eugh fine...Rasengan is an A rank move created by the 4th hokage it uses 'raw' chakra and no hand seals are required for this jutsu. naruto complteted this jutsu when he combined it with his wind element to create the Rasenshuriken

Your goal is to burst those by running your chakra in it. Your chakra will need to be much more dense than last time. Burst it by rotating the chakra just like last time
