No problem man, we're all busy xD

And that was great. I had to stand up and work it out in front of a mirror (not joking btw), but very descriptive and I got the gist of it. Well done :3

Good! *watches as the clone keels over in pain on the ground and poofs away*

Same exercise, but with these two jutsus. The first one's a shoulder thrust, where you ram into your enemy with a shoulder of your choice. It's sort of like a sideways tackle, and useful when running towards an opponent to close distance, as it removes the possibility of countering by your enemy as they'd have to react to your shoulder thrust rather than interrupting your forward charge. That's how I'd use it.

Second one's an upward knee thrust. Hit 'em in the groin for more damage, but if you're fighting a kunoichi... well, the stomach's always a good fallback for either gender U_U

Anyway, like I said, same exercise. *poofs another clone onto the field*

Thanks, I was worried the description might be enough xD
___________________________________________________________
Once the clone poofs into the field, I step back to establish good running distance between me and the clone. I take a deep breath, and run forwards at full speed. As I approach the clone, I plant my right foot ahead of me to establish enough sturdiness to fully launch myself into the clone. Using the momentum of the run, I push myself forward with my head out. I pull my head to the side, rolling my left shoulder forward towards the clone. My shoulder slams into the clone's chest, pushing him back and knocking the wind out of him, as with the other clone. As he stumbles from the blow and begins to fall back, I pull up my left knee and slam it into his stomach, delivering a sharp blow that causes the clone to slump to the ground headfirst, poofing it away.

You've got a good tackle there U_U *nods in approval*

Moving onward!

This technique only works on an enemy that's mid-air. Jump upward to meet them, and use your hands to grab their ankles. Wrap your legs around their waist, and piledrive them headfirst into the ground. A world of pain if you ask me... kinda brutal.

(Hayabusa Otoshi) - Peregrine Falcon Drop
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground, similar to the Front Lotus.

But... for this exercise, use this. "Dynamic Action". It's basically a free-form flip towards your opponent. What that does is close the distance between yourself and your opponent, so if you're not directly in front of them, this jutsu will do the trick. Punch and kick them for a total of seven (7) strikes. Free-form again, but ensure that every attack has a good description and intention. Intention is easy to understand and elaborate. Why would you punch your opponent in the stomach? Kick him across the face? You've been doing that already (kudos), so keep it up here.

(Dainamikku Akushon) - Dynamic Action
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: The user flips towards the opponent and attacks with a series of punches and kicks equaling 7 attacks.

Dynamic action to bring him upward into the air, then Peregrine Falcon Drop.

*makes another clone*

GO!

GO!
Once the clone is created, I take in a deep breath to prepare for the flip. I throw my weight forward and towards the ground, using my hands to stop my fall. I push my lower body up and over, landing on my feet in front of the clone. completing the flip. The second my feet are planted on the ground, I punch the clone with both fists at once. I drive my fists into the side of his head, landing two simultaneous blows directly onto his ears. This rattles his eardrums, throwing him off balance due to damage to his inner ear. This greatly disorientates him, stunning him as I kick him in the right knee, causing him to fall forward. I kick him in the stomach with my knee, bringing the number of blows to four. This causes him to be in a slumping position. I then uppercut him, sending his weakened body jerking upwards. I deliver to more blows to his chin, completing all seven blows and sending him flying into the air. I then lower myself in a squat to make my jump more effective. Using my leg strength, I launch myself after the clone. We both stop in the air, with me slightly above him, marking the beginning of our descent. I grab his ankles to keep his legs from flailing and moving out of the way, and wrap my legs around his waist to keep his body still as we plummet back to the ground, resulting in the clone being driven headfirst into the earth.

Great job as always.

This one's strange, really. You'll kick a target upward and follow their body movements like a shadow would. It's not really a damaging technique in itself, but more like a Segway into a follow-up jutsu.

You don't have to perform this one, just ask questions about it if you have any.

(Kage Buyō) - Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 5
Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

This one's cool. By rotating around one of your legs as a pivot, you'll perform a series of four attacks. After the first rotation, you hit them low. After the second, a middle kick. Then, a high kick. Finally, smash them with a heel drop, downward to the ground.

You could use this jutsu on the ground, but it's also viable in mid-air.

(Konoha Daisenpū) - Leaf Great Whirlwind
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: This technique is a series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.

I don't have any questions on the first one.
________________________________________________
I take a deep breath as I prepare myself for the routine. Knowing that this one will be more physically taxing than the others, I stretch my limbs and rotate them at the joints to get myself nice and loose. Once I am prepared, I approach the clone at high speed and rotate my leg in a pivot. I use that leg to deal a very strong kick to the clone's legs, knocking him off of his balance. I immediately draw the leg back and rotate it again, as the clone stumbles from the first kick. I follow up with another kick to his midsection, with this movement and the prior movement being done in an extremely quick sequence of moves so that the second kick hits the clone while he is still dazed from the first kick. The second kick gives me a foothold for a brief instant. I push my body up with my free leg, which has been planted on the ground the whole time, elevating me. I draw my leg back and rotate it again, and use the elevation to deliver a high kick to the clone's face. The clone is lifted off of the ground, slightly below me. The kick knocks the clone slightly backwards as well, causing his body to bent slightly at the back. I lift my leg and bring it down on the clone with my heel on the clone's chest. As our bodies descend, I push my leg downwards so that when we land, my leg is driven into his chest in a last heeldrop kick. The last kick and the impact of landing on the ground disperses the clone.

Sorry about that ;-;

Once the clone has been created, I perform a handseal and create four Shadow Clones around me. They dash forward quickly, getting behind the clone. As the clones run forward and distract the clone, I charge myself forward and lean the right side of my body forward, slamming my shoulder into the clone's chin and chest area. As the clone stumbles, I bring up my left arm. Due to my body leaning forward on its right, my left side, and left arm, would have been hanging back slightly, giving my left arm more momentum as I use it to deliver a strong punch to the clone's jaw. The punch sends him reeling backwards towards the clone. Due to the punch hitting him in the head, it would cause his body to lean as it falls backwards, with his head going backwards and his back bending. The first clone kicks him in the leg, knocking off his balance and leaving him suspended in midair. Before he falls, the second clone drives its knee into the middle of his back, knocking him upwards. The last two clones both drive their right legs into his back, sending him flying up in a horizontal position. As he is kicked up, I leap into the air above him and deliver one last kick to his shoulder, sending him crashing into the ground.

Nice integration of the two moves together! I see you're familiar with that concept ^^

Lions Barrage. Kick an opponent upward and shadow their movements with Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. This means the combination takes up two move slots. WAIT for a counterattack by my clone while he's in the air, and use that to gracefully maneuver yourself and spin around, ending up on top of my clone. To finish it off, hit him towards the ground. This all happens in mid-air, so be fast!

*makes clone as usual*

(Shishi Rendan) - Lions Barrage
Rank: C
Type: Attack

Chakra Cost: N/A

Description: A variant technique of the Front Lotus, It is an ultra-fast combo attack that requires an advanced physical condition and a certain knack for it. The opponent is first kicked into the air and shadowed with the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Upon inflicting a blow, one takes advantage of said opponent's counterattack to spin around and rise again for further assaults. Since the fall is increased in velocity with each blow, the damage when one is eventually struck to the ground is inconceivable. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest.

*As the clone is created, I'm already standing in my stance, slightly hopping to keep my body loose and ready to strike. Once I see the clone, I launch my body forward, rushing towards the clone. As I reach close quarters, I use the same movement of my body being launched forward to enter a crouching position. Using my right arm as support, I use that momentum to drive my left leg upwards, my left foot connecting to the clone's jaw. The impact sends the clone flying into the air off of the ground. Immediately after the clone is in the air, I raise my body onto its upright position and launch myself into the air by bringing down my left foot rapidly. With my feet and right hand now on the ground, I use all three limbs to launch my body with enough speed and at an angle to send me right behind the clone as he flies upwards vertically. As he starts to fall down and backwards, I move my body to perfectly mimic his movements, keeping up with him like a shadow. "Nice weather up here," I say condescendingly. As the clone swings for a counter attack, I spin my body over his so instead of being behind him, I'm in front of him. Distracted by his failed attempt to strike, I punch him twice in the chest then hit him with an open palm to the throat. I finish up by flipping my body, bring my leg down across his chest. The momentum of the spin and the force of the kick drives the clone into the ground, crushing his ribcage and making him poof away. I stand up, sweating from the physical work I've done so far. Thirsty, I take a cup and fill it up with sake from the barrel, drinking until I'm completely wasted.*

*a couple of hours later, we wake up with a severe hangover*

...Woah, what happened last night?

*magical Mednin pills heal us both to pristine condition*

That was weird. Anyway...

Basically, jump forward and spin (barrel roll?), and at the end of your mid-air spin, use your gathered rotational momentum to deliver a punch to a target.

(Konoha Raiken) - Leaf Thunder Fist
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user jumps into the air while spinning forward, delivering a powerful punch.

A spin kick to knock an enemy upwards, and while they're in the air, bombard them with multiple attacks before they hit the ground. Easy.

(Konoha Arashi) - Leaf Tempest
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user will deliver a spinning kick to knock the enemy into the air and continue with spinning around in mid air rising upwards and bombarding the target multiple times before they fall to the ground again.

Same as the Leaf Tempest where you kick them upward, but when they're in mid-air, instead get on their shoulders and rotate your body, causing them to spin as they fall toward the ground.

( Konoha Kanransha ) - Leaf Ferris Wheel
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user kicks the enemy into the air then kicks them again higher and jumps on their shoulders and spins the enemy into the ground.

... a lot of these jutsus are pretty similar, so just integrate them like you did last time ^^

*shakes of head as the hangover is healed, spanks the petite hooker's bottom as she leaves*

Alright, let's do this.

Once the clone is created, I step back slightly. I crouch slightly, bending at my waist to build up a ¨spring¨ effect. I use my leg muscles to launch myself forwards and upwards slightly, throwing the weight of my upper body forward as I move through the air, allowing me to spin towards the clone. As I approach the clone, I make sure that the spin ends with me upright. Using the momentum of the spin, I punch the clone in the face. The punch causes the clone to stagger backwards. Before I land on my feet, I use the same movement to spin my body, raising my leg up mid-spin so that when my face is to the clone, I bring up the leg fully, kicking the clone in the face and sending him upwards. The second my feet touches the ground for my landing, I jump upwards, and kick the clone again in the stomach, knocking the air out him completely. I grab his shoulders hoist myself up so we are vertically aligned, with me upside down. I use my strength to twist our bodies as we fall down, driving him into the ground forcefully.

Check this one out and ask questions if you've got any. Basically, it's a defensive stance you take by forming the back of your hands and holding them outward. You can maneuver around projectiles and incoming taijutsu with graceful, circular, and wide movements. For example, if I tried to punch you, you would make a circular motion around and beside my arm, and use one of your backhands (the one closest to me) to counterstrike while my forward momentum from my punch leaves me extremely vulnerable. Best way to describe this is your essentially encircling your enemy and using your backhands to redirect taijutsu, projectiles, either away from harm or even back against your opponent.

(Shubi Kurēn) Defensive Crane
Type: Defensive/Offensive
Rank: C
Range: Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 30
Description: A very advanced and complex defensive form, the Defensive Crane allows the user to divert the path of incoming attacks with the back of his hands, using circular and wide movements that expand outwards. He can intercept weapons or incoming taijutsu attacks. The technique is best used when facing an opposing Taijutsu move by diverting the incoming limb to one side and combo the defensive stance with an attack, exploiting the opening created.

Take a Defensive Crane Stance and try countering this!

*taking a fighting stance while facing my student (right leg and arm forward, left limbs pulled back), I brandish a couple of chakra enhanced trench knives, one for each knuckle. (Asuma's weapons). With a quick forward dash, I would deliver a set of blows against my defensive student: a slash with my right arm to begin, across his chest. For that first attack, I'd be holding one of the chakra trench knives in a reverse grip. Immediately following the first slash, I would, at the end of the arc of the first attack, switch the trench knife into a standard grip as I'd slash in the opposite direction, leaving a cross-slash if my student failed to defend. Finally, with my body wide open from that second slash (meaning both arms are on their respective sides), I would pull back my left hand, transferring the momentum of the second slash to push my body forward (left limbs are now moving forward) to deliver a knuckle duster to my student's gut, forcing him to be pushed upward into the air. All of this was contingent on whether he could parry and redirect my moves.*

[OOC: Jesus, that was some shoddy wording. Let me know if you're confused about how I did that ;_;]

( Rōga Shōken ) - Wolf Fang Rising Fist
Rank: C

As you take your stance, I take mine as well. I plant both of my feet firmly on the ground, with my right leg slightly ahead of my left. I raise both arms in front of my chest in a guard to defend from incoming blows and land incoming attacks. As you take out your trench knives, my guard tightens, preparing myself for a potentially fatal blow. As you rush forward, I pay close attention to your movements, taking in every available detail. The way your body moves, how far apart your legs are, the position of your arms. As I see your right arm coming forwards as your left arm hangs back, I conclude that your attack will begin with a right slash. I quickly move my right arm forward as well. I move my arm past yours so that the back of our forearms line up and face each other. At the same time, I twist my lower body to the left by moving my left foot forward, while keeping my upper body facing you. As I do this, I use my forearm to push your forearm, redirecting your arm and your right-handed slash towards my right and your left, away from my body. I move my upper body completely out of the way, performing an 180 degree spin. The spinning motion supplies the force that pushes your arm, redirecting your blow away from me completely. This also causes the force you put into your punch to cause you to fall forward slightly, as my body would not be there to absorb the force, creating the impact you desired, instead causing the force to continue driving your body. Taking advantage of this, I spin another 180 degree, completing a full 360 degree spin. This puts me behind you, with us facing opposite directions, for a split second. I use that momentum to complete the spin, moving another 90 degrees, and to drive my elbow into the back of your head, countering your blow.

This is a basic uppercut. Just note which arm you perform it with.

(Appākatto) Uppercut
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user strikes the enemy with a powerful rising uppercut, sending him hurling backwards.

Both fists to the chest! Pushes them backwards. The fists hit at the same time.

Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user punches the target with both fist into the chest with enough force to knock him down or send him flying backwards.

Kick 'em in the knee. This causes them to fall. If you use chakra-enhanced taijutsu (I'm not sure if that's accessible by standard bios, though), you'll break their knee.

"I used to be a shinobi like you, then I took a Stumbling Turtle to the knee"

(Tsumazuki Tātoru) Stumbling Turtle

Nah, I think the chakra-enhanced kicks are unique to Tsunade and stuff.

As the clone appears on the field, I charge at him. As I run at him, I bend my elbows so my arms are at my side near the bottom of my ribs. Once I get within range of the clone, enough to commence in close quarter combat, I drive both of my arms forward, with my hands balled into fists. I hit the clone in the chest with both hands simultaneously, one fist to one pectoral each. The sudden and strong blow knocks the wind out of him and deals great pain to his sternum and ribs. As he falls back, I deliver a low kick, striking the front of his knee with the bottom of my foot in a quick motion. This causes the dazed and pained clone to fall forward towards me as his leg gives out and jerks back. Before he can fall all the way, I clench my right fist tightly and pull my arm back. Once his head is within, alignment with my waist, I bring my fist up in an uppercut, punching the clone in the chin with all of my might. "Shoryuken!" I yell as the clone's head snaps back, his jaw breaking and the force of the blow sending his body flying onto his back a few feet from me.

Alright, time for the B-ranks!

Run up to a clone, kick them in the stomach, then spin kick their chest. Punch them multiple times to the point where they're lifted into the sky. When they're in mid-air, perform another spin kick to drive them into the ground and end on a super melodramatic pose, Franky-style.

Pretty straightforward.

(Konoha Dairetsukū) – Leaf Great Violent Sky
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: The user runs at the opponent, then kicking them into the stomach, following up with a spinning kick to the chest and punching multiple times to the upper body then follows up with a punch hitting the opponent into the sky. Once in the Air the user performs a spinning kick hitting the opponent into the ground where finally, they poses by raising their arms and bringing their legs together.

This one's cool. When an opponent comes towards you, intercept their move by raising your knee and driving your elbow down to meet each other, literally sandwiching your opponent's limb between both of yours. This sandwiching is strong enough to break bones.

Heads up! *throws a left hook aimed for your body*

(Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method
Rank: B
Type: Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone.

Once the clone has poofed onto the field, I waste no time. I rush forwards, using my leg muscles to push my body at full force towards the clone. In a burst of speed, I put my bodyweight on my left and raise my right leg up. As I raise it up, I have my knee bent, so my foot is still pointed towards the ground. I then outstretch my leg with high force towards the clone while leaning my upper body in the opposite , driving my foot into the clone's stomach. At the moment of impact, I snap my foot back and straighten my body. I quickly place my right foot onto the ground as the clone reels and uses it as a fulcrum to spin my body while raising my left leg, delivering a spinning kick to the clone's chest. Knocking the wind out of him, I place my left leg back onto the floor and deliver three quick jabs to his chest. The three blows following the powerful kick shatters his ribcage and causes him to spit out blood. I then deliver an uppercut to the chin that sends his body upwards. Before it gets too far, I launch myself after him, spinning once my body is airborne to pick up momentum. I kick him in the face, sending his body crashing to the ground where he poofs away. After I land, I jump in place slightly and turn to you in time to see you throwing a punch at me. Quickly, I lean my body to the left to my left. I also turn slightly so that my body is perpendicular to your arm. Once your arm is out just far enough, I place my right arm above it and raise my right leg from underneath it, slamming my elbow and knee into your arm at the same time, stopping the blow.
