Kotaro starts off the battle by weaving the rat handseal before Kotaro creates and controls air currents from the palms of his hands forming a large field of raging air currents and gusting winds. The field of raging air currents expand quickly and picks up dust and debris from the environment making it difficult to both move and see. At the same time Kotaro creates the air currents, he uses additional raw chakra to hover multiple tagged kunai in the air as they travel to the opponent. This combination technique entraps the opponent in a gust of raging winds while bomb tags kunai are thrown to the opponent before they explode once they reach close proximity of the opponent.

So, we meet again Kotaro Fuma...I have to admit I like your style of armor..
Seeing his opponent once again, Shredder readies himself for combat as the sun gleams off the blades on top of his gauntlets. Kotaro starts off by making a seal, suddenly gusting winds begin to pick up as he controls them with his palms. Not wasting any time, he quickly slams his hands to the ground forming a pink cuboid barrier around Kotaro that would begin draining his chakra, cancelling out his S ranked wind and also trapping him inside of it with many hovering bomb tagged kunai which may explode and kill him inside of the barrier as Shredder laughs maniacally..
(Mugen Hōyō) - Infinate Embrace

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and generates a special barrier that surrounds the target forming a "cuboid" construct of pink chakra which begins draining the chakra of the target caught inside. This technique can be used in conjunction with shadow rope technique or other restrictive techniques to further hinder the target. Once caught inside it, the target cannot mold chakra above S-rank and the barrier itself can only be broken by B-Rank techniques or by attacking the user of the technique.
He then reaches into his pouch, pulling out a slew of nails and spins 360* throwing the nails around himself, upon impact on the ground, they dig themselves into it..
(Gyorai Shin) - Torpedo Needle

Description: The user throws nails into the air. Upon impact on the ground, they dig themselves into the earth. When the opponent walks over the ground where the nails dug themselves in, nails pin their feet stopping their movement. Next, he pulls out a a tag with the 許可 kanji on it and places it on the ground, doing the confrontation hand seal afterwards to activate a special detection barrier. This gives Saki a grasp on everything going on above and below ground. He picks it up and puts it on his boot thru one of the spikes on the bottom so that it will move with him, instead of having to physically move it..
(Kyōkai Kekkai no Jutsu) - Boundary Barrier Technique

Description: This is a detection type barrier which is simply a more advanced version of the (Kekkai: Tengai Hojin) - Barrier: Dome Method Formation technique and that can be used to surround an area and allows the user to monitor a certain area covering from the sky to underneath the ground creating a sphere. The user will create a tag with the 許可 (Kyoka) Kanji and place it on the ground, doing the confrontation hand seal afterwards to activate it. After the barrier is erected, the user, if inside it, will be able to detect any enemy inside it, even if he hiding his presence. After that, anyone who enters or leaves the barrier is instantly detected as well as anything that moves inside it. Techniques that mask the users presence are ineffective at avoiding detection as the barrier focuses on movement and displacement of matter, not solely on chakra detection. The barrier can also be moved according to the requirements of the user by moving the tag.
Note: Can only be used twice.

At the sight of Shredder slamming his hand on the ground, Kotaro drew blood and wiped it on his tattoo before slamming his hand on the ground allowing him to summon a giant snake Up to 100 meters long with him standing on the head of the snake before the barrier can begin draining his chakra. Kotaro makes the command to attack with his tail end before Shredder was able to make any follow up-move. If he didnt avoid or counter that attack from the giant snake tail come crashing down then he would be crushed between the tail and ground.

Description:
The user will summon a generic Giant Snake whose size can vary from a 10 meter long snake to ones the size of a boss summon, rivaling 100 meters long. These snakes vary in appearance and size and serve only as basic warriors, having only the normal characteristics of snakes. Although they are quite simple snakes, they are very enduring and resistant and, when big enough (about 50 meters long) they can take up to B-Rank damage.

At the swing of the snake's tail at the opponent, Kotaro leaps off of the snake head towards the opponent following the snake's tail. When he would make it close to the ground, with his left hand he would perform an open palm thrust while generating a rotating sphere of chakra in his hand before focusing additional chakra causing it to grow multiple times after the snake moves it tail out of the way allowing it to smash against the opponent as he is already forced against the ground. this is just to finish off the opponent.

As the snake is summoned, Shredder watches it's tail being swung downwards at him and smirks behind his helmet. Timing it just right, he merges with the ground in a manner that would look like he was smashed downwards by the snakes tail, and moves a few meters to his left. Now aware of everything going on above him, he see's the attack launched by Kotaro. Waiting till just the right moment, he moves to behind where Kotaro would strike, and as the snake moves its tail Kotaro, who's vision would now be blocked by a large rasengan, would attack the ground thinking Saki to be there under the snakes massive tail, however unbeknownst to him he has hit nothing. As Saki unmerges directly behind him, hidden by the sound of a rasengan crashing into the earth, he snatches him by the the weakest parts of the Trapezius muscles which runs from the base of the head to the top of the shoulders above the shoulder blades and concentrates chakra into his fingers strengthening them as he grips the sides of his neck hard sending a pulse of chakra in the form of a slicing blade from the tips of his fingers into Kotaro's neck and shoulder blade area severing the upper Trapezius nerves and muscles causing pain, weakness, numbness and paralysis in his upper body, arms, shoulders and spine area. Kotaro's arms and shoulders will be limp and numb, also hard to move and if he forcibly moved it will cause a deep stinging pain that radiates up the arms and down the back. The pain is enough to bring him down to his knee's..
(Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu) - Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique

The limitation of the technique is that to use a technique and mold chakra, the user must fully unmerge although doing so doesn't produce any sound and the user can only be sensed once fully unmerged. The user is still aware of the world outside the object and can travel inside it at his normal running speed. The technique was used so far by 3 ninjas (Yamato, Orochimaru and Uchiha Madara) but as an advanced ninjutsu, it can be used by any skilled enough ninja.
Note: the user must be Sannin Rank and above
Note: Orochimaru and Yamato can use it 5 times per battle, Uchiha Madara can use it 3 times, other ninjas can use it twice.

While doing so he transfers a visible pulse of chakra in the form of a slicing blade from the tips of his fingers into the opponents neck or shoulder blade area. What this accomplishes is severing the upper Trapezius nerve/muscle causing pain, weakness, numbness and paralysis in the upper body, arms, shoulders and spine area. The opponent's arm and shoulder will be limp and numb hard to move and when forcibly moved will cause a deep stinging pain that radiates up the arm and down the back. This has enough power to bring an untrained and unskilled shinobi to heel especially if preformed with both hands upon both sides of the muscle simultaneously.

As kotaro is smashing down against what he believed was his opponent with his massive rasengan he was able to noticed that the rays of the sun that peaked thru the leaves of the forest was being blocked which could only mean something was closing in behind kotaro from about. After Kotaro stops his rasengan he floods his body with wind chakra before releasing it from his body allowing him to generate slicing winds from his body from all angles, even behind to push back anyone or anything coming close while slicing whatever it is to harmless pieces.
(Fūton: Boufuu oonami no Jutsu ) - Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique
