Arrives.
So you wanted to learn Taijutsu.
First things first tell me everything you know of taijutsu and it's uses, and the users of taijutsu most famous in the anime and manga, and how Taijutsu can branch in to different fields.

Taijutsu, unlike it's brother and sister ninja arts, utilize the pure physical ability of the body and it's strength. While Ninjutsu and Genjutsu can be improved through the training of chakra control, Taijutsu can only be improved through improving one's body. Taijutsu is mostly used to attack while conserving chakra, using Taijutsu to create openings and then using the chakra saved to deliver a finishing blow.

Some ninja, such as Might Guy and Rock Lee, use Taijutsu as their primary offense and defense, though ninja who can utilize Taijutsu at such a level that it becomes a good choice for primary offense is extremely rare. The main use for learning Taijutsu is to be able to use the Eight Gates.

Taijutsu can be branched into Ninjutsu with Nintaijutsu techniques, which involves using one's chakra to augment strikes that would have normally done with their body, such an example being the Fourth and Third Raikage, who clad their body in an aura of lighting to stimulate their muscles and nerves to increase their speed, strength and reflexes. Another example is Kirabi, who uses his Bijuu's chakra to increase his strength and speed.

Ok good, now for the training you need to get warmed up, so begin by running 50 laps around this field, then i want you to do 100 push ups, then 100 sit ups.
Finally you must do fifteen handstand press ups.
Be detailed or i might think you are not warmed up...And i'll end up aiding you in the warming up...Probably with fire. U_U

*Law nods and puts his sword down. He takes a deep breath and stretches his arms up. He then starts running, starting off slow at first, then going into a light jog, then running at moderate speed. As he runs, he strokes his arms and raises his knees, running in a good form. He runs around the perimeter of the field, inhaling through his nose and exhaling through his mouth as he runs to keep his breath regulated. He runs 50 laps and stops.

He takes a deep breath and gets into the position for push-ups. He looks straight ahead and has his arms apart with his hands in line with his shoulders. His back straight, he lowers himself by bending his elbows until his arms are bent 90 degrees. He holds the position for a second, his chest just above the ground, and pushes himself up. He repeats, doing 100 push-ups, feeling the muscles in his arms flex and extend as he does the push-ups.

Once Law has finished the push-ups, he gets on his back and raises his knees. He has his arms behind his head and raises sits himself up. He holds for a second and lowers himself. He then sits up again, feeling his abdominal and oblique muscles tightening as he does each sit-up. Once he has finished all one hundred, he stands up. He extends his arms and bends over and places the palms of his hands onto the grass. He then lifts his legs and performs the handstand. He then bends his elbows until they are 90 degrees, just like with the push-ups. Notably harder than simple push-ups, Law breathes deeply as he performs all 15 handstands.*

"Ok lesson one is very important this involves working on your core and DODGE!!"

Minato yells dodge as he stands very close to his student, he raises his right arm from his side, bending his elbow as he does so.
He then twists his hips lifting the ball of his right foot slightly as he twists, extending his right arm now, straightening the elbow, clenching his fist at the last second and punching his student in the forehead, to not leave any lasting damage.

"And listening i was about to say, but now i shown you why it's important"

*As Minato yells dodge, Law, who was relaxed, tenses up. His leg muscles tighten up as he uses his legs to keep his grounding solid. He twists his waist and leans his upper body to his left side, barely dodging Minato's punch. As he dodges Minato's punch, he uses his right hand and pushes Minato's arm to his right.*

Now please describe for me in as much detail as you can, the different techniques you know of that can be used with the hands, open hand, closed hand, whatever.
Just any attack used with the hands as the primary weapon, and describe how you use them.

*Law rubs his forehead, not expecting Minato's punch to come that fast*

Alright, the hands are used in a number of ways in martial arts and combat, whether it be for grappling, punching, chopping or defense. The most common way is a punch. Punches are simply strikes with a closed fist, the power of which depends largely on the individual's skill and strength. Punches range from jabs, to hooks, to uppercuts. The most common combat that utilizes punches is boxing, which employs punching as the only allowed means of striking your opponent.

Another way to utilize the hands is the means of grappling, which are maneuvers that are used to gain an advantage over your opponent by using physical strength to take control of your positions. Grappling can be used to place opponents in submission locks, to escape submission locks or other grapples, and to take down the enemy. However, the hands aren't the only parts used in grappling, the feet are too, so it's used comparably less to that of boxing.

A common use of the hands is an open-hand strikes. As the name suggests, when used, the hand is not closed into a fist. This is used in karate, the most notable and famous being the karate chop. Other styles include spear-hand, which involves holding the fingers straight and keeping them compressed together and then thrusting it directly towards the weak spots of opponents, the neck being an ideal place to strike with this technique. Another use is cupping your hands and then striking the opponent's ears, which can damage the eardrums and leave them off-balanced due to a strike that could hurt the inner ear. For instances when you don't want to injure or damage your knuckles, a strike with the heel of the hand is ideal.

The most used use of the feet besides footwork to keep balance and achieve momentum in martial arts and combat is kicking. Kicking can be done with the feet, legs and knees.

Use of the feet, and by extension the legs, is a vital part of any martial art in the form of stance. Without a proper stance, one will be off-balanced and unable to properly execute moves, they will be clumsy and can be easily taken down by an opponent with superior stance.

With stances in mind, I'd like to touch on the risk of a kick at this point. While a kick can be a devastating strike, as the feet and legs are naturally stronger than the hands and arms, the use of a kick can hinder a stance as all the balance and support of the body will fall onto one leg. Without sufficient concentration or skill, this can leave one open. They could fall off balance, making them vulnerable. This makes kicking a trade-off between power and balance.

Another risk with kicks is the high kick leaves the groin open. Not all opponents are above low blows, a swift strike can end it all right there.

Some of the most basic kicks are roundhouse kicks, front kicks, and side kicks. A roundhouse kick is the most commonly used in the martial art kickboxing, and is used when the attacker swings their foot in a circular motion, usually making contact with the opponent's body with the ball of the foot or the shin.
A side kick is a simple kick that is done sideways relative to the kicker, and can be used for offense or to defend against a blitzing opponent.
A front kick is simply raising the leg and thrusting it forward so that it hits the opponent in the desired spot.

Marital Arts that commonly use kicking are Taekwando, kickboxing and karate.

Good, you seem to have the basics of striking down.
Now continue by telling me everything you know of grappling and takedowns.
To save time since i have been on break you can include submissions and choking or limb damaging locks in this one post.
Continue :)

Grappling is a general term given to techniques or maneuvers that are used to either take down the opponent or gain a physical advantage. Grappling does not usually involve strikes or weapons, but some martial arts may incorporate strikes into grappling techniques in order to add extra damage.

One use of grappling is to perform takedowns. As the name suggests, a takedown is a technique that is used to ground an opponent, usually down by using the opponent's body weight against them to throw them off balance. Once on the ground, the one performing the technique aims to be on top.

There are several types of grappling techniques. There are clinch techniques which are done when both opponents are standing. Clinch techniques are used to find an opening to deliver a takedown.

A throw, as the name suggests, is lifting an opponent and sending back onto the ground with force.

One of the most famous uses of grappling is submission holds. Submission holds are either used to cause pain to bones and joints, which are called locks, or suffocate and render the opponent unconscious, which are called chokes.

Submission maneuvers are holds that are used to make the opponent yield and give up. Submission moves are majority holds and chokes. Holds, such as ankle locks or arm breakers, leave the choice of submission up to the victim, causing great pain upon them. The victim can either choose to submit, or risk a serious injury, such as broken bones or ruptured organs.

Chokes take all choice away and usually includes maneuvers like choke-holds. These cut the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain enough so that the opponent loses consciousness. These are more practical to use in situations where killing isn't an option and works well as a surprise attack.

Submissions are best used in situations where killing isn't allowed, such as tournaments that prohibit murder or missions that requires you to capture someone.

Wow, more than a year later. Jeez.

We'll continue where ReXii-sensei left off.

You're an RP vet, Riker, so I won't hold your hand through these jutsus. However, I do expect good performances out of you, and if you have questions, ask. No such thing as a stupid question.

These three techniques. Simply perform them in a smooth, logical combination on...

Yeah, last year had me pretty busy. Thanks a lot for this.

Once Souji has made his clone, I step forward until I am within striking distance of the clone. I spread my legs apart slightly, with one just ahead of the other to give me better mobility and a solid stance to keep me sturdy. My feet planted firmly on the ground, I raise my arms up to my chest in a guard, completing my stance. I start by quickly rotating my hip to the right, bringing my left shoulder forward and my right shoulder back. I then rotate in the opposite direction, but much more rapidly, rotating my hip back to the left, lowering my arm in the process and bringing my right shoulder forward, culminating the fluid motion by thrusting my right arm forward with my palm open, delivering a strong blow to the clone's neck. The blow knocks the wind out of the clone, causing him to choke and become disoriented as his neck fills with pain. Taking advantage of his lack of focus, I raise my lowered left arm, with my left hand clenched into a fist, upwards forcefully, punching him in the stomach; at the same time as I am delivering the punch to his stomach, my right arm would be coming back from the palm thrust, I lower it to my hip in preparation for the final blow. The punch to his stomach sends him reeling upwards, lifting him off of his feet. I bring my right arm up, striking him in the head as he is lifted off of his feet in a downwards motion, sending him crashing to the ground. The entire process takes a few seconds, and is simply a series of fluid of motions.
