i actually never thought about that.

since there was only one time kishimoto mentioned a term from Hindu mythology ( i.e. gaara's birth...it was something about 'asura' ), i assumed that kishimoto will be concentrating only on japanese mythology.

the another term which you explained was 'avatar'.
that actually matches the story-line.

anyways,you did a good job.

now i am thinking,
since
there are some similarities between few gods in every mythology.

i wonder if someone can state similarities between naruto and Greek mythology. lol

good comparision,but seriously, i lol'd.

comparing "LORD RAM" &"HASHIRAMA" was okay because they,well in way,are similar. But comparing "LORD KRISHNA" & "NARUTO" is kind of like illogical,i mean lord krishna was just some days old when he killed a female demon,and at the age of 7 or something defeated like dozons of monstors and demon sent to kill him and even defeated the king of snakes or 5 headed huge serpent and by the time he reached 13 every single women and girls of his village and other places were completely in love with him,and in the same age he ended the rule of every demon by killing his uncle ,"kans". As for war you said,he was just a "sarthi" of arjun and didn't even fought the war. He disobeyed and broke every rule of war for justice. Only once in the entire war of mahabharat,he lifted the wheel of the "rath" and the entire earth just got terrorified &started to shake..

well good job,don't get me wrong or misinterpret my words,all i am saying is that from the personality and history i provided on lord krishna,you can simply agree that they completely not comparable to great extent. As for hashi and lord ram,well there lives are comparable to an extreme extent.
and your comparision of SO6P and LORD VISHNU is also not that good. Aside from what you stated,they are completely different. So6p is more like comparable to gautum buddha,i don't need to elaborate this i think.

Reread what i posted, =p. I said 2 MAIN avatars of Vishnu. The Avatar of Duapar and Treata.


Buddha is not a fighter =o, hence why the comparison is illogical to make between them at all. Nor is buddha hailed as a supreme god.

You took the comparisons too literally, they aren't suppose to be copies of each others lol. Even then my point still stands Naruto is going to be at the level Rikudou at a younger age, hence why i compared him to Krishna. And the whole thing about the "golden child". If you truly think about it those 3 are prophets of Naruto-verse.

And lol, I'm aware of what he did in the war , but you must also realize it was because he didn't like war =]. But in the end it was he who changed the fate of the war. Arjun only won cause of Krishna.
