Naruto`s mom is from the whirl pool country which tsunade and j-man said isnt there any more.The rain village borders the earth wind and fire countries which tsunade and j-man said when there were drunk on sake.The info is on 366 from page 8-13 and 367 page 6-13

i think that pain is a lost desendant of rikudou and that hes the only one to have had it since its only been stated to be a myth in chpt 373 when j-man tels us about the rinnegan.
