Alright, now, you're clone needs to add wind chakra into the rasengan. This is obviously the catch. Have him do it gradually, start by adding some, and then add more until it outlines the rasengan, like how you did the balloon and rubber ball. Be sure that he doesn't overload it. You may need another clone to keep the rotation going.
You should keep the entire rasengan in place.
One clone keeps it rotating.
The final clone imbues it with wind.

Right clone go with the rotation of the rasengan and in small thin lines add wind chakra.

That's the problem, make another clone. =/ You're making a clone look right and left (rotating and imbuement) at the same time. Like I said, you keep the form of the rasengan, make another that rotates it, and another will imbue wind chakra. The creator of this jutsu needs three clones to do it, there's no way you can get away with any less than that.

:| Too much this time. You have to find the perfect point. Activate your byakugan again. Remember that your clone CAN detract wind chakra as well, he doesn't necessarily have to get it exactly right as soon as he starts adding, but you do have to make sure he still isn't messing with the wind chakra when you finally use the jutsu.

right clone 1 keep the rotation going and you clone 2 activate your byakugan and make sure you infuse the two chakras together!

^_^ But you don't have it just yet. xd Rasengan is generally a little too small, which detracts from its power, and rasengan solely bases itself upon just that. Larger rasengan, more wind chakra, choose a tree, and let 'er rip.
