backstory for secondary characters anymore... But we'll see

Yes konohamaru is a sarutobi but can you show an example of them talking about the "sarutobi clan" being part of konoha? Every group they refer to as a "clan" you see lots of shinobi easily identifiable as part of that clan in every large battle (i.e. Akamichi, Abarame, Inuzuka) and each clan provides a service usually (yamanaka=intel, inuzuka=training ninja hounds, uchiha=police force when alive). Plus Sasuke always talks about "restoring his clan" not replenishing or rebuilding. Restoring denotes restoring their "status" as in, their status as a clan. One person is not a clan.

heres the definition of clan: A clan is a group of people united by actual or perceived kinship and descent.
group of people. not one or two. So by definition the Uchihas are not extinct but THE CLAN IS as it no longer exists.

As far as Madara collecting paths? One translation says he is one says he isn't. The one that says he isn't has some questionable errors in wording so until i find a good raw and translate it myself, I'm not taking anyones word on it. I'll try to do that today.

Madara states in Manga that the Uchiha blood had thin out over time. Why do you think Madara has gotten the First Hokage DNA? To try to duplicated the powers of the SO6P by reverse engineering back to when their were no Uchiha nor Senju back to SO6P united blood line.

But it was never said the first son had the Rinnegan. The first had powerful eyes, but not the rinnegan. Think of it as if you combined the 2 sons you get the rinnegan.

1) there are no 6 indivdual paths, this was mistranslation and we kniow what each of the 6 paths abilties are. So plz no more mention of this.

2) rinnegan owns sharingan, theres a big reason why the gods blessed so6p to take on the juubi. Pretty obvious dude.

3) the rinnegans no mater who has it has the same skills. All depends on the chakra resereves. ie compareing nagato to the so6p

Your theory is wrong, your assumptions are bizarre and your posts lack maturity.

You're saying I could be wrong, I'm saying you are wrong. See the difference? You know exactly what Kakashi said in the manga and it was not just one quote but two. I did not write those quotes neither did you, Kishi did. Why would he add them if they were irrelevant?

You made up bullshit about how Hidden Leaf were not allowed to speak of the Uchihas. Then you made up some excuse to defend your theory by adding that only the Uchihas are right about the history of Konoha and the So6P because apparently, they're "lore keepers" and so what Kakashi said does not count. You also claimed that Uchiha were "extinct" or "eradicated" so they don't count as a clan, but in reality, Sasuke was still a valuable part of the Hidden Leaf at that time.

Where is my theory in this? I used quotes from the manga which you stated were false because according to you, Kishi wrote those to mislead us. Remember, there is always a grain of truth in all rumors.

It has been said that the Sharingan was somehow derived from the Hyūga clan's Byakugan.

You said Uchiha and Senju are the only two closest bloodlines to the So6P. I disagreed and provided manga reference to where Kakashi claims Uchiha and Hyuga share the same origin. This makes perfect sense because Tobi claimed that the Uchihas were descendants of the eldest son. Kakashi stated that Sharingan developed from the Byakugan. The elder son was given the power of So6P's ocular eyes and the Byakugan originated from him, Byakugan then mutated into Sharingan. Both Tobi and Kakashi's quotes prove to be correct then.

I'll make it even more simple for you:
- Hyuga are said to be the oldest clan in Konoha. Not the longest living clan in Konoha, the oldest!
- Uchiha and Hyuga both share the same origin of the older brother where Uzumaki and Senju share the same origin as the younger brother. The eyes vs. the body. Uchiha and Senju are not the "main" bloodlines of the So6P, Hyuga is another for sure.
