Now in your own words, I'd like you to answer the following..
- What is lightning
- What are its weaknesess/Strengths
- Known users that specialize in lightning from the anime/manga.
- What is Chakra
- What is Ninjutsu
Lightning Release or Raiton, is one of the five basic elements in Narutoverse. Lightning is Strongest against Earth element as it is shown to easily travel through it. (which i have always found weird because its not a conductor of electricity...but i digress) It is weak against the Wind element, since wind is a natural electrical insulator to the electricly charged particals. Lightning is best used with the Water element, as it can be used to transfer the electricity through the water particals and zap an opponent.
Lightning release is also one of the components used to form the KG Storm Release.
Lightning users: Kakashi, Darui and ******
Lightning Jutsus: Kirin, Chidori, Lightning Armour
Ninjutsu: Ninja arts. the ability to use chakra to perform actions that would otherwise be impossible to do by normal means.
Chakra: the combination of both spiritual and physical energies. Essencial to sentient life.
Lightning release is also one of the components used to form the KG Storm Release.

Apart from my accident -_- ....i could feel how sharp and see how quick the lightning bolt was. It was also very hot and has taken alot of the water from the air. A direct hit would certainly be fatel *gulps*

The hairs on my arms start to stand on end and as i bring my index fingers together a little spark jumps between them.*

) found in the list I just linked.I want you to focus your lightning chakra throughout your hands, just like you did a few moments ago. You will keep focusing them in the palms of you hands until lightning starts to crackle around them. You will then direct them towards that tree over there.
Alright now we will start using the template. Explain the jutsu above the template then fill it out ^_^

Once ready I channel this chakra into both of my hands and slowly move my hands closer together. As i do this, sparks begin to emerge from my palms and meet in the middle. As a while of this i bring my hands a little closer and building the pressure, which i then direct as a single bolt towards the tree*

I would use this jutsu in conjunction with a projectile Suiton attack ( got a thing for water in case you didnt know) to increase its sharpness and overall damage. Another use could be to channel the chakra into the hands, and release it upon striking an opponent during CQC, to numb and paralyse parts of the body that the jutsu connects with.
Ways to counter this technique
Wind is the natural defence to be used against Raiton, so most wind jutsus can be used to defend against this. But i could also say that a good counter would be to take cover i.e. under mist or smoke, as the lightning bolt has to be directed to a target.

- Doesnt deal massive amounts of damage.
- With the Raiton channeled into the hands, id imagine it could distrupt the performing of other jutsus that require handseals. Having to remove the Raiton from the hands first of all.

I'm speechless.. your the first student that has done the template correctly on the first try. ^^ The only thing I'd like to see next time are the name of the jutsu included in the ways to counter and combination sections. Its fine if you haven't learned them yet I just need to know you have an understanding on which techniques you can use it against or to defend, etc. Also I wouldn't suggest to use that technique to enhance water projectiles. You'll learn some more surge related ones that are meant for that job.Got it

This is nearly the same technique as before but with less range. I want you to focus your lightning chakra throughout your hands, just like you did a few moments ago. You will keep focusing them in the palms of you hands until lightning starts to crackle around them. You will then try to defend against my move

One thing that I forgot to mention on the last technique we did is that, unless you have been trained in yin yang, any technique would disrupt the performance of other jutsu that require hand seals. Because you would not be able to mold both chakras at the same time.
I want you to raise your hand in front of you like you would with a sword. You will then focus your lightning chakra around the hand. Once that's done, I want you to release bolts of lightning in the shape of horns that can be used to spread outwards and attack multiple enemies.
