Hm... you did two complete ones, but you were already tired and did a bunch of crappy ones... so I'd level it out to about three or four. I'd recommend still using this with caution though, as it's only three or four until you almost completely lose chakra, not until you start to get tired.

The water jutsu you're trying to learn is a combo of WIND rasengan and whatever that water jutsu was. =/ I think you can learn S ranks. But I think wind rasengan is technically considered a fuuinjutsu or kinjutsu or something. >_> So you'll have to get permission (I'll go a little easier on you with teaching this btw xd).
